Villa fabuleuse de 4 chambres sur Clube Albufeira avec piscine chauffée privée, WIFI et AC.

Cette fabuleuse villa de 4 chambres est située dans le complexe familial populaire du club d’Albufeira et est construite sur un seul niveau avec un beau jardin spacieux avec une piscine privée chauffée et de nombreux espaces de bronzage.

Il y a 2 chambres à coucher principales 1 avec lit king size et 1 avec lits jumeaux avec salle de bain / douche privative, 1 chambre avec lit queen size et la 4ème chambre avec 2 lits superposés pouvant accueillir 4 personnes! Il y a une autre grande salle de bains familiale et un WC invité.
Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation / chauffage.

La villa est entièrement meublée et comprend un grand salon ouvert avec coin repas et cheminée centrale, avec 2 portes fenêtres ouvrant sur la grande terrasse exposée sud qui surplombe la piscine privée avec chaises longues et sièges. La terrasse est couverte pour fournir de l'ombre à ceux qui ne veulent pas s'asseoir au soleil toute la journée. Le jardin est entièrement clos avec suffisamment d’espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz pour les clients.

La cuisine est ouverte planifiée entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris tous les appareils avec accès au jardin et à la terrasse sur le toit.

3 des chambres ont des portes patio avec accès direct au jardin et à la piscine.

Il y a des volets sur toutes les portes et fenêtres pour offrir une sécurité accrue et pour garder la Villa au frais pendant les mois d'été.

La villa dispose d'un accès WIFI gratuit avec un système IPTV complet comprenant tous les canaux LiveUK, films, enfants, musique et boxsets.

Le linge de maison est inclus et des serviettes de plage / piscine sont également fournies.

La Villa est située dans le populaire Club Albufeira Resort, de sorte que vous avez accès à toutes les installations du complexe: 4 piscines, 1 chauffée en hiver, 2 snack-bars, 2 restaurants, aire de jeux pour enfants, mini-golf, mini-marché, Courts de tennis qui se trouvent en face de la réception, du paint ball, du petit gymnase et du mini-club pour enfants.

La réception ouverte 24h / 24 peut également réserver des excursions, appeler des taxis et répondre à vos questions générales.

Deux fois par jour, une navette gratuite dessert la vieille ville.

Nous pouvons également organiser des transferts d'aéroport pour vous de Faro à la Villa.

Beautiful villa in a great location. We had a lovely family holiday here.We hired a car as we wanted to explore nearby towns and beaches. You can easily walk into Albufeira town centre. An Uber was also only around 4.There is a shop onsite and a supermarket close by. There is also a restaurant within the complex.There was plenty to do with our children aged 4, 8, 12, 17 and 18. We visited Albufeira, Zoomarine and a water park. We also did watersports and our daughter went skydiving.We had some lovely meals out. Figueiral in Almancil is one of our favourites. We also really enjoyed Marufo in Quarteira.We had a great holiday and would definitely return.

We had a great time in Albufeira and were so happy with the villa. It was clean, homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and the showers were great with plenty of hot water. We made very good use of the pool and sunbeds and it was great to have the large table outside where you could eat your meals in the shade. The complex itself was excellent, there was a little shop within walking distance and 3 good restaurants on site. We very much enjoyed the pizza on the first night.We had a car but also found it was a very easy walk into town on the blue path which was just across the bridge near reception.The check-in process was very easy and the instructions to find the villa were really clear and very helpful.We couldn't fault our stay and would definitely return.Thank you Sandra and Tina.

The villa was as advertised inside and the check in process was smooth. Unfortunately the outside definitely needs some TLC and we found that furniture was broken, missing cushions and not as advertised meaning that we didn’t relax around the pool until much later in the holiday. We also found that the shuttle bus on the complex was no longer in operation along with the pool bar which was a shame as this was advertised.

A wonderful stay as a family of nine - five adults and four kids. Very well stocked villa and Tina was a super, responsive host, who sorted any niggles we had straight away. Great to be on a resort that allowed you to access other facilities.The villa is in need of some TLC in places but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

The accomodations are perfect for a large family. Tina was exceptional to deal with and ensured we were happy. We didnt have to rent a car and used UBER and Bolt to get to the Old town and the Marina. A very good supermarket was within walking distance. We utilized the small playground and other pools on the resort.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this villa in Clube Albuferia. We spent a week, 7 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of room for all, far more spacious than expected. The villa was lovely and clean, location was on Clube Albuferia which is about a 30 minute walk from the old town, but there are a couple or restaurants and bars on the resort, and a supermarket a short walk. The pool area was very nice and the communication between the manager was very good.

Great family holiday

We had a great stay at the villa. The manager Lorna was fantastic. My only recommendation is to bring a yoga mat or something to put on the sun beds as they are uncomfortable without any cushions. We would definitely return. Thank you xx

Great villa

My family (3 adults and 4 children aged 3-10 years) really enjoyed our stay. The villa was ideal for us with plenty of inside and outside space. We had everything we needed (although wifi connection was not great). Any questions we had were responded to quickly and efficiently by Lorna and Steve. Definitely recommend to others and we would stay again.

Great stay for 60th birthday

Stayed for 5 nights with my family and partners, celebrating Dad's 60th. Suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped, barbecue was excellent. We had a wonderful time, the pool and outside area was lovely. Only areas for improvement would be to add a teapot and also to update the wall art in the red and black bedroom.

Lovely Villa

Comfortable villa. We all enjoyed the pool especially the children. Lorna was very helpful. We used Roger from Tropical Sun Bay for our Airpot transfers and going into town in the evenings. Roger and the other drivers were friendly, prompt and professional. We had a great holiday.

Gorgeous holiday villa

We had a great stay at this gorgeous villa. Lorna was great to deal with, particularly in the confusing run up to our holiday due to COVID rules changing, always responding promptly to messages. The layout of the spotlessly clean villa was perfect for us, 6 adults and 2 small children, and it had everything we needed. Whilst it was a half hour walk into town as others have said Ubers were easy to book and cost less than €4 and the Pavilion restaurant and the shop on site were good. We were concerned when we arrived to see a new villa under construction on the next door plot but the major work had been done and apart from one day was never too disruptive. We would definitely book again if returning to the Algarve

Amazing family holiday to Portugal

We decided to book the villa for a family holiday to Portugal (there were 7 of us including an 8 month old). The team were so helpful both during the booking process and the stay. They answered any queries we had before arriving, arranged the pool to be heated for us, a cot and high chair, as well as our airport transfer with a car seat. We actually ended up using our airport transfer contact (Roger) for our entire stay which was so good! The team also immediately came and fixed/helped with any issues we had, which was amazing. We could not fault the quality of customer care at all. The villa was beautiful, we loved the complex and the location! We would definitely look at going back and recommend to others!

Lovely Villa in wrong location

The location of the property was our main problem as we had 2 babies in our party and to go into town or go to the shops you need to cross a busy road by going over a pedestrian bridge which is not easy with two prams. The walk into town is around 25 minutes and the shuttle bus only operates at peak times in the season. Internally the Villa provides everything you could need however the mattresses in two of the rooms were very hard. We were very lucky as the plot of land behind the Villa is currently being built on but we did not see anyone until the day we departed when a mechanical digger arrived. A problem which cannot be resolved is the amount of dust and residue you get from the various structures being built in the complex so the area around the pool gets very dirty. We hadn’t pre arranged for the pool to be heated but we did request it on the second day as the water was so cold. Overall we did have a nice holiday however due to the location and the amount of building works going on we don’t think we would go back.

Thanks for the review. Luckily the Plot behind is not being built on any longer as there is an issue with paperwork which is why we have taken bookings. The only other villa that is being built right now is down the bottom of the road so should not have caused any problems to you. The resort has everything needed on site for a nice holiday but of course if you want to go to the beach it is a 20 min walk or you can get a Taxi which is only 5 euros. Maybe it would be better for you to have booked a Property closer in Town near the beach. Glad you had a good time all the same which is the main thing.

Great child friendly villa

Its the first time we have booked a villa for the family (Always all inclusive) so i spent hours online making sure i picked one that would tick all the boxes for our two children (6 & 3) The main things i was after 1) Central location 2) Heated pool 3) Child friendly villa - One storey 4) Outdoor space 5) Home from home with decent wifi & satellite tv This Villa ticked all the boxes and we were not disappointed one bit. Even though it was 35 degrees every day, the kids loved the heated pool and they would have stayed in it all day if we didnt drag them out! The villa is very spacious and child friendly which made for a relaxing few weeks (And me not stressing that they would be in danger at every turn!) Full list of movies and shows on tv after a long day which was nice for the kids to unwind 20-25 minute walk to the beach/old town or you can get a cab for about 8 euros. We never walked as too hot and the three year old wasn't having any of it! 😂 We had our own personal service recommended by Lorna which made things so easy as id just wattsapp him with 20 minutes notice and he would always send someone to pick me up wherever i was. He is also a great guy (Roger) which is always a bonus I would definitely recommend to others. A great family trip away!!

Une très bonne semaine dans la villa. La description de l'annonce est fidèle . Cuisine ouverte agréable, bons équipements. Villa propre, fonctionnelle, beaux espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs.

My love for Albufeira began in 2004 when I first visited for a short holiday. I instantly fell in love with Portugal—the warmth of the people, the beauty of the landscape, and the vibrant culture. It felt like home from the very first moment. So much so, that I made the decision to stay and spent two years living in Portugal, working in property sales at Clube Albufeira.

In 2006, life led me back to the UK, where I returned to my original career in property management. But Portugal never left my heart. I continued to visit several times a year, always dreaming of the day I could return for good.

That dream finally came true in 2014 when I purchased my first holiday home at Clube Albufeira. During the summer months, I rented it out to holidaymakers, and in the winter, it became our special family retreat. But it wasn’t until 2019 that I took the leap and moved to Portugal full-time. I became a property manager for holiday rentals, a role that allows me to share my love for this beautiful place with others.
I am truly passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for my guests.

There’s nothing more rewarding than meeting people from all over the world and helping them enjoy the magic of Portugal just as I have.
