Bright and cozy apartment overlooking the sea and the square of Mondello.



The apartment is located in a two-story building overlooking the square of Mondello and features modern furnishings. The kitchen is comfortable and functional, well equipped with an oven, a kettle and a coffee maker. It is accessed via a few steps: on the right of the entrance the living area features a sofa, a table and a TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony overlooking the square, the other with two single beds overlooking the inner balcony. The balcony, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room, is furnished with two chairs, and boasts a splendid view: in fact, from here you can admire the sea of Mondello, for a vacation of relaxation and aperitifs with a view. To the left of the entrance is the bathroom with bathtub and shower, overlooking the internal balcony (little terrace) equipped with a space used as laundry.



The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. The apartment has all services within a few minutes' walk, Mondello beach is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the beautiful Capo Gallo Nature Reserve. Finally, Falcone and Borsellino Airport is a 26-minute drive away.
