We enjoyed our stay in Matera the home was clean and actually quite large. The view from the primary was gorgeous. We didn’t do any cooking but it was equipped well and also had a washer/dryer. They do have very tight parking in front of the unit it’s challenging to get in and out. Parking is a little harder to find in Matera. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main square and we found a coffee shop that opened early that was super convenient. I traveled with my mom and we felt very safe walking back to the home at night. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Maria’s place was perfect for our stay as is with in walking distance from anywhere we wanted venture. Maria was very accommodating for our dietary needs. The place was perfect!

Well appointed apartment close to the Stassi. Plenty of room for the family. Host left coffee and snacks.

Matera is a beautiful town. Apartment in a great location for us - on edge of town so arrived quickly from main road, managed to park for free in street nearby, only 15 minute walk to historic centre of town, very quiet and private and literally right next to the countryside - looking straight out onto countryside from the balcony. Maria was very efficient both during the booking process and on arrival. Apartment clean and spacious. Kitchen equipment rather limited - not really properly set up for much cooking. Will definitely come back to Matera again and would book Maria’s apartment again.

Excellent Property made our stay enjoyable

First and foremost the property manager and her communication were excellent with extremely quick replies to our questions and her offers to go above and beyond which we politely declined. The property was clean and in good shape. Additional accessories such dish towels, a tea kettle, a pair of scissors, and spatula would have been helpful

Possibly the most considerate host ever

My husband and I arrived early, while the cleaning staff were finishing up. We were able to drop our bags and head off for a cappuccino and pastry, and the apartment was ready shortly.The apartment is very roomy, with a nice balcony overlooking the “rock”. We were very close to the best locations to take stunning photos at sunset and sunrise.Our host provided breakfast both days, as well as fruit, juice, milk, espresso machine and sweets. She asked what we wanted for breakfast the second day and brought us fresh organic eggs and bacon for us to cook.The washing machine was a godsend and there was a handy drying rack for the clothes.I cannot recommend this host and unit more highly!

Superbe vue

Charmant acceuil par la propriétaire souriante. Petit déjeuner offert. Grand appartement simple et très propre avec une petite terrasse en bordure de la gravinne, vue imprenable. Bons lits. Bien situé à 5 min du centre historique. Connection Wifi un peu faible.
