La structure Xenia House est située dans la charmante et paisible station balnéaire de Salinelle Beach-Lascari, non loin du célèbre Cefalù. Il est facilement accessible depuis Palerme en 45 minutes environ. De plus, Xenia House se trouve à quelques mètres de la mer: 100 marches!
