Appartement lumineux, récemment rénové, situé à Aoste à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. À quelques pas du téléphérique menant à Pila, à la gare, au terminal de bus et au marché.
Excellent point de départ pour visiter Aoste (marchés de Noël, manifestations carrées, foire de Sant'Orso, foire d'été, monuments romains, musée archéologique, mégalithique de Saint-Martin-de-Corléans, observatoire astronomique de Saint-Barthélemy, châteaux médiévaux et beaucoup plus ...) et comme base pour vos excursions à pied, à vélo et à skis ou pour découvrir les vallées latérales (Cervinia, Cogne, La Thuile, Courmayeur: Voie du Ski, Fort de Bard, Thermes de Pré- Saint-Didier).
L'unité est située au deuxième et dernier étage d'un immeuble dans un quartier calme. Parking gratuit dans la rue devant l'immeuble.
Meublé dans un style moderne, composé d'une chambre double, d'une petite chambre avec lits superposés, d'une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, d'une salle de bain avec douche et d'un petit balcon.
Pour les couples : possibilité d’avoir un deuxième lit double dans la cuisine (canapé-lit 140x200 cm).
L'appartement est équipé de toutes les commodités: vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur, congélateur, four électrique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, fer à repasser, planche à repasser, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, 2 ventilateurs, 2 télévisions (une Smart TV) e Wi-Fi.
Nous fournissons des draps, des couvertures et des serviettes.
Pour les plus petits, nous avons un lit avec matelas, draps, couvertures, chaise haute, poussette, réducteur / pot et tabouret.
Vous aurez tout l'appartement à votre disposition et la possibilité de ranger skis ou vélos dans la cave du sous-sol.
L’arrivée est normalement prévue de 17h00 à 24h00 et le départ avant 10h00. Il est possible d'organiser d'autres moments s'il n'y a pas d'autres invités qui partent ou qui arrivent.

Spent a wonderful week in this bright, clean and very well equipped apartment near the centre of Aosta. The hosts were exceptional. Very clear guidance prior to and during our stay. Very friendly and helpful providing dining recommendations for our vegetarian daughters. Free street parking was available. Modern facilities including washing machine and dishwasher.

We found everything to be in good condition and true to the photos. the property is situated in a quiet area but good proximity to shops and restaurants and approx 10 min (flat) walk to the gondola station. The welcome food/drinks were appreciated.

Excellent stay! The apartment was so clean and the host was so warm and welcoming! Such a bonus that there was a binder will of instructions. Definitely would stay there again when in Aosta Valley!

The accommodation was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Lots of home comforts like hair driers. Edda was very helpful. The location was very good for skiing and for enjoying the town. Parking outside was readily available and safe. I would happily use the accommodation again.

We had a fantastic week in Aosta staying at this newly refurbished 2nd floor apartment. Cannot fault it. Communication with the owners was excellent, the apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances / condiments for relaxed dine-in experience. The property is located in a quieter part of town (approximately 5 mins walk) with a small convenience store round the corner for those last minute purchases. Hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and met us on check in and check out. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was easy to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Most days we walked to the center of town.

Lovely Apartment

I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one. It was very clean, warm and well equipped. The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect!

Canadians with 2 teenage boys visiting Aosta Valley. Please don’t be fooled when you first arrive as it may seem like you are in the wrong place…but you are NOT! Apartment is wonderful and location absolutely perfect! Apartment is well equipped, very modern and clean. Free parking anywhere on street upfront. Would not hesitate to book again if visiting region.

Wonderful aosta

Really had a great time here . We had a month and the apartment came with everything you need .very close to the centre of town which is big and in scenic valley of aosta . .well situated to get around the whole of the Aosta valley. Thought the parking might be an issue but always for a space .

Aosta Apartment

The apartment is ideally situated for a week in Aosta. The main sites of interest, several supermarkets and also the Pila cable car are all within easy walking distance.It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner, Edda, was very helpful. She collected us from the bus station. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening.

Enjoyable area to visit

We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town.

We are sorry that they could not be found and that you did not write to us to ask, we would have given you the information immediately. Old Town

Apartment is a second story walk up. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the August Arch and the pedestrian shopping street where there are many small purveyors of local cheeses, salamis, wines, coffee bars, and restaurants.In addition there are many retail stores selling clothing, leather goods, etc.It is a 5 minuter drive to the Pila GondolaPhotos of the apartment were a little less than accurate. The space was tight. It was only one bedroom with part of it cordoned off for a set of bunk beds.Adequate hot water for bathing in a bathroom with showerFold out sofa in kitchen area ,if used, make the space very tight. Kitchen equipment adequate.Apartment suited most for a family with 2 children.Building located on a non descriptive dead end street.
