Villa Matan is located in a small place Duće, 2 km from the Mediterranean town Omiš, and has amazing sea and island views from every corner of the property.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay offers you an outdoor, fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, a private 28m2 pool with a sundeck area, and 6 lounge chairs.
The Interior offers three floors:
1st floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with a balcony that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with double bed and exit to the pool area, Bedroom No2 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
2nd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with balcony, Bedroom No3 with double bed, Bedroom No4 with double bed, two family bathrooms with shower.
3rd floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with balcony, PS5, Bedroom No5 with double bed, family bathrooms with shower and separate toilet.
Ground floor - Billiards, darts, table tennis, kitchenette and toilet.
The villa is located 50 m above sea level and is 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach and from many restaurants and shops. Because it is steep it has absolutely open sea views.

Amazing villa

This was a fabulous villa. Immaculately clean. Such a friendly welcome. Petra and Ivana were amazing hosts. The views from the pool area were spectacular. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing

Such an amazing place. Everything you could want. The accommodation was immaculate. The interior exterior was superb. The host was super friendly and very welcoming made us feel at home. Local restaurants beaches great and all in close distance if the villa. All we can say is amazing you will not be disappointed in this villa. Will definitely return thank you.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Bakota

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Bakota. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt über einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Omis und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Besonders gerne haben wir in der Aussenküche gesessen und den Blick und das Essen genossen. Ein besonderer Dank der Familie Petar für den sehr netten Empfang und die leckeren Köstlichkeiten sowie Petra für die super Betreuung.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Liebe Grüsse Fam. Dintelmann

Private and spacious with great location

Apartment has all is needed for relaxing holiday. Sun deck with pool is private and has also breathtaking view to the see. Strand is located near and can be reached by walking.

Lovely stay

We are very happy with our stay at Villa Bakota! We had small children with us, and it was no problem at all. The owners were lovely, and very helpful. The house is very nice and kleen! The area has all you need; beaches, restaurants, atm, taxi etc. We can recommend this house!

Excellent apartments in Duce

Everything were up to expectations, apartments, pool area and services. Negative was heavy traffic and the hill up to the apartments but it was well informed ahead of our stay.

Amazing house with great view of the ocean.

Nice, new and clean apartment. Amazing view, wonderful pool area. A lot to do in the area, we tried rafting. Petra is a wonderful host, very helpful. We are very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back!

A fabulous property in a fabulous setting

We rented Villa Bakota for a week. We were a party of six. My wife and I with our two daughters and their partners. Our daughters and partners shared the first floor apartment with the pool and my wife and I had the second floor apartment. The villa is stunning! Everything has been finished to very high standards. Both apartments were very well equipped. We were able to cook in for a couple of evenings but chose to eat out the rest of the time. Because we were here at the end of the tourist season a lot of the local restaurants were either closed or very quiet but it did mean that we got exclusive waiter service! We were all in total agreement that we would highly recommend a stay in this fabulous place!

Accomondation was great overall experience

Apartment was very good and lovely!! All rooms were clean and stylish. Pool area with kitchen was our main place for spending time. Also the view was amazing! We got help when needed and we also got some special croatian food. We recommend this apartment for all.

sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr angenehmen Vermietern

Tolle Location, Zufahrt etwas beschwerlich, aber dafür ist das Haus super. Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei Übernahme und auch bei Rückgabe der Immobilie. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Villa ist einfach super. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und sensationel. Die Vermieterin hilft beim allen und kann vieles organisieten, dadurch geht vieles schneller, Vitamin "B". Wir waren mit 10 man da und hatten 2 Appartements für uns ikl. Pool und Sommerküche. Die Appartements und die Sommerküche sind modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man für den Urlaub braucht. In der Sommerküche ist ein gemauerter Grill installiert. Die Villa befindet sich auf einen Berg so, dass der Rückweg etwas anstrengend ist, war für uns die Eltern kein Problem. Bis zum Meer sind zu Fuß 1 bis 2 Gehminuten. Duce kann man leider nicht viel unternehmen, dafür muss man in die 2 km. entfernte Stadt Omis gehen/fahren. Ich würde die Villa wieder für meinen Kroatien Aufenthalt buchen und kann es auch jeden empfehlen.

Perfect location, perfect host, perfect service

Everything is perfect...starting by the flats which are equipped with dishwashers..ovens, big fridges...toasters...coffee mashines...everything you need to feel like home. The view from the apartments ist absolute breathrtaking.....the sea...boats....hills and the lights of nearby villages( you don't want to leave) The sleeping quality is phenomenal...even our 11 month baby sleeps 10 hpurs :-) The host...family...is like family, I havent met better hosts. Thank you for all help provided. Such warm hearted person. The apartments are clean you can actually eat from the foor( just to put it in a nut shell...cleanness 100%) The poolarea and the summer kitchen give a feeling of luxury... while consuming good food and good vine you have the feeling of being on the top of the world with this view. The pool is absolutely perfect meetingpoint for the family. There is an extra playground for kids, so the parents can enjoy their meetings and have control over the little toddlers.
