Comme vu sur HGTV House Hunters International, épisode 13604! Ce condo spectaculaire est situé au 8ème étage de la mer de Sonora avec une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil colorés sur la mer de Cortez. Réveillez-vous en écoutant les vagues sur la plage et savourez votre café ou vos repas sur le patio / terrasse de 300 pieds carrés. Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes.

La chambre principale a une salle de bain attenante. Vous pouvez profiter du nouveau téléviseur 32 pouces et lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre offre beaucoup d'espace avec un lit king size sur la couchette du bas et une reine sur le dessus! Il dispose également d'une nouvelle télévision 32 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD pour ceux qui veulent se détendre loin de la plage et de l'eau. Il y a un grand canapé / lit pliant dans le salon. Ici, vous pouvez également profiter du nouveau téléviseur à écran de 50 pouces avec divers DVD ou câble. Le condo a un accès Internet WiFi sécurisé, haut débit dédié, y compris Netflix gratuit dans chaque chambre.

La cuisine est à jour avec tous les appareils nécessaires et les articles de cuisine nécessaires pour profiter de vos repas cuisinés à la maison. La table de salle à manger pour 6 personnes s'étend pour permettre des sièges supplémentaires. Cela vous permet de continuer à passer du temps avec votre famille et vos amis tout en partageant les repas ensemble.

Fatigué de cuisiner? Il y a 5 restaurants à distance de marche. Le bar en milieu de piscine propose également de la nourriture.

Perfect place for our family! Cute and clean decor, comfortable beds, amazing views and well stocked kitchen / necessities. We have been coming down to RP for 20 years and have found a favorite! We'll definitely be back!!

Views from the balcony were amazing and it was great to awaken to the laps of the ocean.

We had a great stay and the property is well-maintained. It was the first time I had been in over 25 years and will go again when I have the chance.

Best place to stay in Puerto Peñasco!

Andrea's condo has the best view of the sunsets, close to nightlife, fun swim up bar and friendly staff. All that's missing is a lounge chair on the patio for afternoon naps! Can't wait to go back.

Relax Birthday Getaway

We were here just for the weekend. Beautiful views the place was just as listed and super clean. And walking distance to Bandidos and Changos. This place felt like home away from home!

Perfect place in Rocky Point

We love staying at the Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point. This condo gave us everything we needed gorgeous views great location comfy space!It rained while we were there so my only complaint is the patio can get pretty slippery when wet. We laid some towels down so we didn’t slip.

Convenient Location

We love visiting Rocky Point & really enjoy staying at Sonoran Sea. The resort itself is super clean and well maintained, multiple pool options, a delicious restaurant & convenient market/coffee shop. It’s also located within walking distance to other restaurants and bars, no need take a cab anywhere. The unit was just as pictured, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly & accommodating, would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I purchased this property with my mom and dad. We wanted to be able to have our girls grow up on the beach and build family memories. Growing up in Phoenix, I never knew that Rocky Point was such a paradise. It wasn't until I was an adult that I started vacationing in Rocky Point and started to love it!

The sunsets are amazing from the balcony! You can enjoy walking on the beach and searching the tide pools when the tide is out. Sandy Beach is semi-private, clean, and family friendly. You can enjoy a massage on the beach by Yolanda, fresh mangos cut like flowers with chili pepper sprinkled on it, Jet Ski rentals from the beach, or Banana Boat rides from the beach. You can also enjoy the lounging by one of the two pools, the swim up bar, or the heated pool in the winter.
