Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Perfect location— Chipping campden has everything we needed and more. The Cotswolds Way is right out your door! The house is well stocked with essentials and the beds are very comfortable. The family loved the cake too!! We hiked, loved the local restaurants, and enjoyed all there is to see and do in the Cotswolds. Hope to return someday. Amazing spot!!!

Quintessential charming cottage in a picturesque Cotswolds village. Everything about this Grade II listed cottage is perfect. Luxury bed linens, gorgeous decor, super well appointed kitchen with fresh eggs, milk, bread, butter and orange juice. A huge vase of fresh flowers and a homemade Victoria sponge cake welcomed us to this fabulous cottage. Absolutely the best short term rental I’ve ever had. Maggie is a perfect host, proactively sending helpful information before check in. When I found the bus service too limited for every day, I reached out to Maggie and she provided contact information for 3 different taxi services, all of them dependable and professional. I can’t recommend Little Orchard Cottage highly enough. It was amazing!

Perfect location. Quiet street, close to shops, restaurants. The house is incredibly charming, thoughtfully appointed, and there are detailed instructions for all appliances. This was the perfect base for our Cotswolds adventures.

Such a special cottage and it was so easy to make the short walk to the high street. We had everything we needed and Maggie provided so much helpful information and precious welcome gifts. This made our first trip to the UK absolutely perfect. Perfect stay.

We loved this cottage. It was absolutely lovely (even better than in the pictures), and the best outfitted vacation home I've ever visited. The cottage is extremely cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the gas stoves in the living room and dining room, two soaking tubs, and lovely backyard garden. Every little thing I can think of was provided in the home...great amenities. We also enjoyed being able to walk to various pubs and restaurants (Eight Bells top-notch!), as well as shopping (Fillet & Bone was our favorite for groceries). Maggie was super responsive and an excellent resource before and during our visit. We will absolutely book this cottage again the next time we visit the UK, and I've already recommended it to family members planning a trip.
