Family Reunion 2023

My Family loved the Villa it was so peaceful. It was in a great location for you to be able to walk to the pool. Plus it was in walking distance of the beach or a short drive. The Villa was just as the advertised on Vrbo and more. We loved the outdoor fenced-in area, but just a suggestion it does need some weeding in the back and maybe a umbrella to sit under for shade. All in all 5 🌟 stars!! We will be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The refrigerator in this unit is not keeping the right temperature. In short the produce is freezing . I’ve been in touch with maintenance and are working on getting us a new fridge in here. Maintenance have been here numerous times along with an appliance repair service and they haven’t been able to fix the fridge. We are here for three more months and hope that this problem is resolved. Very disappointed with this rental and with seascape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, at a poor location. No viewCourtyard barren with weeds and gravel.King bed extra firm and difficult to sleep on. Found a mattress pad in 2nd bedroom closet after three weeks. King bed is now more comfortable. Fabric on dining chairs stained as also is the carpeting. Was moved to this unit as LF227 became unavailable.Golf course has been reduced to 9 holes and in horrible condition. No mailbox available but Seascape did receive several packages of medicines for us. Lunches and pizza at Cabana are excellent! Staff is friendly. Would have appreciated recliners or an ottoman or two in the unit. Will try to secure a unit in the Stewart Lake area or one of the towers for 2025.There was a problem with the HVAC which Charles quickly resolved.

Not as good as it could have been

Reviewer Comments: We as a family are big fans of the location in Seascape and have stayed at multiple locations. However, this was the first time staying at one that is owned by the facility. It was nice except....the master bed was broken when we arrived and we just assumed the mattress was indented in the middle, so after inspecting the next morning found the issue. We called the service number and they said they would send someone over to fix it, but never arrived, we stayed 4 nights total. Might have been better to look at a VRBO rental from an individual, but I am really not sure if that would have made a difference in service. The umbrella service was a big plus and we were glad to have it. The Seascape location is fantastic and the use of pools and access to the area is topnotch.

Reviewer Comments: Our overall vacation was good with Seascape and Seascape management provided excellent service.Place was clean upon arrival.We choose 81 A because it was a two bathroom.There was no hot or cold water to the bath in the one bathroom,,,so it was not functional and should have been advertised as a bath and a half.As a long term rental snowbird with Seascape, we would give 81 A a 2, and half stars out of 5.

These homes do have much smaller hot water tanks - and so it can take some time to get hot water - but we can also see if there isn't a better option the owner may consider investing in! Dirty

This property was absolutely filthy. The floors were so dirty that our socks became soiled from walking on them. The carpet was visibly dirty. Each of the dishes we got from the cabinet was dirty. The patio was the biggest dissapointment. It looked as though it had not been maintained all year; some of the weeds were three feet tall. The patio furniture was dirty and worn. There was hair on the shower wall. We were very dissapointed with the lack of maintenance and cleaning at this property. The furnace room was full of dust and cobwebs. There was a pile of dirty sheets in the closet. Our experience was greatly impacted by the condition of this property. The pictures provided to us at time of reservation were not the same property we stayed at. Please resolve these issues for future guests, and consider contacting us in reference to our experience.
