Beautiful villa with stunning outdoor area for relaxing by the pool, cooking or sunbathing. Clean and ready for an easy check in. Welcome basket of food and drink was fantastic and perfect after a day of travelling, enough to make a dinner and breakfast from! The villa is perfectly situated for plenty of nearby sites, beaches, attractions and towns with a car. It has supermarkets within 5mins drive along with a bakery and plenty of tavernas. You can walk to the beach and a beach bar in 20mins. My family (4 adults and 2 children,) had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful

Beautiful villa. Gorgeous place. Manolis met us at the villa with a warm welcome even though our flight was delayed and it was 3am when we finally arrived. We had the best welcome pack EVER! Everything we needed. Couldn’t fault our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a villa in Crete.

Nikiforos villa holiday

Fantastic welcome,the kitchen table was overflowing with fruit ,food stuffs and raki. There was also food and drink in fridge which was great as it was the early hours of the morning when we got there. Pool and outside areas were lovely,really missing pool now. Inside was very well presented,and clean,couldn't ask for more. Would love to stay again and have recommended to friends and family.xx

The villa was very beautiful

The hosts were very friendly. The villa is very clean and has everything you need. The open kitchen and the fantastic view let the day end comfortably. The pool is ideal for a refreshment in between. The beach can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. Also the supermarket. We were here the second time and will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything we enjoyed the time

Perfect in every way

A beautiful villa in a wonderful location . My week exceeded my expectations in many ways . The villa was spotlessly clean , beds super comfy , fresh clean linen , powerful showers , beautiful outside space , outstanding welcome basket upon our arrival including a pasta bake in the oven all ready for us to eat after our journey . This is a real find for those that appreciate the nicer things in life . It was hard to leave but hope to return .

our stay in this brandnew villa was heavenly. One week was too short! The owners, the family and the care-taker were amazing. they were so friendly and did everything to help and to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. The villa is nicely decorated and has everything you need. we spend hours in the pool and the terrace outside (with a glass of wine of course) and enjoyed the view, the nature and the quietness. Yet everything is nearby, it's only a short drive down to the supermarkets, the beaches and a lot of nice restaurants at the sea. The villa is also well located to visit some cities as Chania, Rethymnon, Heraklion and some places in the south. It's such a lovely place to stay, we will be back!!!

Très bon séjour, très belle maison !

Merci à Manolis et Katarina pour leur accueil . Nous sommes venus en famille. On est arrivé dans une maison très propre, à l’image des photos que nous avions vues avec en plus un joli et copieux panier garni avec une délicieuse huile d’olive faite maison ! On peut profiter des plages alentours, visiter l’arrière pays et retrouver la maison et sa piscine avec plaisir ! Séjour à conseiller !

Une très belle villa au calme avec le chant des cigales !

Très belle villa très cosy pour passer une semaine de détente. A 10mn de Réthymnon pour les restaurants ou la plage, quel bonheur de retrouver ce havre de paix et plonger dans la piscine ! Villa très bien conçue, très bien équipée, très jolie décoration et surtout extrêmement propre ! Un grand merci à Valia pour sa disponibilité bienveillante et à Mr Manoli pour son accueil à notre arrivée très tardive ! Séjour totalement réussi... Schöner Urlaub

Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Empfang durch Manolu und Katherina war sehr herzlich. Der Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt und ein Obstteller stand auf dem Tisch. Zwischendurch wurden wir mit Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht wie frische Eier, Olivenöl oder mit lokalen Schnaps. Abends haben wir die Ruhe und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick aufs Meer genossen.

Super Haus mit tollem Service

Das Haus ist sehr schön, genauso, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bei unserer Anreise spät am Abend begrüßte uns Manolis herzlich und es wartete ein reich gefüllter Kühlschrank und ein überbordender Obst- und Snackkorb auf uns. Es war an alles gedacht. Während der Woche genossen wir die große und ruhige Terrasse zum Essen und Ausruhen. Unser Rückflug war wieder spät am Abend. Da wir die letzten Gäste der Saison waren, durften wir ganz unkompliziert noch den ganzen Tag im Haus bleiben. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und die überaus herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijk schoon huis met alles erop en eraan!

Erg prettige ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke beheerder. Prachtig huis met mooie ligging. Huis was bij aankomst mooi schoon en gevuld met veel eten en drinken wat erg fijn was want wij kwamen in de nacht aan. Echt een topper!

Nur zu empfehlen!!

es war ein mega Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit einem mega Obstkorb empfangen. Es war sogar ein kleiner Einkauf für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt. Die unterkunft war ein Traum ruhig gelegen. Manolis war immer vor Ort für Fragen oder Probleme. Es gibt wirklich keine Kritik! Mehr als positiv überrascht!

Härlig villa med alla bekvämligheter

Vi trivdes VÄLDIGT bra i villan. Rent, snyggt, välplanerat och välutrustat boende. Härligt läge med utsikt över havet och skogen/bergen som granne. Manolis/husvärden var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig och allt fungerade bra.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im August 21 für 12 Tage in der Villa Nikiforos und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig von Olivenbäumen umgeben mit Blick auf das Meer und ist in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Zustand. Die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt und auch vor Ort wurde uns immer geholfen. Ich kann die Villa Nikiforos auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme auch gerne wieder.

Einfach unglaublich und wir sagen DANKE

Wir das heißt, mein Mann, meine Tochter und Ihre beste Freundin, haben eine Woche in der Villa Nikiforos gewohnt. Es war alles perfekt. Die Villa ist super aufgeteilt, zwei Schlafzimmer oben und eins im unteren Bereich. So hatten die Mädels oben ihr Reich mit Bad und wir unten, mit separater Toilette. Die Villa ist super sauber, und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich denken kann. Es hat einfach nichts gefehlt. Und auch draußen, der große Pool, sehr sauber. Einfach ein Traum mit der Grillstelle und dem Tisch, wo wir wirklich die ganze Woche, alle zusammen gesessen und unglaublich schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Es gibt genügend Schattenplätze, aber man konnte sich auch toll Sonnen. Die Villa steht alleine und wir waren einfach nur für uns. Na ja, außer vielleicht mal ein paar Schafe 😂. Mit dem einchecken hat es auch prima geklappt, vorher angerufen, als wir vom Flughafen losgefahren sind und bei der Ankunft hat Manolis auf uns gewartet. Der netteste Verwalter den ich kenne. Selbst für den ersten Einkauf war gesorgt, einfach nur unglaublich. Hier kann man ankommen und sich direkt wohlfühlen. Wir sagen danke für die schöne, unkomplizierte Zeit.

Schöne Villa in einsamer Umgebung

Sehr ordentliche Unterkunft. Hell und geräumig. Die Umgebung ist allerdings ein ziemlicher Kontrast zur Sauberkeit der Villa.

gerne wieder einmal

War alles perfekt...würden sofort wieder kommen. Einzig der Pool ist leider nicht geheizt und war deshalb ein wenig frisch.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für einen entspannten Familenurlaub.

Wir haben hier unseren Sommerurlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr neu, ausreichend Platz für 5-6 Personen und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sowohl der Innenbereich als auch der Außenbereich sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt und wird regelmäßig vom Verwalter gereinigt. Vom Außen-Essplatz und Grill lässt sich beim Abendessen der tolle Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wegbeschreibung, Empfang und Check-in waren perfekt organisiert und der nette, deutschsprechende Verwalter, der im Nachbarhaus lebt, gibt viele gute Tipps und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Rundum perfekt, 5 Sterne. - jederzeit wieder.
