Barn Cottage est une conversion de grange en pierre douce locale située dans une zone d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle avec des vues à couper le souffle dans toutes les directions. Offrant d'excellentes promenades ou isolement calme et reposant avec une faune abondante, tout en étant proche de la côte jurassique. La grange peut accueillir 6 adultes et est conçue pour être adaptée aux fauteuils roulants. La cuisine est entièrement équipée réfrigérateur / congélateur lave-vaisselle sèche-linge plus tout ce dont vous auriez besoin. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus dans le prix.

Delightful Stay

Family of 6 plenty of space, lovely location views walks or just taking in everything. Very pleasant owners, accommodation was ample, 2 bathrooms were handy, everything you would need for Catering and plenty of information on days out. Thank-you for our Stay The Mcgregor's

Family week in Dorset

Beautiful tranquil location, great scenery and good dog walking. Owners really helpful and welcoming. Cottage comfortable and clean. Great base for exploring the area. Would highly recommend.

Simply the best holiday ever.

The property is beautiful and so very clean. It is welcoming and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the fields and enjoyed seeing different wildlife. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. None of us wanted to leave and all talked about this being our dream location.

Simply the best

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with lots of mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, luxury shower).The farm is peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer stroll around the neighbouring field.We take our dogs and they love the dog walking field. The hosts are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this and will be returning.

Perfect place

We adore this cottage, it’s always clean and tidy and is in a perfect location. So peaceful and relaxing. The perfect place to get away from normal busy life. This week we watched deer just outside the garden and buzzards flying above the trees. It’s simply perfect. I’ve booked again for next year!

What a beautiful, LARGE, one story cottage. Absolutely gorgeous. Hosts were bright, cheerful and helpful. Spotlesslh clean, Everything we needed and more. Only downside, hardly any wifi signal but not really a problem

Perfect Peace

We loved the location- only bird song and country sounds. The accommodation was comfortable if a little dated but we were happy with it all and were very pleasantly impressed by the owners Mike and Lyn who went out of their way to be helpful. Only minus was the lack of wi-fi which was intermittent but maybe it did us good to give that a rest too

An amazing holiday

The cottage is just fabulous, clean and fresh. The sofa, chairs and beds are very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and there if you need anything. The walks and views are amazing. The dogs love the fields and ponds. This has quickly become our absolute favourite place and we can’t wait to return. It’s so peaceful and tranquil. Beaches are a short journey away. Would definitely recommend this little place in paradise.

Perfect!

A beautiful barn conversation that is always extremely clean and welcoming. The location is peaceful and relaxing but several beautiful beach resorts are just a short drive away. The nearest town, Bridport has a variety of shops and places to eat or have coffee. We take our dogs along and they thoroughly enjoy the run of the fields and visiting the ponds. A great place to relax and reset. Cant wait to come back. It’s our slice of heaven on earth!

Wo dir Fasan und Grünspecht guten Morgen sagen

Gemütliches weiträumiges Cottage, am Hang eines Dorset-Berg-Hügels mit Blick über die Landschaft. Ruhig auf einer extensiven Farm gelegen, mit sehr netten und entspannten Vermietern, mitten im Grünen. Naturnah und erholsam in Reichweite zu Beaminster und Bridport. Nach Ausflügen in englische Gärten und zu den vollen Stränden von Lyme Regis und Charmouth war es gut für die Seele zurück in unsere Unterkunft zu kommen. Ich könnte mir vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Tranquil and beautiful surroundings

The perfect place to relax in the countryside, with deer and pheasant in fields opposite, and if I stood outside at night I could hear an owl in the distance - magical! Although the property is secluded, it is within easy reach of local towns and the coast. It’s very well equipped, the fire in the sitting room was efficient, although we only needed in the evenings as the bungalow was comfortably warm. The shower room, with fittings for those with less mobility, is spacious and well laid out. Perfect for a retreat from the demands of modern life.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay, cottage was lovely, clean and well equipped. Set in a beautiful countryside location with lots of outdoor space for the children to play. Close to (within driving distance) of lots of lovely beaches and places to visit. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely!

This was a lovely cottage. It was home from home in terms of everything you need. Yes the internet & mobile coverage wasn’t great but it didn’t stop us having a great week. Perfect base to explore. The owners were lovely, we would definitely go back.

Barn Cottage

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage in a nice location - quiet and pretty, with deer in the field behind, and lovely flowers round the door. However, we had no cell phone coverage, and the internet failed at least twice for more than a day. This made researching up to date places to visit really difficult with a dog and an autistic child to include. We never managed to book anywhere to eat out and it was hard to contact friends in the area. Even when internet was 'on' we couldn't access all websites. So if you don't mind lack of communication, I would recommend the property, but if you have a family like ours, it isn't ideal though through no fault of the owners who were lovely.
