Lovely property designed with guests’ comfort in mind. Theresa was generous in sharing equipment and suggestions for things to see and do. We enjoyed Port Townsend and found the notebook of restaurant reviews and places to visit most helpful. Wifi and cell service were very good, and TV services were complete and simple to use. Easy to adjust heat in the cool mornings was a pleasure. Lodging was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen, and household supplies. It was a REAL, very comfortable vacation. We wish they owned many more properties around the region!

My stay was fantastic. The place was very clean with so many nice touches. Theresa stopped by to greet me shortly after checking in and was very welcoming without being intrusive in any way. Great communication throughout. Private and cozy. Will definitely stay again when I return to Port Townsend.

I had a very lovely stay at Teresa’s place. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was spotless and well equipped and Teresa was very responsive with communication. She even bought a coffee pot so I could brew the coffee I had brought. I also really liked that it was a walkable distance to town. I would definitely stay again should the occasion arise.

Teresa and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts who live upstairs. It was great not needing a key and just remembering a door code that you make up and provide so they set it for that while you are there. This apartment was a delight- very nicely decorated and appointed indoors and outside in the little garden area with a busy bird bath (& deer waterer!). Inside was super clean and with lots of thoughtful details such as a nice kitchen with fridge, microwave, nice dishes & utensils etc. yummy muffins were waiting for us. Helpful information binder about the unit and in-town recommendations was on dining table. Plenty of towels and linens and the washer & dryer were an excellent bonus. Very spacious! We also appreciated the extra hiking poles and access to Netflix etc on the TV. The wall heaters were very efficient and heated up rooms quickly. Very comfortable, clean (spotless), welcoming, appealing and a great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodations of the apartment were great. Another plus of this apartment is that there is a walk-able forest/park only 2 block away. Lots of wildlife to watch while sitting on a bench.

A great PT spot!

Teresa made the checkin process very easy for us, including early access, if we needed it. The home was spotless and well organized and welcoming. It is a spacious unit with all the amenities you’d need for a visit to Port Townsend. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great PT hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is just as inviting and comfortable as it appears from the photos. Communication with the hosts was above and beyond. We loved everything about the place but especially the birds and deer that visited the yard while we were there.

The pictures on Verbo did not do this property justice. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood beautiful home and property and easy walk to town. We had a wonderful stay I wish it could have been longerTeresa and Scott are great hosts and nice folks.

Post Knee Replacement

Can't say enough good things about Teresa, our hostess. While not being intrusive, she was a very kind and supportive presence for us as my son and I dealt with the immediate aftermath of my husband's knee replacement. We loved all her special touches, the setting, the washer and dryer and the overall cleanliness. Thank you Teresa!!

Roomy and Comfortable

Sense of spaciousness, nice to have second half bath, complete kitchen, quiet neighborhood, GREAT hosts! They let is check out late in the day as my husband was taking a woodworking class, which was very kind. The bed was too firm and dippy for me, but my husband was satisfied. The neighborhood is a huge plus- walking distance to the beach and two lovely parks plus quiet and filled with beautiful homes and gardens! Loved it!

We moved from Texas to Port Townsend in 2008 to be near our first grandchild. We fell in love with the beautiful area with the majestic views of water and snow-capped mountains. Since moving here, hiking the many trails has become a passion. We love the quaintness of Port Townsend, a Victorian Seaport, with so much history.

We chose this property as we wanted to be walking distance to the main attractions of Port Townsend. We are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden and to downtown. It is just a 5 minute walk to Uptown where you can find Aldrich's country grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops.

Morgan Hill is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Any time of the day you will see people out walking and visiting. The deer enjoy this neighborhood too!
