Located on the quiet and prestigious Pacific side of the exclusive Pedregal development, Casa Ballena is a 3,875 square foot private home that features lovely ocean views and everything needed for the perfect Cabo vacation.

Inside, Casa Ballena offers a rich and tastefully decorated interior, lavishly trimmed in granites, marbles, Cantera Stone and Mexican Saltillo Tile. Merging together as one, the living, dining and kitchen provide an idyllic setting for entertaining while a unique circular alcove housing the dining table provides views of the beach and ocean below. An additional living area is found on a separate level which allows guests to spread out throughout the home. Comfortable and inviting, all bedrooms are nicely appointed and have private baths. The fourth bedroom, located on the lower level, offers a kitchenette and separate entrance.

Outside, guests will enjoy lounging around the sparkling pool while enjoying the wonderful Cabo weather. The marina, Medano Beach and downtown Cabo are just a short drive away where a plethora of activities can be found - from multiple restaurants, bars, and shops to golfing, deep sea fishing and countless water activities.
