I got reversed cat-fished!! This was literally the best VRBO I have ever been in. The host was very attentive, the place was gorgeous, immaculately clean, perfectly located to everything. Highly recommend this place and I am putting it on my return list for my next visit!

Adorable, quaint, cozy and a perfect place for our CO Springs trip with family. We gathered from Texas and Wisconsin and were anxious booking our first VRBO and this home set the bar high for our future travels. Thank you, Caren!

Cute home in a safe and accessible area. Everything as described. Had start up toiletries that allowed us to rest before running to the store. Oscillating fans were much appreciated. My teenage son loved the downstairs room to chill in. Would stay again!

It was great home base! We really enjoyed the home. It was clean and had everything we needed. We have two girls 9 and 16 years old and it was perfect home to keep them busy. It was also close enough to all the activities we wanted to do.

Loved this house! It’s beautiful and charming. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We visited in summer and the window air conditioning kept us cool and we slept well. The house has a cute back yard which was great for drinking our coffee in the morning. The checkout to-do list is simple and the owner was in touch to see if we needed anything. Centrally located.

We loved this bungalow, which is in the beautiful Old North End neighborhood of Colorado Springs. We enjoyed its proximity to Colorado College and the city’s vibrant downtown. We also were impressed by how thoughtfully this small house was decorated. (And I loved the hot tub!) Absolutely a beautiful place to spend a long weekend in the Pikes Peak region.

Beautiful, charming old world home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed. Outdoor space was great. Movie room in basement was a plus. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. AC in bedrooms and portable AC in living room. We were there in July, so it got pretty hot during the day, but nights were fine. Warmer in the kitchen when cooking of course. Loved the front porch swing. Very walkable neighborhood. We loved it, would definitely stay again.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, inside and out. If anything, the listing undersells it. It also has everything you could wish for as far as cooking, grilling, etc. We would come back for sure!

This bungalow is adorable! So cozy and provides everything you need. We loved the multiple sitting areas and thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with its fire pit and hot tub. The location is great, there is a walking path that took us right to a cute coffee shop. in under 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to visit the springs in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect with the right amount of updates, but keeping the historical feel. The hot tub and backyard were also a plus. We would definitely stay again

This was a perfect location and house for us with two teens. One slept in the basement nook, the other in one of the bedrooms. Each kid had their own TV, as well as one in the living room. Hot tub is always a plus with the kids. Kitchen was well appointed, with all appliances, cookware, etc. you could want. I grilled each day, nice indoor/outdoor experience - cooking outside, taking meals at the island with the kids, etc. Bathrobes were a nice touch, extra blankets and towels were helpful. Reading nook was a hit with my wife. Ensuite 1/2 bath in the master was a nice touch for a historical home, it was clear that some thought had gone into this. For us, going through a significant transition as a family, having a place that felt like a real home was a big deal. One of the best VRBO stays we have had over many years. Host was clearly available although everything we needed was there.

So cozy, yet plenty of space

We loved the location, decor, fully stocked kitchen, ability to do laundry, wonderful outside sitting area. The hosts are so great! You have to stay here!
