Cap Sa Sal était dans les années 60 un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il a attiré la plus haute société du monde. Aujourd'hui, c'est une communauté reconvertie en appartements privés et en appartements à louer. C'est un paradis sur la Costa Brava! Il offre une vue sur la mer, la montagne et les îles Medas, la baie de Sa Tuna et Aiguafreda. Le Sa Roca est un appartement récemment rénové, moderne et lumineux, doté de tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour agréable. Cuisine, four, grille-pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, verres à vin, ainsi que 2 chaises longues pour l'essentiel: votre détente! Il y a 1 grand lit double et 2 lits simples, climatisation et chauffage. Parking gratuit à l'intérieur et en face de la communauté. Il y a un restaurant à côté!
