Magnifique chalet de style ancien avec vue sur la mer

Le chalet: chalet traditionnel de deux chambres situé sur l'île pittoresque d'Inishnee près du village de Roundstone, qui est une destination de vacances populaire du Connemara. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une île, Inishnee est accessible en tout temps par un pont routier à deux voies. La maison offre un cadre tranquille et isolé pour profiter de magnifiques vues panoramiques sur la mer, le littoral accidenté et les montagnes. Vous trouverez les magasins, les pubs et les restaurants de fruits de mer les plus proches à Roundstone, à 5 km. Roundstone est un village très dynamique et offre une gamme variée d'activités pour les visiteurs du Connemara, y compris des galeries, une semaine des arts, des festivals, des yachts à louer, des excursions d'une journée pour la pêche en mer ou des excursions sur le talonneur traditionnel Truelight. The waters and the wilds on Inis Ni

A beautiful cottage full of character in a beautiful location. Very comfortable and cosy and an ideal location if you like walking. The scenery is spectacular and we would love to return for another stay soon.

Cosy cottage in lovely setting

Sean's cottage is a beautiful cottage, in a wonderful secluded setting with fantastic views. Yet a 15 minute drive to the local shop in Roundstone. Quiet and cosy. Very comfortable at the cottage with a good kitchen which is well equipped and has a nice wet room bathroom. A lovely wood burner fireplace which we had going most eves. cottage was warm with oil heated radiators on a timer. Comfy beds. Good TV & digital box for family entertainment. Great info about local walks and Connemara sights. we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Close to many lovely places such as Dogs Bay, Cliften Sky Road Loop, Ballynahinch Estate Greenway walk and Kylemore Abbey.

Such an excellent stay ,far away from everyone, off the beaten track. Always such a pleasure to stay there.The booking team are amazing,helpful,professional and friendly Then there's Maureen such a lovely lady,ready to help and she prepares everything to a very high standard. Comfortable Peaceful

The cottage was beautiful with stunning views from every window , being perfectly positioned near water & mountains one can't help but have a relaxing holiday. I absolutely loved the tranquility of the area. The winding approach is narrow so being a confident driver will help, for me it didn't matter as the destination was well worth it.

Loved our stay at Sean's Cottage, this cosy cottage has everything from its authentic feel to the amazing views and outside seating We had a wonderful week and will be back It's also a quick drive to Roundstone with lovely food to be had The island loop walk is a must too

We had a perfect time in this beautiful cottage on the most charming little island

Everything about our three-night stay in the cottage was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, it was an ideal place to explore Connemara and cozy up indoors during Storm Ashley. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and Maureen was incredibly helpful, available whenever we needed assistance. We’d love to come back

Quiet away from it all

If you want a quiet away from it all .Sean’s Cottage is the place……just the sound of the birds and lambs and nobody to bother you yet ten minutes drive into Roundstone for a good cup of coffee or delicious supper. Glorious beaches and clean sea within another five minutes what more could you need!

Wonderful location, 360 view

We had an excellent stay at Sean’s cottage. The location is perfect with breathtaking views in all directions. The house is clean and comfortable. And the area has a lot to offer, from walks in Connemara National park, boattrips to Inishbofin, dinner or drinks in Roundstone. We could have spent here much more days! Holiday Return Booking

This is an amazing traditional cottage ..Far away from the hustle and bustle .A single track road leads you to the property a great test for your driving skills. Its comfortable and relaxing , fantastic views and has everything you need . Great base for hiking . Home is well prepared and clean ..Maureen does an amazing job and is only a quick call away . Brilliant stay highly recommend it.

Away from it all

If you want an away from it all break Sean’s is a good choice although the track from the main road is a challenge the first time! Lots of Interesting from the previous owner Sean around the slightly quirky cottage. Good spot for touring the area. No light pollution making the night sky wonderful and for bird watchers bring binoculars as many migrating birds stay for a while locally.

This is a fabulous little fisherman's cottage on a isolated part of the Island with access by a small winding challenging road ,views are amazing.The cottage has everything you need it's comfortable and warm .Maureen is lovely she there for you if needed and prepares everything perfectly. It's a cottage to get away from the busy world.Peace and quiet reigns here.If you like hiking ,running or just relaxing this is the place to be .No shops ,no pubs ,no noise just waves ,sheep,horses and a few cows with once in a while people in the small fishing port ...Brilliant.

Ein originales Cottage, das den alten Charme versprüht, liebevoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet ist und trotzdem eine moderne Ausstattung hat. Dazu die herrliche Lage mit hervorragender Sicht auf das Meer und die Landschaft. Was man einzig dafür in Kauf nehmen muss, ist die Anfahrt über schmale Straßen.

A blissful experience in a stunning location

We loved the cottage: it has all the comforts and the location is simply stunning. You can enjoy the absolute peace and tranquillity of an island while not missing out on the opportunity to explore Connemara. The cottage itself has a rustic, cozy feeling and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has been renovated recently and tastefully. There were two of us, plus a large dog, and we felt the size of the cottage was just ideal for a couple but could also fit 3 people easily:-). Customer service was excellent and the staff and caretaker were very helpful.

Another peaceful month at Seans

This is my fourth visit to Sean’s for a month in the spring to paint and is ideal for a peaceful do nothing break. Ideal for local beaches and the various eateries and shop in Roundstone are very welcoming. I can recommend for a simple holiday.

France to Inishnee

We left the hussle and bussle of a town in France looking for an escape from the rat race and found it in Sean's cottage.Peace and quiet .A cottage well equipped clean and comfortable even when it's a bit chilly outside the heating system is great and the woodburning stove gives the cottage its charm. For walkers and runners it's the place to stay close enough to all the beaches,hills and countryside one wishes in Connemara. Maureen is the perfect host.Highly recommend it.

Peace & Beauty in Innishnee

We could not have wished for a nicer place to have our break. The setting was so beautiful. The cottage itself was very cosy with all the comforts one likes and generously 'kitted out' with all that was needed. It was a real treat to spend time here, we could not have wished for more..
