Totalement rĂ©novĂ© et neuf pour le marchĂ© locatif, ce penthouse au 8Ăšme Ă©tage offre une vue imprenable sur le port de plaisance de Marbella et la plage dans l’un des meilleurs emplacements de la cĂŽte. Les terrasses orientĂ©es vers le sud vous offrent une vue sur la marina, la plage et le paseo. Par beau temps, vous pourrez voir l’Afrique.
Situé dans le célÚbre Edificio Mar de Alboran, le penthouse comprend un grand salon / salle à manger et deux chambres avec salle de bains privative. Il y a une place de parking privée avec ascenseur directement à l'appartement. Internet haut débit avec wifi, chaßnes européennes et britanniques, et rattrapage 7 jours sur 7 avec accÚs au salon et aux téléviseurs intelligents de la chambre principale
Moments de la plage, des restaurants, des bars et du Paseo Maritimo qui offre des miles de promenade en bord de mer. La charmante vieille ville de Marbella et la place Orange se trouvent Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied et le ferry pour Puerto Banus se trouve juste devant vous.
Il y a un beau jardin sur le toit et une piscine, accessible par un escalier presque devant la porte de l'appartement, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la cĂŽte. La piscine ne sera suffisamment chaude qu'Ă  partir du mois de mai, en fonction du temps.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Aussicht in zentraler Lage, nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand, der Promenade und der Altstadt von Marbella entfernt, vom Hafen gegenĂŒber fĂ€hrt regelmĂ€ĂŸig ein Katamaran nach Puerto Banus.Auf Grund der Lage ist es auch am Abend und in der Nacht etwas lauter, mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber vollkommen in Ordnung.Der Check-In war problemlos und sogar frĂŒher als geplant möglich und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht.Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, da die Parkplatzsuche in der Gegend lĂ€stig sein kann, es ist dort aber wirklich sehr eng, ein kleines Auto (wir hatten eine Kompaktklasse) ist hier von Vorteil.Den Pool auf der gemeinsamen Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, hier könnten ein paar Renovierungen die Dachterrasse aufwerten.Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, eine kurze PrĂŒfung vor Check-In hĂ€tte geholfen, um die letzten Kleinigkeiten perfekt zu machen - nach unserem Hinweis wurde sich hier aber sofort gekĂŒmmert und auch Henry hat sich sofort persönlich gemeldet, was wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen wissen!Insgesamt eine hervorragende Location fĂŒr Menschen, die in Marbella gerne "mittendrin" sein möchten, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Very nice apartment. A few niggles. Safe wasn’t working. Bed pillows could have been better. Bath towels/sheets in poor condition and should have been replaced! Caretaker needs to treat the pool regularly. - Not just when he saw it being used.- It was initially cloudy. To enter the building the code was changed before we were informed which made it impossible to enter the building! However, the balcony views with the comfortable chairs were wonderful! quite mcl

El apartamento estĂĄ en un lugar privilegiado pero los cristales de las ventanas y espejos en general sucios, estuve hace dos años y la ropa de hogar era la misma pero muy deteriorada especialmente las toallas de color naranja y sĂĄbanas blancas y negras , todo estarĂ­a mejor en blanco ,no habĂ­a gel ni champĂș ni tollos del wc ,es un apartamento caro como para no cuidar estos detalles

Stellar patio!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a working vacation. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and the view from the balcony was outstanding. As mentioned by the owner, it gets noisy because this apartment is in the heart of Marbella. Simply bring earplugs and you are set for a great stay.

Great location

I loved this property came here for my birthday.Big open plan living room n kitchen.the balcony has an amazing view of the harbour nice to just sit n chill there.The roof pool is not big but nice.it would have been nice if it had some shade area as your in the full sun all the time. Only one thing that i found annoying was the air con meter .you put 1euro in that last 4hrs but if you switch it off when you go out n come back its gone to zero when you switch it back on.The other thing is the toaster is really small you cant fit bigger slice bread in it only square small slice bread.Having said that i would still return back to this apartment it was nice modern and clean. Janina lady who was managing this property came to meet us when we arrived she was very helpful and you could always contact her on whats app.overall had a great stay here.

Perfect stay!

On a beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’endroit/l’appartement , situation idĂ©ale et avons profitĂ© en fin de journĂ©e Ă  la piscine sur le toit, magnifique vue. L’appartement est trĂšs bien et beaucoup de clartĂ©. Les salles de bains sont petites mais ça nous as pas dĂ©rangĂ©s. L’espace cuisine/salon trĂšs ouvert avec beaucoup de fenĂȘtre. Les proprios et la manager fut trĂšs rapide a rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. Je recommande cet endroit trĂšs centrale de tout. La vieille ville de Marbella n’est qu’à 5-7 minutes de marches.

Lovely apartment, great location

We spent 9 great days in Marbella in this lovely apartment and would love to come back again. Light, airy and well equipped with two balconies and access to rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Comes with a bit of outside noise but that’s the central location.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views

This is a fantastic apartment with everything you need for either a short or a long stay in marbella. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and well managed by Janine. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony. I’ve travelled extensively and i felt this was the most thoughtfully equipped apartment I’ve stayed in. With huge thanks to our hosts.

Great apartment

Great space with everything you might need for your stay . Fantastic view..Very quiet with your neighbours in the same block but there is significant noise from the bars below despite being on the 8th floor. Unless you sleep the sleep of the dead this is the price you pay for the great location. Would stay again but earplugs required or sleep in the second bedroom!

Wonderful weeks holiday

Spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment. Superb location for shops, Old Town, beach and day trips. Enjoyed the roof top pool most days and generally had the pool to ourselves. Many thanks to Janina for the lift on our last day to the Bus Station.

Very central location overlooking Marbella marina.

Well equipped and very clean. Great central location. Panoramic 180 degree views. Two useable verandahs. Access to rooftop pool and sunbathing areas. Two bathrooms with walk in showers. Two lifts. Air conditioned (takes Euros). No baths. Second bedroom borrows daylight from main bedroom via clear glass partition - may pose privacy issue but has roller blinds on both sides of partition. I was able to award 5* because there were only two of us. Some noise intrusion from bars in marina till late if you leave patio doors open. Overall if you want a well equipped, clean central location with ready access to bars, clubs, prom, restaurants, beach and shops you can't go wrong if you can work around borrowed light issue.

Stunning Views

This was a fantastic apartment for our family’s visit to Marbella. The apartment was spacious and bright with breathtaking 180 degree views of the Mediterranean Sea. The two generous balconies were private and perfect for relaxing, drinking coffee in the morning and having dinner in the evenings. The locations is very central, great for access to shops and restaurants and the beach. One flag for the sound-sensitive. With the central urban location comes the pretty much constant day-and-night hum of noise from bars and restaurant patios, city street and beach cleaning, and bottle recycling pick-up. But the windows and doors and a pair of ear plugs did a good job of muting the sound.
