Il s'agit d'un charmant logement d'une chambre conçu comme un appartement dans une villa de 2 étages située à environ 200 mètres de la plage de Mullins. Il est très spacieux avec un salon bien aménagé avec des sièges très confortables, une télévision et une connexion wifi. La salle à manger a une grande table à manger et peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Une grande cuisine bien équipée. Beautiful property situated close to the beach, the grounds were very private. Wonderful hosts, attentive yet unobtrusive. So thoughtful that they gifted us with a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary. Look foward to returning.

Maureen the host was very welcoming and her husband was a nice guy too. The accommodations were just as advertised and the and the small swimming pool was wonderful. It is a noisy location, however, and as others have commented there is a condominium being built right next door and it is quite noisy during the day. The location is fantastic for accessing the beaches and restaurants.

Great location value for money accommodation

Property was more than adequate and fulfilled our needs, the hosts were engaging and helpful, we would be happy to recommend this property and we are planning to return. Pool and grounds are private and relaxing, overall location to the beach and other travel network is great.

The walk to Mullins beach was great- just a 2-3 minute walk. I found another quieter beach which was a 9 minute walk. Hidden gem. When you hit the main beach head left and look for a gap between the houses about another 7 min away but better to walk than drive because nowhere to park really. The pool was amazing. Swam every day multiple times and no one to share it with. Nice pool temp and very private. There was some construction beside our unit which was a bit of a dower because of the noise basically every day from 9-5 ( except Sunday) but no fault of the wonderful hosts. The restaurants are expensive but tasty food. Do not go to Fish Pot b/c it’s overrated and small portions. Sea Shed was wonderful. Went twice. The nachos are excellent there. If you would like to spend a little less and like Jamaican food go to RJ&J’s. 9/10 min walk. Super fast service and great food. Went to Sunnd Spa - pricey but really decent gym. 25 BD and you can stay all day if you want. If you like to do reformer Pilates bring your Pilates grippy socks b/c they charge 20 USD. I recommend you bring your pillow if you are fussy about bed pillows. I really missed mine but the bed was great and AC worked very well. Monkeys and birds all the time. Good satellite TV. Watched a few movies. Fridge is big and works well. Great location in Mullins. Definitely worth the money.

Lovely Appartment

Gorgeous location within 2 minutes walk from Mullins beach and the fabulous "Sea Shed" restaurant. Beautiful garden and pool area and excellent accommodation. Owners Maureen and Lenox are delightful people

Lovely apartment close to the beach

Que Sera is a lovely apartment on the ground floor, the owners live on the floor above. The apartment has everything you need for a beach holiday on beautiful Barbados, plus there is a pool onsite for use by guests. Maureen was a lovely host, and I would recommend her place.

I truly loved the feel of being home yet away from home. Everything you can ask for when it comes to comfort while on vacation. I loved the private pool and the tranquil grounds. Being within walking distance from the beach and decent restaurants. If I had to give a negative response it would be the lack of air conditioning throughout (only in bedroom). Each room does have ceiling fans.

Mullins Beach Apartment

Super location minutes from the spectacular Mullins beach and Sea Shed restaurant set in wonderful grounds with humming birds and planting to enjoy all day and evening. The rooms are within a splendid grand house with privacy and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed bbq ing and entertaining. Our communication with the landlady was efficient and easy and Francis who cleans was most helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was large and practically functional . Perhaps a few new pots and pans would be helpful but we were very happy with the simplicity for a week thank you we will be back definitely

A little gem

The property is in a fantastic location for the sea shed and Adrian's bar on Mullins beach 5min max walk. Also the same for catching the local buses in and out of the city. It's lovely to be on the beach but for a chill out day great to spend it around the pool on the sunbeds. On the terrace you can see the monkeys, hummingbirds as well as other species of birds too. The little geckos are fun to watch how quickly they run on the house walks and grounds. The property also has quite a large drive so great too if you want to hire a car during your stay. We will definitely be back.

Maureen and Lenox Are Lovely Hosts

First Lenox and Maureen are excellent hosts and are great people. We were lucky enough to even meet some of their family who had travelled from the UK to stay at the property. And their apartment that they rent out is quite nice. However, we booked their Vrbo looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful vacation, away from the busy west coast highway and the noise that comes with that roadway. That was far from the case. There is a major construction project of 26 condo units being undertaken right adjacent to the property that goes on six days a week, from early morning to well into the evening. For three days in a row, there were cement mixers parked adjacent to the other side of the Vrbo where we were trying to relax and read, parked, with their engines idling and their cement mixers churning away. We were sandwiched between the noise of the construction site and idling trucks. Then, on Sundays when the construction noise does ease up, the local dogs all start barking in unison early in the morning. I appreciate that there is little that Maureen and Lenox can do about the noise, and I feel sorry for them, as it is not their fault. I wish I had done more to learn about the noise level at this Vrbo before booking it, so it is my fault that we stayed here no doubt. This was my first Vrbo experience and the lesson learned for me is to determine what I can expect in terms of piece and quiet. In time, this may be a lovely spot to rent, but for right now, be prepared for the noise.

L’emplacement est bien, près de la plage et tel que décrit. Toutefois, l’annonce n’était pas exacte. On indique qu’il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse mais ce n’est pas le cas. Également, il y a des restrictions quant à l’utilisation de la climatisation et des ventilateurs qui ne sont pas mentionnés dans l’annonce. Avoir su avant, peut-être que notre choix se serait porté ailleurs.

Carmen, Glad you enjoyed the locality of the apartment, sadly many of your other points weren’t ‘strictly’ true. Due to misuse of the washing machine by guests in previous years the washing facilities are for the housekeeper only. However as I tried to explain to you she is willing to do personal washing and I believe she did some for you. The ‘restriction’ of A/C use is a ‘polite request’ in the guest book for A/C’s to be turned off whilst guests are out, largely for environmental reasons. However you used them 24/7 and I don’t believe any restrictions were placed on you! Unfortunately most of these problems arose because of neither of us being able to communicate to one another successfully. Sadly many of these problems could have been dealt with had this not been the case but ‘C’est la vie’.

We built this property in 2001, in a location , that due to its vegetation and ‘greenness’ reminded us of our home in Surrey. It was originally built for our use and parents use but due to circumstances now only 1 apartment is needed. We and on occasions family enjoy the upstairs apartment . Whilst we are in residence we appreciate visitors privacy but also enjoy meeting with new guests and our ever faithful returnees and like to frequently share a rum punch our rum sour on our verandah with them.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The apartment and gardens are private and peaceful but in the perfect location for a very short walk to two of the bests beaches on the West Coast, Mullins and Gibbes. We are also close to a spar. More recently there have been additions to both local and fine dining in easy walking distance. Travel by bus or car to the local towns of Speightstown to our North and Holetown to our South is close and convenient. Easy access again by bus or car to Bridgetown and many tourist locations on the island. Some visitors have even ventured without difficulty as far as North Point in St Lucy and Bathsheba on the East Coast using the bus service! It is the perfect area to relax or be active with the many interests on offer.
