My stay was work related for 30 days. The condo was clean and fully equipped for all I needed. I'm sure this is an awesome spring/summer place to stay with having the beach and pool in your back yard. Edward was a great host to work with and I'll for sure be reaching out again.

My friend and I were highly impressed with the quality of the apartment, its furnishings, its cleanliness, and the planning that went in to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Proximity to the beach is great. The veranda on which one can sit and enjoy the day, especially the sunset, an added bonus. Also liked the heated pool. Also the laundry facilities.

Walked in to an air conditioned rental! Wonderful on such a hot day.We ate out every afternoon so didn’t actually use the kitchen, except for the refrigerator/freezer. We kept breakfast foods cold and made lots of ice cubes. Dining room table was great for breakfast and snacking and for playing games.

Satisfying Getaway

Despite difficulties with the condo keypad and dogs running loose and barking, we were delighted with the condo itself and the amenities such as the soft bath towels, coffee system, well-stocked kitchen utensils, surround sound and comfortable furniture, just to name a few. As we've enjoyed several times in the past at North Shore, the pool & beach were unparalleled and we look forward to our next stay.

Another awesome stay in South Haven

Our family has been coming to southwest Michigan for 10 years now. This is our 3rd year at Ed's place and it is perfect. Heated pool, beach RIGHT THERE, lots of restaurants, shops, and activities in walking distance. Outdoor grill onsite as well!

Condo on the beach

Cozy, clean property on third floor walk up. Small, but we like the location. The condo, pool, and patio rules are strictly enforced by year-round condo owners, so not the place to go if you are loud or want to party late. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great place!

Condo has it all! Location is great, walkable distance to town, quiet (here in off season), you hear the crashing waves all day! Out the back door and you are at the beach (on off season) you have the beach for walking pretty much to yourself. Fantastic sunsets! Condo has all kitchen gadgets you need for cooking, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bed is comfortable. Host is very responsive!

North shore condo

The north shore condos are the best place to stay in south haven. Having access to both the pool and the lake is key. This condo was very well equipped for our stay. The towels were a plenty especially. One thing we thought was missing was some chairs for down at the beach and maybe some boogie boards.

Beautiful condo on lake michigan

We have been coming to this condo building since 2014 and the place has never disappointed us. The condo staff do a great job at making the pool and grounds beautiful. Love the location as it’s right by a convenience store and coffee place The unit was nice and well stocked. Had plenty of closet space to store things away. It had a little too much furniture for our infant to get hurt on, but we were able to baby proof it pretty easily. We plan to rebook with Ed soon for next summer.

Lake Michigan Paradise

This property is amazing. The heated pool and private beach are perfect for a family vacation. The condo is supplied with everything you may need. It is very clean and updated. Ken is a great host, and very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be returning next year.

Another great summer vacation

Our family loves south haven. This is our second year staying at Ed's place. It is honestly the perfect spot. Great location, beach AND (heated!) pool, walking distance to pretty much anything you need. Great communication and really friendly woman who cleans the units. She even remembered my kiddos from last year and does a great job.

I grew up, on the New Jersey shoreline, going to the beach daily, and enjoying the activities that one can only have on the beach. In 2013, I first visited South Haven and realized how much I missed having those experiences in my life. South Haven is a great beach town with all the activities and destinations; that I missed living on the coast. When the opportunity became available in 2015 to own a piece of personal paradise, I seized it! I offer to share these experiences with you, and hope you receive the same pleasures I do. Perhaps you will become a neighbor as I did.

Dine and watch spectacular sunsets from private patio that over looks private beach and Lake Michigan. A great place to reenergize, and leave your daily life for a week, let your stress melt away while you listen to the waves crash along the shoreline, with barefoot toes in warm sand. A great place for family to swim, sit, comb beach, dine and make long-term memories. Walk or bike to downtown shops, cafe's, restaurants, museums, marinas, beaches, parks, and trails.
