On arrival the property was easy to access, the property was clean and presentable. Our holiday was initially for a family of 9 which ended up reducing to 6 of us. The property was spacious with everything we needed to cook, it had a BBQ and fire pit outside on the decking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. 3 bedrooms had wonderful sea views and it was lovely to listen to the waves. Easy access to the beach and the south west coastal path which we walked a few times to Looe, this does have a few steep inclines to be expected. Local amenities weren’t far away either which was great. All in all we all had a fantastic time and would love to visit again in the future.

A wonderful holiday

We want to thank you for the beautiful holiday we had. The house was absolutely lovely, clean and we had everything we need. We really enjoyed the stay and for sure we will be back. I really recommend to everyone. Thank you again for everything

Wow, what a view from this lovely seaside cottage. You have a terrace to sit out and eat or just watch the world go by ! there is also a small garden to be even closer to the beach as you have direct access from the house down steps onto a lovely sandy beach with rock pools. Great for swimming and paddleboarding. Looe is a short walk along the coast path ( 15 mins) where there are lots of pubs, another big sandy beach( no dogs) and of course the small streets, shops and views of a Cornish fishing village, The Jolly Sailors pub is great, with sea shanties on a Thursday. Seaside cottage is part of 3 cottages let , but there is plenty of privacy , so no problem there. However, when you park there is a big sign saying Private parking seaside cottage by the end cottage. This is a nice big area to park and I assumed that the adjoining cottage was ours ( the writing on the name plate above the door is also worn so wasn't totally clear ) and when you enter the code to the key box Voila ! you get the key to not one, or 2 but 3 cottages !! yes they are all the same code :) perhaps this should be changed as we moved in lock stock and barrel until the family arrived as we were relaxing !! They were very understanding and we had to pack up again and move to seaside cottage 2 doors up! There is also a parking space outside the cottage which is handy and by prior arrangement the large grass car park is very handy for all the guests for the properties. 10/10 holiday.

The location of this holiday home is absolutely stunning, you couldn't ask to be nearer to the sea and listening to the waves from the bed was amazing. Great communication from the hosts, letting us know when the house was ready etc. You can easily walk into Looe along the coastal path (some steep hills). The house had everything you needed, including a bbq and firepit.

Family holiday in Looe

Lovely property, plenty of room for eight of us , would sleep nine plus an infant. Location absolutely fantastic and the views amazing. Just a couple of suggestions, the sofas are a bit tired and uncomfortable and the addition of clothes hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be useful. Looe is a lovely fishing village with lots of lovely shops and restaurants, just takes 15 minutes to walk into via the coastal path or alternatively plenty of parking . We also made use of the Coddy Shak and the Chinese takeaway just minutes up the road , both really delicious. My daughter is an avid paddle boarder and to be able to store her board in the garden and head out to sea was such a bonus, one of our party even invested in a wet suit, so hopefully we will all be returning!

New sofas were ordered two months ago and we are awaiting delivery. We are sorry they weren't already in place for the time you were there. Bathroom clothes hooks would definitely be useful and we have put forward your suggestion. So glad that your daughter was able to enjoy paddle boarding. We too very much hope you will be returning. Perfect location

Such a lovely week spent with friends here. The view is spectacular no matter the weather. The house was warm, clean and had everything we needed. An added addition was that it was great not to have to use a car during the four days we spent there (except for the men who went to play golf). Booking process simple and straight forward also. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely accommodation

My family and I, and our dog had a lovely time staying at Seaside house. Location was excellent for what we wanted, and the house was Just perfect. We will definitely be staying there again.
