Beautiful country house, with private pool and accommodation for 3 guests, on the outskirts of Algaida.
Savor the true essence of the countryside in the exterior of this beautiful rustic villa. The furnished terrace and the private chlorine pool are the real protagonists. The pool has a size of 6 x 3 m and a depth of 1 to 1.5 m. Enjoy a breakfast, a few rays of sun on the 4 sun loungers, a refreshing bath and a delicious barbecue.

When entering to the house, there is a mild stay that combines the living room, - with TV-SAT, air conditioning and a decorative wood stove -, with the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop. Immediately after, there is a corridor that gives you access to the two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an exit to the terrace. There are a cot and a high chair available. The bathroom of the house has a shower. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located at 4.6 km from the center of Algaida, a beautiful inland village with the basic services for your stay and an extensive range of gastronomy. By being centrally located on the island, it has easy and quick access in any direction. The nearest beach is Ca’n Pastilla, at 16.1 km, although you can go all over the coast and visit nice coves and dreamy beaches such as Es Trenc.

This villa is great for those wanting an idyllic Mallorcan retreat. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Owner visits on a Tuesday and Friday to clean pool and take any rubbish. Pool isn’t heated but we took a dip several times (it was a little chilly). Only minor negatives were the location (Algaida is nearest town 90 mins walk away) but you know this when booking. We hired a car which was ideal for getting to beach and Palma. The kettle was full of timescale and needs replacing (not ideal when making baby bottles) and the curtains were very thin and even with the shutters we needed the blackout curtain I’d brought so baby would sleep. All in all and excellent stay if this is the type of holiday you’re after.

The house was absolutely amazing

The house was absolutely amazing. It was extremely clean and tidy! We had never seen any properties as spotless! The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and outside of the house lovely. We met the dad of the owner who came to water the plans and trees and he was very friendly! The owner also came to clean the pool and swap the outside patio. We definitely recommend it if what you would want is a very chilled, quiet stay! It’s about 25 minute drive to Palma and about 40 mins to the south east Calas. The only down side is the bins are quite far out and you need to drive to the drop off point. The owner comes to collect it but I think we might have missed it. Nonetheless, lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a really nice week of peace and quiet!

Sehr schönes Haus mit moderner Küche auf riesigem Grundstück mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Toller Service des sehr freundlichen Besitzers, der Dienstags und Freitags persönlich vorbeikommt, um die Außenanlage und den Pool zu reinigen. Abgelegene und ruhige Lage, geringer Fluglärm, der aber nicht störend war. Rundum ein Super Aufenthalt.

Die Finka liegt auf einem großen Privaten Grundstück welches vorne durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Es ist sehr ruhig und ländlich gelegen, Perfekt zum auspannen. Allerdings sollte man darauf Vorbereitet sein viel von seinem Mietwagen gebrauch zu machen. Die einzigen Geräusche die zu hören waren ist das entfernte rauschen von Flugzeugen und gelegentlich die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Das Gesamte Grundstück ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt, es sind nur hochwertige Materialien verwendet worden. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Den Gastgeber durften wir such kurz kennenlernen, der Kontakt war auch überaus angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen.

Eine super schöne, gemütliche Finka.

Gefühlt mitten im nirgendwo, aber trotzdem Zentral. Man kann die Insel von dort super erkunden. Die Finka ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Ein super Ort zum abschalten und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Das Haus war mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet und über die Sauberkeit lässt sich auch nichts negatives berichten. Für unseren 1 Jahr alten Sohn war auch alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Also auch absolut schön für einen Familienurlaub. Das Grundstück und der Garten mit dem Salzwasserpool sind ein Traum und laden zum entspannen ein. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man auch innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten beim Flughafen. Der super freundliche und sympathisch Besitzer war zweimal die Woche vor Ort um den Pool zu reinigen und nach dem rechten zu schauen. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche leckeren Wein von ihm geschenkt und es wurde auch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir etwas benötigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ?

Wir hatten eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit auf der Finca Es Tancat Prim. Die Finca liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, umsäumt von Obst-und Olivenbäumen. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch, eine Mischung aus modernem Landhaus und typisch mallorquinischen Möbeln. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage - gegen Aufpreis - haben wir über Homerti gebucht. Das Badezimmer ist eher klein, für 2 Personen aber in Ordnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist kleiner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Bahnen kann man nicht schwimmen, für eine Abkühlung aber perfekt. Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit den sympathischen Besitzer der Finca kennenzulernen, welcher sich sehr freundlich um unsere Belange gekümmert hat. Sogar der Müll wird alle 2 Tage abgeholt - normalerweise muss man diesen selbst wegbringen. Das war eine große Zeitersparnis für uns und ein großartiger Zusatz-Service. Wir können die Finca absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war einfach, und wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Finca einchecken.

Hometri hat uns sehr geholfen und waren sehr nett am Telefon. Die Finca ist super schön. Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Wir haben uns mehr als gut gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war unser schönster Urlaub.

Alles war wirklich super toll und wir waren sehr zu frieden!

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen und schönen Haus. Die Beschreibung entspricht zu 100% der Realität. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und voll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist wirklich toll und man hat alles um dort zu kochen und sein Essen zu zubereiten. Die Betten und Wäsche sowie die Handtücher waren sehr sauber - so wie man es sich wünscht und von zu Hause kennt -. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause und der Pool war auch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas ab vom Schuss, aber für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub genau das richtige.
