Labor Day @ Rocky Point

Nice little getaway at the beach for extended holiday weekend. The place was nice and had beautiful view of the beach and the see. Will come back again.

Great condo, good location!

Great stay, description and pictures matched the condo. Nice there were beach chairs available and Roku tv for my young kids to wind down after the beach. The grounds crew was very on top of keeping the common areas including pool clean. Housekeeping dropped by to empty trash and leave extra paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap each day. We very much enjoyed staying here and would stay again!

% Night Get Away

The property itself had what I consider a few missing items: ice cube trays and a second hair dryer. However, the management company was able to provide a second hair dryer that was much appreciated. I left a few comments with the management company, but they were nits. Overall a wonderful experience. We have stayed at the Sonoran Sun and are always pleased.

SE607 Property

Property was clean as posted on online and it was just as cute, small maintenance issues (lighting, guest bedroom TV did not turn on, master bathroom shower water flow weak) Front Desk was professional and friendly. This resort is a bit dated and could use a facelift, it was a workout to get to the beach but well worth it.

"Dear Azucena I want to thank you for giving us your feedback, Please receive my apologies for the inconvenience with the lighting, guest bedroom TV, and master bathroom shower, we are already working on it in coordination with the owner of the property, Also, regarding the beach access, unfortunately, the previous beach access that we had was destroyed by the tropical storm we had in September, and the HOA maintenance is already working on the plans to build a new one, we just have provisional beach access currently, We hope it could be ready at the beginning of the next year, I hope you could enjoy your stay despite the inconveniences mentioned prior and have you back soon! Everything went smoothly. Everyone was extremely courteous. I had to contact checkin after we were checked in about Wi-Fi use & beach towel availability.
