L'appartement est situé au dernier étage de la copropriété Sasso Rosso à Folgarida, à quelques minutes à pied de la piste du Belvédère. Il est élégamment meublé avec des meubles fabriqués à la main par un artiste local. Il dispose de 2 chambres: 1 avec un lit double, 1 avec 2 lits superposés. 1 salle de bain avec douche. Chambre avec table à manger dans une chambre simple avec cuisine avec un joli balcon donnant sur le mont Sasso Rosso.

Perfect for a skiing holiday

Our stay was perfect. The Appartement is close to the slope number 2, which gives you the opportunity to walk to it. Also everything was really clean and comfortable.

Flavia and Achille are excellent hosts—friendly, responsive, and clear in their communication. Their apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the facilities you need.We reached the Azzurra slope (2) by walking about 5 minutes along the road to the Nevesole Hotel, where you can ski down to the Folgarida gondola, and we returned the same way at the end of the day.Having skied in the Madonna area many times, we found staying in Folgarida to be excellent value compared with Madonna itself. We had a hire car (the garage space is tight, but that’s typical for ski condos), which was useful for larger supermarkets in Dimaro or Malé, and for one day when we drove to the Grostè car park to start skiing early before it became busy. From the Folgarida gondola it takes about an hour on skis to reach the top of Grostè.We ate twice at La Buca in central Folgarida—about a 25-minute walk—and it was delicious. We highly recommend Flavia and Achille’s apartment and would happily return.

The property was a shown in the photos. The location is good with access to many hikes and adventures. A few items that would make this a 5-star. 1) update the linens for the beds and towels. 2) We ended parking on the road opposite (summertime) the entrance as it was easier, instead of using the provided parking space, as it is very tight and difficult to get in to. 3) A washing machine in the apartment would be better that trekking down into the dark parking garage. Keep in mind it is better than not having one available. The host was very responsive and kind through our email communication. We would recommend Sasso Rosso to others.

I have spent lovely time in this cozy apartment with my family (2+2). Advantages: - nice, patient and communicative owners; - clean and spacious apartment: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen space, balcony and in addition wooden mezzanine with sofa and armchairs; - private garage with a closet for ski equipment storage; - close to the ski slope (short walk distance) Disadvantages: - no cable or WiFi Internet access, but mobile network available so you can use your smartphone Romuald

Fijn verblijf in Folgarida

Prima locatie om te wandelen (lift dichtbij), te raften in Dimaro, of om in een kwartiertje naar Madonna di Campligio te rijden. In de zomer is Folgarida vrij rustig (3 a 4 restaurantjes, twee supermarktjes, geen echte bakker), maar ook niet uitgestorven. Appartement is prima, klein balkon, maar verder goed uitgerust. De eigenaar is aardig en goed bereikbaar.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla

L’appartamento è molto carino, ben organizzato, in posizione tranquilla, poco distante da Dimaro. I miei figli hanno adorato la zona relax soppalcata, i cani il balcone con vista scoiattoli e la zona verde in vicinanza della casa, io e mio marito il silenzio assoluto attorno

Sauber, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und auf 2 Etagen, was unsere Teens klasse fanden, da sie dort etwas „unter sich“ waren :-). Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit kleinem Skiabstellraum; unseren Campingbus haben wir aber aufgrund der Höhe an der Straße -direkt vor dem Appartement- geparkt, das hat super gepasst. Die Skipiste ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Skiurlaub

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sauber, es gab genug Platz und die Gegend ist schön ruhig. Man ist dicht an der Piste und hat ein wunderschönes Skigebiet fast vor der Tür. Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend und das Ein und Aus - Checken war Problemlos.

Casa fantastica posizione eccellente

Appartamento che si trova al secondo piano , tenuto in maniera eccellente e collocato vicino le piste. 3 minuti a piedi. Comunicazione con il proprietario ottima ed ottima disponibilità da parte loro.

Ponte dell'immacolata a folgarida, l'appartamento è come da descrizione c'è veramente tutto quello che serve per una bella vacanza, il garage coperto è veramente comodo d'inverno ,c'è stato un disguido con il posto auto immediatamente risolto da I proprietari molto gentili, la vista dal terrazzo è veramente meravigliosa e si gode una pace rigenerante insomma ci si sente a casa propria

Schöne Ferienunterkunft ganz nah an der Piste

Hallo Flavia, wir haben eine tolle Woche in deiner Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet. Für Skifahrer wie uns ist sie sehr zu empfehlen, da man nur wenige Schritte bis zur Piste laufen muss. Schade war, dass die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit etwas weiter entfernt war. Mit unserem Auto konnten wir wegen der Dachbox den Garagenstellplatz leider nicht nutzen, weil die Raumhöhe zu niedrig war.
