Dolce Mimi - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

A few steps from the wonderful sandy beach of Posto Vecchio (200 meters far from the beach) there is this house called 'Dolce Mimì', a nice first floor apartment.
The house is structured as follows: entrance onto a kitchen complete with all utensils, TV and a small balcony from which you can see partially the sea.
There are two bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Finally bathroom with all services and shower cubicle. There is an AC in the sleeping area.
The house is located in an excellent position near the beach, beaches, bars, markets and restaurants. Ideal location to move comfortably on foot without having to take the car. Furthermore, a pass is available to guests for free parking on the blue lines throughout the Salve marina.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
Bath and bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost of EUR 15 per person.
Pets not allowed.
Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.

Departure between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 early departure fee.
