Lovely stay

Spacious and very comfortable caravan with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Many thanks to the owner for such lovely decor to enjoy as well as very comfy sofas!

Relaxing holiday

Excellent caravan very clean by the pond was very impressed with the style of caravan with bath as well excellent will be coming again !! Not far from beach only thing i would say that there was no little shop on site !!

Lovely

Really nice caravan one of best we have stayed in. Perfect for our 6mobth old pup first holiday as secure veranda with gate. A bit of maintence work needs doing and glad we took our own bedding but other than that it was lovely stay.

We enjoyed are stay. Our caravan was very nice and in a lovely area overlooking the duck pond . The only thing letting it down was the decking area was quite shabby and the material on two of the patio chairs were badly damaged .

Great for a couple of days birding.

The caravan was perfect for our needs, very clean, warm and tidy and we also felt it was reasonably priced. Checking in was easy and the management company were helpful in providing all the need to know information. My only recommendation to the owners would be to maybe replace to old garden ‘fixed’ garden chairs on the veranda.

Ideal weekend location

Modern, clean and spacious caravan. Had a really enjoyable stay, 1 double, 1 twin and double sofa bed, all perfectly comfortable. There was literally only washing up liquid provided though so do remember loo roll/kitchen roll/tea towels etc, theres a dishwasher aswell if you take a few tablets to use it. Would stay again.

Lovely peaceful position

Position of property is lovely, overlooking small duck pond. The verandah from living room has sun most of the day. Kitchen & bedrooms a bit “tired” could do with some tlc also the outside areas. Didn’t affect our stay though. The property was very clean on arrival. Sofas & main bed comfortable. Twins are full size singles but could do with mattress toppers

The site was well laid out, the facilities were below average cleanliness.

The property was well positioned and we did enjoy the peace & quite it offered however, the whole property was not cleaned very well. The cooker, the cooker extractor and worktops were greasy and you could see where a cloth had just been wiped over the services. The table was also smeary and the decking was dirty and the outside chairs had birds poo on them (not very inviting and very disappointing). Apart from the poor cleanliness, we did enjoy our mid-week break.

Nice mobile home but some issues

My friend and I were very impressed with our accommodation on arrival. However as the temperature dropped in the evening we became cold and attempted to put the central heating on. The boiler would not start initially but we followed the instructions given and we managed to start the boiler for hot water but couldn’t get the radiators to work. We managed to keep warm through the air conditioning unit. Instructions stated we only needed to press the power button to switch on the TV but whichever power button we pressed there was no response. Everything else was fine and as we were only there for 3 nights we didn’t try to contact the manager. We feel that all of these should have been checked before the mobile home was deemed fit to hire. 70 year old ladies shouldn’t have to reset a boiler to be warm. I would stay there again but would insist that checks should be made to make sure everything worked as it should.

Nice caravan in desperate need of repair and cleaning

Nice style of caravan in a good location and surrounding amenities but it seems there is no maintenance or repair going on at this property. The property smelt of a mixture of dog (and possibly dog wee) and carpet freshener, so much so we had to open windows all the time. We had to clean crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils before use and sweep the kitchen floor. Fridge was not cleaned properly. Several drawers and hooks were broken. The venetian blind in the bathroom was on the floor. The mattress in the double room not fit for purpose - needs replacing. (left a day early because of this) Outdoor furniture in bad repair - chairs rusting and need replacing. Some curtain dirty and broken from the track. Patio doors were also being repaired as we arrived as they were not locking. After an initial 'proper' clean we settled down with the children and didn't let this spoil our holiday but would not recommend to a family. We rent similar properties to this regularly in Norfolk usually to a good standard but sadly not here. Would appreciate some compensation on this occasion.

Nice mini break

Nice mini break, caravan was nice and clean inside, but the balcony areas could do with a power wash just to make siting outside a bit more appealing. Caravan is situated in a nice quiet area of the park overlooking a little duck pond, which my dog loved watching everyday from the balcony and the grounds around the park are well kept.

Long weekend in Hunstanton

From the moment booked the process was easy, communication was brilliant and questions answered in good time. The lodge was beautiful and just as described on the site, clean, large space with nice outdoor area, the lodge backed onto a nice quiet area on the park, lovely to sit out on during the day and evening. As it’s placed at the back of the park there was very little noise and private. The site was lovely, clubhouse with family fun, swimming, restaurant and only a very short walk away from the beach, fair, sealife centre and other ammunities, great location. We would be happy to book this place again, lovely little holiday.

A much needed break

Took my 6 year old grandson and 6 month old Irish setter puppy (I know I must be mad!!) Anyway, we had a lovely break for October half term. The van was lovely and cosy especially with the torrential rain on the first night. Would definitely stay there again. The site was clean and tidy.

Beautiful lodge

We absolutely loved this property couldn’t fault a thing and the location was very peaceful. It’s a shame Manor Park doesn’t have a shop on-site though as it’s a very long walk for just a newspaper or pint of milk. We would definitely stay here again
