Terrible place to stay..poor communication from owner of apartment and she was very rude when she did communicate.. yelling and using foul language.. there is no stove to cook. Shower is terribly small and crammed. Good luck getting the wifi password. It took me 2 days before it was provided to me ir is whereabouts and then i was asked to leave because i asked 5 times for the wifi password. And apparently annoyed the owner. I needed to work still and needed the password. I ended up leaving a per her request and found a much friendlier and nicer place to stay.. i do not recommend staying here at all unless you like to be treated poorly and disrespectful. I am truly shocked that she would treat a paying client this way over a wifi password.i will never return nor recommend this place. I felt unsafe and threatened by her words

There was no reservation when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk could not help me and there was no one to help me. I had to book a far more expensive room. I was very disappointed

Need a compensation for my stay

I was very disappointed because I did not get access to the beach. I was told that fees were owing and I could not get a wrist band to access that facility. I came to jamaica primarily for that purpose. I am requesting a refund especially since it was very hot in jamaica and I could not go anywhere. Also there was no hot water in the bathroom. My trip was miserable

Terrible place to stay

Horrible place to stay, I stayed there for 11 nights and no housekeeping. The Bathroom extremely dirty and full of soap scum all over including bathroom mirror. There was always water on the bathroom floor from a leaking pipe which was a very unpleasant, unsanitary and disgusting environment for my 3 year old. I reported it to management and the plumber came in and the problem remains the same . I couldn’t sleep in air AC because there is a motions detector on it. I wake up extremely hot and sweaty every morning. The bed was uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on a plywood stocked on top of each. The pillow were old and need to be changed.

Buyer Beware

I was looking for an inexpensive stay for a short business trip but this was way less than I paid for. I'll just list my disappointment. 1. Before confirming my booking I asked about the bed due to previous reviews and host kept shirking the question. The bed is the most horrible thing I've ever slept on. It has three and three quarter legs. It rock every time you move and the mattress and sheets are as thin as wafer. 2. Water backs up when you shower and the shower is about the size of a refrigerator box. Oddly made with the door folding on the inside before you can open it. As a size 9 person this was hard. 3. No bins in bathroom, no towel rack, no soap holder in the shower. Nowhere to put body wash or soap!! 4. The utensils are under the kitchen sink!! I mean this was weird. 5. What appeared to be dishwahing liquid was in an unscrewed drink bottle about half inch from the bottom. 5. Bathroom was not properly cleaned and kitchen sink needed a good scouring. I just stated the facts. You can have a trip on a budget that caters to basic human decency and this was not. It doesn't cost much to provide better amenities.

The property is upgraded , it looks better than the pics online. My host made it absolutely comfortable, she gave me a tour of the property and introduced me to the cleaning crew. The floors were squeaking clean, the kitchen contained modern cookware , a comfy bed and a sofa ( I fell asleep in on the first day). All the amenities work. Everything is self serve with option for housecleaning, etc. All shops and activities are a few feet away , which made it easy being that I was a solo traveler. I felt safe inside and outside , all my questions and concerns were met and the people were impressionable. I enjoyed my stay and recommended everyone visit because I am ! 👌

Location is good and it is central in the middle of the town near to and access to the beach. The physical structure is fine. The bathroom is way too small for a big guy like me. The bed is not comfortable and I did not get hot water while I was there. I think if the water runs for a while it will get hot, but that is waiting water. The price is reasonable and maybe that limits the expectation

Check in was terrible. Front office staff had no record of my reservation. Spent 1.5 hours on line with home away. It was awful. Only to find out the key was with front desk since early morning. Definitely a breakdown in communication. Policies and procedures re strata check in’s need to be reviewed.
