It was a perfect time in this Villa with its awesome pool, garden, gym etc. The owner was always available and he responded immediately. The villa is also perfect located (6 min. Beach and Alcudia city centre, 35 min to Palma). We would like to thank Xisco very much. We have had a wonderful vacation in this extraordenary Villa.

Great property with lovely gardens and facilities. It was very clean and tidy and the property description was spot on. The owner dealt with any issues immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Wright Family Holiday 2022

The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. Many thanks.

When booking our holiday I searched through, what felt like, every villa in the north of Mallorca. This one stood out and I ended up comparing all the others to it, none of which came close in terms of space, privacy, layout, location and facilities. On arrival, we knew instantly that we made the right decision. I’d go as far as to say that the photos, as beautiful as they are, don’t fully do it justice. Everything is perfect, there’s no other way to put it. Immaculately clean, incredible outdoor spaces, views you’ll never tire of and a kitchen so well equipped you’ll find every single thing you could possibly need - I even spotted a cigar cutter (not that I smoke).To top it all off, our host, Xisco, greeted us with a smile on arrival, responded instantly to any queries or issues we had, and helped make everything go smoothly - only appearing if requested, otherwise never to be seen.We’ve stayed in loads of villas over the years but this is one I’m very sure we’ll go back to. You’ll love it (just don’t book the days we want next year…)

Holiday home with the “wow” factor!

From the moment we arrived at Els Oscols, we knew this would be a holiday to remember. We’ve rented many villas over the years for family holidays but this is something truly special. The house itself is very comfortable with ample room for our party of 8 adults. Everything is spotlessly clean. The master bedroom and bathroom are spectacular but the other three bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped too, with large fluffy towels, bathrobes, hairdryers, pool towels and toiletries. There are plenty of seating areas, so there’s room for everyone to have their own space. It’s the grounds that really set Els Oscols apart from the rest. Absolutely spectacular and beautifully and lovingly maintained, the gardens are huge and filled with olive trees and interesting artwork. The pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers, including two Balinese double beds. There are stunning views from everywhere. We had so much to do, with endless games of ping pong, table tennis, darts and plenty of lawn space. The gym is superbly equipped. We were in the hot tub every night. Another real highlight is the magnificent outdoor kitchen where we barbecued and ate around the enormous table. At night, the garden is transformed into a wonderland, with different coloured lighting all round the garden. It’s quite magical. If you can tear yourself away, Alcudia, Puerto Pollenca and the beautiful town of Pollenca are all within a short drive so you are never far from a great restaurant or beach. Xisco was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make our stay special. He lives right next door and sorts out everything you need. Thank you Xisco, we had an unforgettable holiday and we are already looking forward to coming back again - I don’t think we would want to go anywhere else now! Hasta la vista! The Bailey Family

1 Woche Auszeit über Silvester

Vom Anfang bis Ende spitze! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Problemloser Check in und out, Pool war bei Anreise schon auf 33 Grad geheizt und alles war wie versprochen. Babybett war da, viel Spiezeug für die Kids und selbst ein neues Laufrad wurde uns hingestellt. Bei Anreise wurde uns ein großer Presentkorb übergeben.

Tolle Finca

Eine tolle Finca die sehr sauber gehalten ist. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und sehr nett. Man kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen. Daumen hoch.

Fantastic Summer Holiday

We were 2 families of 4 adults and 4 teenagers in total , we stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks in the summer holidays. Xisco communication was excellent from start to finish and was at hand to help with any queries we had. He was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around the lovely villa, even adding a beautiful welcome basket. The most outstanding part was the external space, there is a beautiful pool, lovely comfortable sun loungers, day beds and even a hammock,sauna, Jacuzzi, table tennis and darts, everything was well maintained.There was so much space for all of us ! The gym was real added bonus and very well equipped.The gardens were gorgeous and beautifully manicured. The main road into alcudia and puerto pollensa were at the very front of the garden but the garden was so vast that there is no road noise at all.The garden and the pool area were very relaxing and private .There is a beautiful outside kitchen which is very well equipped. The villa was perfect for the 8 of us and had plenty of space in all the rooms.The kitchen was well equipped .We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting this villa again soon!Xisco was a perfect host and we hope to return soon. Beautifully equipped house with fantastic facilities for a perfect family holiday.

We had a wonderful family holiday . Perfect for 3 generations. Xisco has considered everything . The house does not feel like an impersonal rental but is extremely well equipped . .odern bathrooms and showers ( 3of the 4 are ensuite) Details like plentiful gorgeous towels and even robes as well as towels for pool area . Beautiful cot for baby made up and including toys . So thoughtful! Kitchen likewise with lovely welcome hamper Coffee machine ,juicer etc . Nothing lacking.at all! The exterior is stunning with wonderful dining areas . The outdoor kitchen /diner and BBQ was used most evenings and another nearby large dining area was perfect for breakfast and lunch . Extensive beautiful gardens well tended with flowers and ornaments added a lovely unique touch. The pool is huge and was worth having heating on for early summer. The hot tub was a great success with all as well as the really well equipped gym. The owner was nearby and responded immediately to any little problem . The house is well situated for visiting most of the island especially the areas around Pollensa and Alcudia. There are beautiful walks in the hills and lovely beaches. We all had a perfect holiday and were sorry to leave ! Thank you Xisco

Het huisje is compleet, bedden ok ( masterbed boven kraakt wel een beetje) Tuin mooi groot en goed onderhouden veel kunstwerken te bewonderen zwembad is verwarmd +/-30 graden 👍 Jacuzzi en sauna zijn ook een aanrader zeker als het weer iets minder is De eigenaar woont der langs waardoor er bij een probleempje of een vraag alles zeer snel opgelost is Top vakantieverblijf

Stunning House, Grounds and Location

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Els Oscols 53. There were 7 of us ranging from 4 to 40 years old. It is a fantastic house with all the mod cons inside and out. Unlike a lot of places it really does look like the photos plus the views in reality are better than the photos. The pool area has recently had an addition of 2 lovely large white balinese beds placed on the decking which are stunning. The outdoor lighting at night is amazing. The owner (Xisco) is great and very communicative. They have seemingly gone to a lot of care and effort in setting up such a lovely holiday home. The outdoor kitchen and seating area are brilliant. We had a couple of pizza nights and several BBQs using the traditional outdoor pizza oven and BBQ area. They are very easy to use and have been well thought out. Outside the house the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym are fantastic and in keeping with the very well maintained gardens. It was great for us all to play games of darts, table tennis and table football. There is a utility room at the rear which made it easy to do washing. It is a very short drive to Alcudia, Puerto D'Alcudia, Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca which we managed to explore. This area is fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone considering renting this place to go for it. You will not regret it. Many thanks Xisco.

A great place to visit with young families and friends

We have just had a wonderful stay, Xisco could not have been more accommodating as our host. The property and in particular and the outside space was great for all our family and guests. The kids had a amazing time exploring the property and enjoying the pool whilst we enjoyed the pool we made the most of the BBQ area and dinning in the evenings. The house is situated near both Alcúdia and Port de Pollença so it easy to get about if needed whether that be to the beach or out for tapas.

Perfekter Wohlfühlort, egal bei welchem Wetter!!

Ein kleines, eigens Hotel für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für eine Woche im Haus von Xisco und 10 Minuten nach unserem freundlichen Empfang waren wir uns einig: Dieses Haus ist der Hammer! Der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Sauna sind purer Luxus, den der Fitnessraum noch toppt. Besonders beeindruckend ist der riesige Garten, in dem es immer wieder etwas zu entdecken gibt. In der Dunkelheit kann der Garten mit seinen alten Olivenbäumen spektakulär beleuchtet werden. Unser persönliches Highlight war aber die Außenküche mit Pizzaofen und der große Holztisch zum Essen. Zwei mal haben wir Pizza für die ganze Familie gebacken und sie im Garten genossen, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ein Tipp: Holz für den Ofen gibt es zu akzeptablen Preisen im Carrefour in Palma (Gang rechts neben den Fahrrädern).

The best holiday ever.

We returned last week from this beautiful villa. From the start to the finish we were so impressed. The villa was perfect, very modern inside and very comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic and the children spent all day in there. Although their favourite was the jacuzzi! We were spoilt with all the eating areas, and spent most evenings cooking dinner on the BBQ.Xisco was incredibly friendly and helpful , nothing was too much bother. The extra touches made this villa even more enjoyable including the table football , table tennis, dart board, swings, children's toys. They had so much to do ! We will definitely be returning, thank you Xisco.

Perect Holiday house for families

We rented this very nice house for one week. When where two families with a total of 4 adults and 4 Children form age 5-12 years. We had a very good stay. The house was in perfect condition. The garden and the pool area was marvelous. Also the outside kitchen and the barbeque are was pefect. The location near to Alcuida made things very easy. Only 5 minutes drive to shopping grosseries and 10 minutes to the very nice Alqudia beach. We also visted soem other beaches in the area which also can be recommende. The owner of the Property, Xsico, was very service minded. He was Always arounf if you had questions. House was very Clean upon arrivle. I can easy recommed this house adn we will surley come back one day. Joakim Sweden

Fabulous villa in fantastic grounds!

We had a fantastic holiday at Els Oscols 53 villa, Alcudia.The villa was so clean with everything to meet our needs. The welcome basket with so many lovely foods of cheese, ham, bread, jam, butter to name just a few, along with the fruit, proseco and red wine was so welcoming. The owner and his wife provided beautiful cots with little soft toys in for my 2 baby granddaughters. The swimming pool was so beautiful and kept so clean by the owner. The vast garden and olive tree grove was a delight and provided great fun for children's hide and seek games! We visited a great beach which was less than 10 minutes away - beautiful sands and safe and shallow for my grandchildren. The owners were always on hand for any advice we needed, as they lived next door to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble for them - a lovely couple. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and we so hope to return one day! Thank you Xisco and Lilliana! 😀
