Notre condo est un condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes 1200 pieds carrés dans le quartier des affaires, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de Bourbon! Il peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et 2 autres lits jumeaux peuvent accueillir 2 enfants supplémentaires si nécessaire. Les clients auront plusieurs équipements tels que 3 téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat LED, Bluetooth Sound Bar, accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit, et la télévision par câble. Notre maison est à distance de marche des restaurants de renommée mondiale, des itinéraires de défilé Mardi-Gras, The Riverwalk, et des attractions touristiques telles que la rue Bourbon, Jackson Square et le marché français. Appliances need to be updated badly. The mattress in the bedroom closest to the living area was squeaky and noisy. Very weird smell in the lobby every day. However, felt secure and loved the decor. Trolley stop on the same block and walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Excellent for girls weekend get-away

We traveled to New Orleans or Essence Festival and this location was amazing. We were able to walk to both to convention center and to the dome for festivities we wanted to experience. Bourbon street was only a couple blocks away and so was the trolley. This loft was spacious, updated, and very clean. We were an older group of ladies (40-50's), so comfort was important. This was one of our better experiences during Essence Festival because of this loft's proximity to all that we wanted to experience. We also enjoyed the bio of the owner and his family in the loft's manual. It brought some personality to the loft. We were a bunch of nurses and like details...lol! This was a great experience and I highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

We loved our condo so much. It was located in the best possible spot in the city, just far away from all of the crazy Bourbon action to feel quiet and safe, but only a short walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The key pad on the street and condo entrance was so convenient and the condo has absolutely everything we needed. The host also allowed me to check in early to accommodate my early flight and was a great communicator. I will stay here again the next time I am in New Orleans!

This was a perfect condo to enjoy Mardi Gras! It's located within walking distance of parade routes, Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. Very bright and airy with high ceilings and super comfortable beds. Aaron was very nice and responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely return and would recommend it to others!

I could not have been more thrilled with this property! It was beautiful, well maintained, had comfortable beds and clear instructions for check-in/out. Plus, the location is ideal. The condo was well decorated and clean. Beds are very comfortable! It is in a great area and safe with a keyed entrance. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see and do! Enjoyed everything about this rental. Modern loft with great style. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from many popular attractions in French Quarter, including Bourban St., Canal St., and Harrahs. The St. Charles streetcar stop is very close, providing easy access to Garden District. Great location for a full NOLA experience. Would definitely recommend, and, re-book for my next visit.
