A beautifully comfortable, spotlessly clean and superbly well equipped cottage with a large, secure garden. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming and kept us informed at every stage. We would love to visit again and would highly recommend. The extra touches like the fantastic welcome pack and personal touches for our dog were very appreciated. Wayside cottage is absolutely lovely. Suzanne and John have thought of everything you could possibly need from comfy beds to an abundance of fluffy towels to treats like a bottle of chilled wine, orange juice, bread for breakfast, cereals, milk, biscuits and even sweeties. The cottage was spotless and there was plenty of room for four adults. There is even a lovely, secluded garden. I can't recommend Wayside cottage highly enough and I hope that we will be able to stay again next time we are in St Osyth. Thank you Suzanne and John for making our long weekend stay amazing.

Small, yet perfectly formed - the cottage is well set-up and has a lovely homely feel. Very clean with all the essentials provided - even enough provisions for a nice breakfast. Only stayed 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at St Osyth's Priory - which is walking distance. Would loved to have stayed longer. Hottest day of the year but hosts had provided large fans which were much appreciated. The beautiful and private garden was a welcome surprise.

Fantastic stay!

An amazing well equipped cottage. Hosts were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend for a family break with your four legged fur baby :-). Lots of lovely walks and the nearby water park was a hit with the braver members of the family. They also do great coffee and cake.

Thank you Suzanne and John for a perfect stay. Very good pre-stay communication, directions and access to the cottage. Also for the provisions for breakfast - orange juice, tea/coffee, milk, bread and butter and a bottle of wine. We arrived on the day of the Queens funeral so this was very appreciated. Fantastic cottage

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights despite the awful weather. The cottage was clean, homely and everything you need. Right down to brand new toothbrushes. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Only downfall for me was the noise of passing traffic. Although not terribly busy was still quite loud even of a night, I am a very light sleeper though Beautiful walks and short distance to beach.
