Bienvenue au coeur de Ocean View Delaware. À quelques minutes de Bethany Beach, à 21 km de la plage de Rehoboth et à 23 km de Ocean City Maryland. Les clients sont assurés de passer des vacances mémorables dans cet air central entièrement meublé, 4 chambres / 1. 5 salle de bain et une douche extérieure! Le salon magnifique est meublé avec des canapés et une télévision pour votre plaisir avec wifi à la maison et plat. La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est équipée d'une cuisinière électrique et d'un lave-vaisselle. La buanderie dispose d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge. La propriété est juste sous un acre avec beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants à profiter du temps en plein air, à quelques minutes de toutes les meilleures attractions, comme dans la ferme écologique James ou le parc John West juste un pâté de maisons afin que la famille puisse se réunir et explorer. Vous pouvez aussi faire bouger la famille et aller courir, faire du vélo jusqu'à la plage de Bethany, située à seulement 1,5 km, ou bien emballer la voiture et vous rendre sur les plages du parc national pour attraper le surf. Les activités ne s'arrêtent pas si un jour de pluie arrive, dirigez-vous vers le nord, vers Dewey ou Rehoboth, où vous pourrez déguster des boissons, des restaurants et des boutiques. Si vous vous sentez un peu sauvage, dirigez-vous vers le sud sur Fenwick Island, puis sur Ocean City, dans le Maryland, mais vous risquez de ne pas trop vous divertir. Ici, à Ocean View, les clients seront assurés de vivre une véritable expérience de «la station balnéaire tranquille».

The house as exactly what we needed. Close to stores and beaches but away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was fully loaded with enough space for my family of 7 to stretch out. It was ageeat weekend and we look forward to returning!

Fun stay near the beach!
This was a perfect place to stay for a big group. The backyard is as pictured and well equipped. Owners were easy to communicate with and gave great local recommendations. The only downside (we were warned at check-in) was an unstable/weak wifi so may not be ideal for remote workers.

Quiet relaxing place
Very quiet and relaxing! Love that it is so close to all the beaches. We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciate you opening your home for others to be able to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation! This group of girls barley 21. Inquired to rent out home without giving us their age. They booked we figured they could read our house rules stated on VRBO. Upon arrival only one of them were 21 not the “girl” whose name was on the booking; to sign our contract. We let them stay since they came a long way and they have paid in full. Now we understand your frustration being your deposit was forfeited due to leaving the property destroyed. Unfortunately your stay was not worth the money either. The InSinkErator was broken due to items other than food waste caught inside which called for an emergency plumber, lipstick writing on mirrors, closet doors off hinges, paint on walls etc.., it required cleaners on site for 4+ hours. We had to push back another families check in. Internet connection is Verizon which is not the best in our area when there’s an abundance amount of ppl in the area unfortunately that is out of our control. (Stated to them upon arrival) Sent an email months prior on specific items to bring on your stay. Which included bed sheet sizes and much more. Honesty is the best key when leaving reviews be transparent. As a 7+ year host I would recommend all host to avoid renting to these group of “girls”.

40 Woodland Ave is Perfect for young children!
Nine of us - 5 adults & 4 children - loved staying at this home again this year. It's clean, well-appointed and perfect for the kids to play in the back yard - sand pit with trucks, shovels, etc. The huge yard is great for water play, running around, tee ball, frisbee, etc. There are lots of toys on site. Love the back porch - perfect for morning coffee while kids play in yard and evening s'mores in nearby firepit & sparklers!
Ricky is amazing - always responding quickly to any need that pops up. He's the best!
We highly recommend 40 Woodland Ave for your family gathering!

Good for families bringing a boat and/or with smaller children
The host was very responsive to questions we had before our stay. The house was clean and had good outdoor space. We were able to park 3 cars plus a boat trailer in the driveway. There were a few minor maintenance issues that should be looked at (e.g., a leaky coffee maker, cabinets that don't fully close, no butter knives or small cups), but nothing unmanageable. We had originally planned on having 10 people stay (4 adults, 5 teens, 1 child) but only 8 ended up coming. If everyone had come, the sleeping situation would have been too tight. If 10 people are coming, it would be better for families with smaller children who can share the full-size beds. It was a good location (close to trails, a marina, 2 miles from Bethany Beach boardwalk) and worked well for us - we would definitely consider renting it again.

More than we expected
Ricky was very helpful from the beginning when we decided to stay at his home. Communication was clear and response time was good.
When we made it to the home Ricky met us there and answered all our questions. Gave us some helpful info for restaurants and where to get fresh crabs.
The house was absolutely wonderful! Our group was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Still plenty of room and space to be comfortable. The beach was not close but also not a long drive at all. We didn't want to be close to the boardwalk/beach craziness. So the location of the house was perfect.
The only "complaint" would be the wifi wasn't very good. But that's not even a real complaint. Just took it as a sign that we didn't need to get stuck on electronics! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfy home away from home!

Great Spot for families with young children
We were 6 adults & 4 children ages almost 2 to 7 and had a super week here. Loved the yard, volleyball court, fire pit & back porch. The extra living room made a great playroom. Short ride to the Bethany Beach! Landlord is so helpful and responsive! Minor drawbacks: Coffee pot leaks, 2 bedrooms don't have closets (more hooks on back of door and clothes trees would be helpful). Front door lock is a bit confusing. But overall, it's great! You'll love it!

Great house, centrally located
We were absolutely thrilled with the house. It was exactly as described, plus there were some upgrades made from the time we booked. It was clean, the owners were friendly and accommodating, and it was great for the kids. They genuinely enjoyed the big back yard and the volleyball court. The location is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood which is right in the middle of all the places we like to visit. (We enjoy everywhere from Rehoboth to Assateaque). Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again next year.
