Une maison de style lac de style des années 1960 avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains à Brandon, MS. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert, peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, et offre une vue imprenable sur le bord de l'étang Ross Barnett. Nous avons 3 glissades de bateau, un lancement de bateau peu profond, une cour surdimensionnée et une fosse à feu. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et le placard est prêt à divertir! Il y a un lancement de bateaux publics dans le quartier juste au coin de la rue et les magasins d'alimentation sont juste à l'extérieur du quartier. La maison est située dans un cul-de-sac tranquille avec des vues inégalées sur la baie de Pelahatchie.

We have stayed here annually for about 5 years! Love the location, you feel like you are in a remote location at a camp set back in time, even though you aren't! Clean and comfortable and well stocked. We do use the grill for most all our meals. Great spot!!!

This was our second time staying at this property and, as always, was great. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to host meals and the house itself is neat and comfortable. Love the spacious living room area where our family was able to enjoy reading, playing games, and just looking at the beauty outside through the large windows. Beautiful outside and appreciated the canoes to explore the beauty of the Rez. Proximity to the walking/running trail and Kroger also great. Easy to communicate with the host and clear expectations appreciated. Feels like our "home away from home" when visiting family in MS.

Weekend with family

This house on the reservoir is perfect for a family gathering! Plenty of space both inside and out. Will, the host, was very helpful in answering questions and providing information in a timely manner. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would recommend it to others.

Superior waterfront property!

Extremely spacious property. Room to relax. Well stocked. Great location. BUT note the signs about the gators before hopping in the water. The signs are true. The gators around the island have been fascinating to watch.

Lake House Retreat

A group of friends and I were in Jackson to compete in an event in Madison. We wanted a place that was far enough out of Jackson to be away from crime, had plenty of room for 4 adult men, and to be on the water: this place fit the bill. While a little dated, it's very roomy, the location and security is incredible, and it's very well-furnished. I would stay here again with no hesitation!

Birthday Weekend

This House is just Great. Our second time to stay here . It was My grandson's 18th Birthday .We had a wonderful time relaxing, cooking & fishing. There is a Grocery store close , as well as bowling & moves & restaurant's . The house has more that everything you need for a great weekend & the owners are Super sweet... We will be back

Relaxation on the Rez

This was our first time at the rez and this house was perfect for our stay. It's a large beautiful location with excellent views. We could not have been happier. There was room to park our boat and launch nearby.

Wedding weekend

Cozy house on the water.

Great area! Loved the layout of the house, ton of window area looking over the water, great outdoor area. We had the best space to have a graduation celebration and entertain family from out of town. The hosts were so accommodating and quick to responding to our requests. Loved the whole property and experience. Would definitely rebook in the future.

College Girls' Reunion

Beautiful views of the lake and huge yard. Quiet and peaceful. The house is at the end of a culdesac with no traffic. We are an older group so the house being one level was good. All 10 of us could easily gather in the big open den and kitchen.

Just perfect. Everything as advertised. Easy process of communication with host. Spectacular location, quiet neighborhood, peaceful. Great Family Getaway

Our stay was AMAZING!!! This house accommodated EVERYONE; adults, teens and kid! Things that really stick out and intrigue me; clean house but even the floors (this means a lot, especially when its all tile), retro vibe (we love the smell, pullcord curtains, dishes, color scheme etc.), screened in porch was PERFECT. It did rain a bit so the kids were able to chill and play in the screened in portion while the adults played card games at the dining room table - ALL WHILE ENJOYING THE VIEW!!! I just cant say enough about this place. We will def be back.

Great Easter Weekend

This was a Beautiful Home. It is so well stocked with Dishes & ect for kitchen, you will have everything you need. the board games were fun as well . The yard was great . There are a Lot of geese & birds & its so very nice to sit outside with coffee. Close to all stores for anything you need. It was my grandsons birthday & easter too . It was just a perfect get away. The host were every helpful too . I have stayed a VRBO houses a Lot & this one was one of the best .

Always a lovely stay

This was our third ( maybe fourth) year to stay here with my parents, my brother and then my husband and kids. It is such a lovely home and we always enjoy our time together so much. There is a cute little walking trail at the head of the subdivision that we walk each morning/evening. The kids and the boys liked the boats that were provided. We fished our little hearts out. The kitchen and family room is plenty big enough for all of us to spend time together and there is a nice little porch room for additional space for meals, cards, games etc. Again, we love this home and would gladly come back.

There was more than enough room for our entire group to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space while still coming together for quality time.The location was perfect—just a short drive to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions. We never felt far from anything we needed, yet the property itself still offered a peaceful and private atmosphere.One of the most memorable parts of our trip was being able to teach my sons and nephews how to fish. The dock on the property was perfect for this, and to our delight, the kids caught plenty of catfish. Watching their excitement and pride with each catch was a moment I’ll never forget. It’s not often you find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and meaningful experiences all in one.This property had everything we needed to make our trip special—from fully stocked amenities to the serene outdoor setting. Whether we were enjoying quiet mornings by the water, grilling in the evening, or just relaxing together as a family, it was the perfect backdrop for making lifelong memories.

We grew up skiing on The Rez and love spending time at the Lake House whenever we get a chance.

This house has been in the family for 4 generations and my sister, Janelle, and I had a chance to bring it back to life in 2012. We took over the property from family members and we have done a significant amount of work to bring the house up to modern conditions while keeping the nostalgic feel. We love the views, sitting by the water, connecting to nature and we enjoy sharing it with others.

Property is made up of 4 lots, which is highly unusual. The house sits on 1 lot leaving a huge yard and significant water front access/views that can't be found anywhere else on The Rez. Many have mistaken our place for a public park.
