Ceci est une maison de vacances spacieuse qui est une trouvaille rare Ă  Folly. Tu peux avoir le meilleur des deux mondes! Cette maison offre suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir de grands rassemblements mais est suffisamment confortable pour ceux qui souhaitent capturer un moment de calme.

Notre maison de vacances est Ă  seulement 200 pas de la plage et Ă  9 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la rue Centre. Que vous prĂ©fĂ©riez vous dĂ©tendre Ă  la plage, surfer au "washout" (qui est Ă  seulement cinq pĂątĂ©s de maisons), ou ĂȘtre attirĂ© par l'agitation de la rue Centre, lorsque votre journĂ©e est terminĂ©e, vous pouvez vous retirer dans la paix et la tranquillitĂ© de votre oasis de vacances qui a une grande salle aux dimensions gĂ©nĂ©reuses avec de grandes tĂ©lĂ©visions SMART Ă  Ă©cran plat, 5 chambres avec 7 nouveaux matelas queen-size en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire et un lit superposĂ© et de la literie. Nous avons 4 salles de bain complĂštes, 3 Ă  l'Ă©tage et une en bas.
Le rez-de-chaussée a une salle de jeux de 1300 SQF. TV 50 pouces, table de poker (apportez vos propres jetons), table de ping-pong, Air hockey, baby-foot et une kitchenette avec la 4Úme salle de bain complÚte à cet étage.

Si le temps ne coopÚre pas ... pas de soucis ... vous aurez toujours du plaisir à vous détendre sur le porche grillagé refroidi par ventilateur ou sur le coin salon extérieur couvert de 700 pieds carrés. Profitez de votre tasse de café le matin ou d'un verre de vin le soir sur l'un des deux ponts en bois qui donnent sur une cour magnifiquement paysagée. Les aires de stationnement sur place offrent un stationnement pratique pour au moins 6 véhicules.

Pretty much perfection. Note: the Keurig stopped working and the Mr. Coffee had one overflow issue, one of the kitchen trash cans needs to be replaced, foot pedal dose not work and the leather recliner next to the suede one would not close back up until we manipulated it. Thanks you, we had a Great stay.

The house was very comfortable, clean and kept up. The host seemed detail-oriented which was great. We had a very relaxing week in the house. Loved the screened-in porch. It was a great place for morning coffee or late afternoon visiting or reading. The house was a very short walk to the beach.

Great location, just a couple of hundred feet from the beach.

This place is not fancy, but is fantastically located near the 10th East beach entrance and has 5 bedrooms that can fit a lot of people--perfect for our family reunion.

Family staying for Charleston wedding

A group of 10 adult family members stayed for a long weekend for a wedding in Charleston. The house was great for our needs - plenty of room, plenty of parking, close to beach, easy to get to Charleston.

Amazing place highly recommend for so many reasons

This home was absolutely perfect. It offered plenty of space, was beautifully maintained, and created the ideal setting for a memorable stay. From the moment we considered booking, the owners were responsive, helpful, and attentive providing peace of mind well before our arrival and continuing throughout our vacation.The location was unbeatable, with the beach literally just across the street. Even my elderly, disabled father was able to comfortably walk over and join us for beach time. The screened-in porch, complete with ceiling fans, allowed us to relax outdoors without worrying about bugs, and the spacious yard was perfect for lawn games and socializing without ever feeling crowded.Parking was another standout feature ample on-site space was especially appreciated. Inside, the large dining table served as a great hub for meals and family game nights. The bedrooms were generously sized, and most beds felt new and very comfortable. The multiple refrigerator/freezer units throughout the house were an unexpected and much-appreciated convenience. I also loved the thoughtful touches there was a wide selection of games for all age groups already at the house. And the outdoor shower made post-beach clean-up a breeze before heading indoors.I could go on about how ideal this home was for our family. It truly made for a perfect vacation, and the owners went out of their way to make sure we felt well every step of the way. A 10/10 experience. I highly recommended!

A Week At Sandy Bottoms

Our family gathered at Sandy Bottoms on Folly Beach the week of 4/13 - 4/20. The home is in the perfect location. Situated two rows off the beach, it’s mere steps from the beach. The home is located far enough from the center of town that it is quiet and not congested, but it’s close enough to the shops and restaurants. My entire family had great fun, and we’re grateful for being able to stay there.

Family time

Our family came to Charleston for a wedding. We loved the location! It was close enough to restaurants to ride bikes and we didn’t have to deal with the crowds. The house was just a short walk to the beach and there also were not as many people there. The house worked great for the amount of people we had.

Great Place

This was a wonderful place to stay for our large group of friends on Folly Beach. Close to the water, walking distance to downtown, and a nice clean and organized space. Great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend if you have the opportunity to book this place not hesitate.

Stay at Sandy Bottoms

The house is as described. We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 10 adults, 2 kids and a toddler that were there on and off during pur stay. It is very close to the beach and we had fun looking for shells and playing in the waves. The kids loved playing in the screened in porch. We would definitlely stay again!

Another great stay!

Sometimes it's worth going back to the same place. It'd been four years since I'd visited this house and my return trip was just as precious. The location is exceptional--quiet, a block off the steps to the beach, plenty of parking. I love that the game room is downstairs and not connected to the house; the young adults love it. The owners are responsive and kind. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the room to spread out and the ability to be together. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The location was very good. The accomodations were fine for our group. The beds were just okay. Polyester sheets made sleeping difficult in the humid heat. Hosts should have upgraded (for a relatively small investment) to cotton. Communication with hosts was an unnecessary challenge. We concluded that they expected us to check VRBO regularly for communication instead of our regular email ??? Lower level was inconvenient for us.

Playhouse was Family vacay Perfection

Our son was married on Folly Beach. The Playhouse was the perfect set up with many bedrooms and tons of common space including a lower level that was used for family games! The location was very close to the beautiful beach. We grilled out on the lower level and there was ample parking for our family. The host was very chill and easy to get a hold of. The home had a ton of space and was very clean. The location was PRIME for a beach vacay. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well priced and I would definitely recommend for a family friendly trip to Folly.

We put a great deal of TLC into renovating this home so families can have a place to gather, slow down and reconnect.
