Situé à la fin du 9ème trou, à 3 minutes à pied du clubhouse pour prendre un verre et admirer le coucher du soleil.
Cet appartement de niveau jardin comprend une entrée privée, une télévision XFINITY, Netflix et une connexion haut débit à Internet.

Cette maison unifamiliale à flanc de colline est divisée en deux zones privées. étapes Flagstone mènent à votre entrée privée et une chambre à coucher apt. Grand mur à mur fenêtres dans le salon et une grande fenêtre dans la chambre offre un éclairage suffisant et des vues.

La cuisine comprend un comptoir en granit, un lave-vaisselle Bosch, une table de cuisson à induction, un double four micro-ondes / four et de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable.

Une chambre séparée vous attend avec un lit queen size, un grand dressing et de nouveaux draps de haute qualité.

Really great space for 1 or 2. Quiet, relaxing, well laid out, with a great location. A very nice spacious bathroom, comfortable living spaces and plenty of natural light. Prompt and clear communication from a very nice host. Highly recommended!!!

Great place for Colorado visit

The property was beyond expectations -- very clean and well equipped -- in a location convenient to the suburbs east of Boulder. The host was exceptionally welcoming and told us of many local restaurants and attractions. We had a thoroughly wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The space is large enough for one or two people and beautifully appointed. Lots of little extras that added to the comfort. The lighting inside and along the flagstone path were great additions. Cool patio that leads onto a walking path around the golf course and in the neighborhood. Dawn was always available if needed and I cannot wait to go back.

Beautifully quaint in gorgeous setting

This is a must for anyone looking for a quaint home away from home that provides easy access to Denver, Boulder and the highways to head to the mountains. Easily a 5-star accommodation with a private entrance and beautiful views and trails around the golf course. Highly recommend and I plan to stay here again when I’m heading to the Denver area.

Amazing apartment with plenty of space. Beautiful yard with nice walking trail on the golf course steps from your door step. Kitchen had everything you could imagine an then some! Host was especially welcoming and greeted us on our arrival an showed us everything we needed to know. Super hospitable!Would definitely recommend staying there again - we visited our Buff at CU Boulder so a quick trip by car to campus.

Our trip to the Boulder area was fabulous! There is so much to see and do and this apartment was relatively close to everything. This apartment was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great couple --able to adjust and compromise on arrival days and time as I had planned a couple days in NM. Then they left apt was in excellent condition. My cleaning lady had to fill in as I went in for emergency eye surgery. Really nice to have reliable and courious renters. I don't think they even knew what was happening. Just really good people.

Home base Rocky Mountains

Property is immaculate! Very quiet location. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Twenty minutes to Boulder and a little over 1 hour drive to Rocky Mountains NP. Lots of grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants close by. Great communication from owner.

Now I am retired from teaching, and busy every day with golf and pickleball, but never too busy to help with suggestions or necessities. Originally from the midwest and a graduate of Ball State and Purdue. I love sharing this beautiful location with others.
