Dear Dennis, Indeed you stayed in a heat wave. But this is London not Saudi Arabia. The property is triple fronted. If you open a window on the east side and a window on the west side there is always a pleasant breeze even on the hottest day of the year. We have an 2x 12W Daikin airconditioning units in 5 rooms. The living room upstairs and the living room downstairs. A very powerful unit in the kitchen dining room. If one operates these five units they would be sufficient to cool the whole house. We also have an additional 12 W Mitsubishi units to service units in two bedrooms. These seven powerful units provide ample cooling power. After your friends complaint we added tow AEG units in the remaining tow bedrooms. Thus we have cooling airconditioning in every room : the living room upstairs and living room downstairs, the kitchen dining room, the master bedroom, the ensuite bedroom on the second floor. The ensuite bedroom on the third floor, the bedroom with the twin bed, the bedroom with the trundle bed, plus the bedroom with the queen size bed on the ground floor. Each of these have an airconditioning unit. Sadly one single bedroom on the ground floor does not have an air conditioning unit. Next time If one of your guests abandon the ground floor single room to a hotel nearby in a heat wave I will try to compensate him with a cooling gift. Kindest regards Qadar
