Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. Hosts are very helpful and great roof terrace off bedroom. You do need to be fit as it is penthouse and no lift. We got a shop delivered from Mercadona to save carrying supplies upstairs.Really lovely pool and beautiful gardens.

Brilliant month in los alcazarez

Lovely property, fabulous terrace , really good holiday . Really nice complex, small but friendly. Location is excellent 2 minutes walk to the main square. Would definitely come here again.

Comfortable penthouse aprtment in a good location.

We had a very comfortable stay at the property and our hosts were very helpful. The apartment is close to restaurants and in walking distance to the beach. It is in a quiet setting and there is a good roof terrace to sit out on with sun loungers. Would recommend

Gorgeous Apartment

Lovely apartment, fully equipped and very clean. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Complex is gorge, been staying at Playa 111 for over 15 years, this apartment is one of the best! Excellent communication with hosts, highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely holiday, we’ll definitely rebook x

Great location short walk to restaurants, bars and the seaside.Penthouse views over the garden & swimming pools. Everything one needs included within. Great communication with owners. No negatives.Highly recommended.

Lovely penthouse

This Apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We like the area as youvcan walk to the shops and restaurants in minutes. The beach is only 5mins away. We choose not to have a car as the bus station is also close if you want to travel further or use a taxi.

Great apartment

Amazing modern accommodation and fantastic hosts! Everything was as described, beach within walking distance. Great communication and assistance at hand if needed. Good for families and the facilities in the complex, including security made us feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Lovely apartment and a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and very comfortable with everything we needed. The complex itself was also very pleasant and well-kept with a nice swimming pool which we very much enjoyed. Pip and Gary were excellent too. Communication was great, with quick responses to our questions, and they managed to sort everything out very efficiently even though we booked fairly last-minute! They also gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat which was appreciated. Overall a very enjoyable stay and excellent hosts. Would recommend!

Great location

Very good apartment but accessed by three flights of stairs. Handy roof terrace just out of the main bedroom but the white loungers were broken and unusable and just left on the sun terrace. My friend in the second bedroom said that new mattresses were badly needed. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms but none in the lounge/kitchen which actually was airy when outside and balcony doors were open.

L'appartement de Pippa et Gary est vraiment très agréable à vivre, bien plus encore que ne le laissent penser les photos, les pièces sont bien distribuées et les trois terrasses permettent de prendre l'air comme on le souhaite. Car il y a de l'air à ce dernier étage, et laisser les portes ouvertes de part et d'autre permet de ne pas étouffer. Les ventilateurs sont aussi très efficaces, et nous les avons privilégiés sur l'air conditionné. La piscine est très agréable et la résidence, très agréable aussi, était assez calme en cette fin de mois d'août (peu occupée). Le ménage laissait à désirer quand nous sommes arrivés et peut-être faudrait-il revoir un peu le matériel de cuisine (les poêles, les verres) mais rien de grave.

Absolutely loved our 8 night break in Gary & Pippa's home. The property is perfect and had everything you need for a great holiday. The sunny roof terrace was a highlight as it was very private. The pool area was good and often not too busy. The whole Playa III complex is clean/tidy & well looked after. Perfect location for the strip, old town, shops, beach, market etc.. nothing any further than a 20min walk. Gary & Pippa were great with Comms in the lead up to our holiday. We would love to come back one day

I stayed for 4 weeks April/May

The apartment was everything that it said on website very clean and comfortable I especially enjoyed the roof terrace which was in the sun most of the day. It is in a secure gated complex with a lovely pool A short walk for a Spanish breakfast in the Square where there also was a supermarket, bars & restaurants and a short walk further to the beach with a lovely promenade I would recommend Gary Πps apartment and if I go back again to Los Alcazares wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I was there for 4 weeks and could have stayed longer Communication with the owners was excellent

Nice apartment

The apartment is well equipped, just as in the descriiption on the website. The pool area and the garden is clean and well mantained. We have been at Playa III a couple of times before and this was the nicest apartment so far. We will defenitely come back again

Un buen apartamento para pasar unos días de vacaciones

La cama de matrimonio era pequeña para mí, el colchón estaba para cambiar. La nevera era pequeña también y costaba enfriar las cosas. Un aire acondicionado no funcionaba porque se había averiado. Había algunos detalles más de algunas cosas que necesitaban más mantenimiento. Esto lo comento simplemente para que los propietarios pues lo puedan tener en cuenta y mejorar esos detalles. -------- Pero resalto que el apartamento está muy bien y que las cosas positivas que tiene el apartamento y complejo de apartamentos, la piscina, la zona, todo eso supera los pequeños inconvenientes que haya habido y que hemos pasado unos muy buenos días de vacaciones. no tendría inconveniente en repetir en unos años.

We were glad you enjoyed your stay at our apartment and would like to respond to your feedback/comments... 1) Air conditioning unit, as you will remember you booked very last minute and before you booked we advised you that it had recently broken down in the main bedroom and would not be fixed in time before your stay, but as agreed you still wished to go ahead with the booking. 2) I apologize if you found the bed was too small however it is as advertised on the website (at time of booking) 'a double' : unsure how the mattress would need to be changed as the bed is also new. 3) The fridge is standard full size unit and regards the cooling, we have not received any other negative comments since your stay, but will continue to monitor it. Apologizes for the delay in our response, but would thank you once again for the comments/feedback. Pip & Gary
