A perfect little cottage in a great location. It was lovely and quiet with a short drive to the beach. All the little extras such as toiletries and doggy treats were much appreciated. Great place that we will definitely return to.

The cottage was excellent a great quiet retreat. We were provided with everything we needed. All facilities are of high quality and the host is helpful and friendly. Can't praise it enough

Was everything that we wanted. Away from traffic & noise pollution in a lovely little village. Everyone you meet is nice & friendly. Angela the host was very helpful & the cottage was superb.Lovely walks in all directions off the beaten track & a bus passes through about once an hour if you want to go further afield. There is a community store in the centre of the village which is very well stocked. The village pub serves up delicious home made meals & the staff are very welcoming.All in all a lovely peaceful break.

WOW! What a fantastic cottage, we didn’t want to leave. Exceptionally clean and comfy with everything you could need on your stay, in a fantastic location. Really looking forward to staying again soon!

The cottage is ideally located to explore south Devon. It is really well appointed and comfortably furnished. No complaints at all.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful village with all the amenities you could need.

Spotless, comfortable, well equipped, lovely landlady, great communication, fantastic setting, with a great pub on the doorstep, serving tasty food, and a community shop which had everything we needed. We had a lovely short break!

The most perfect cottage in a beautiful village. The cottage was spotless and everything inside and out was done to compliment your stay. Thank you for the best welcome pack we have received on arrival at any cottage, from start to finish our break was just perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Secluded cottage

Lovely small well kept and equipped cottage in a quiet village in a good location only 10 minutes away from Budleigh Salterton beach and 20 from Exmouth. Good hosts with good communication. The garden was good for the dogs although it is not fully enclosed so you need to keep an eye on them.

Great 5-night stay

Lovely clean, comfortable and spacious cottage set in a beautiful peaceful village. Host Angela introduced herself not long after we arrived and just left us relaxed to enjoy ourselves, and we certainly did. Excellent village community-run pub, the nearby friendly/cosy Sir Walter Raleigh where we had 2 good meals over 4 evenings in there. So much to do and see in the area and we were lucky with unseasonally hot/dry weather. I have no doubt we will return in the near future.

Lovely House

We enjoyed our stay in East Budleigh. Lovely house in a beautiful & quiet village. We had a problem with the boiler which, our host Angela tried to get fixed during our weekend stay. This was not a major issue though and, did not spoil our stay. Would fully recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic. The cottage was equipped with everything you could wish for. The village was beautiful and the people so friendly. We had a few good nights in the Sir Walter Raleigh, its just a pity we couldn't make more of the cider festival as it was our last day! We would thoroughly recommend Jasmine Cottage. make more of the cider festival

Fabulous Cottage and Village

We really enjoyed our week in the cottage and didn't want to come home! It had everything we needed for a home-from-home experience, and the welcome pack was wonderful, especially the local apple juice, which we bought two more bottles of during the week. East Budleigh itself is a lovely village, with a community pub and community shop, and everyone was very friendly. We visited Bicton Gardens, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth, Sidmouth, the South Devon Railway, Totnes and Buckfast Abbey during the week, most of which were a short drive away!

Hidden Gem in the Heart of East Budleigh

Jasmine Cottage is a lovely cottage in the heart of the village of East Budleigh. Situated off the main street it is quiet and secluded. The cottage itself is clean and modern with all that is required for a quiet gettaway. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The village has a lovely community atmosphere, the meals at the community run pub the Sir Walter Raleigh are highly recommended. This is a great location for exploring the area around coast or just a quiet retreat. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity came around.

Perfect!

We immediately felt at home in this lovingly furnished vacation home. Not only was it very clean, but it also had everything we needed. The kitchen in particular is fully equipped, and we didn't miss a thing. Angela gave us a very warm welcome and we found a wonderful welcome package waiting for us.Finally, it should be noted that the location of the village is perfect: quiet, with a wonderful pub just around the corner, a village shop within walking distance, fantastic scenery, and towns within easy reach.In short: perfect; we felt very comfortable there and had a great time!
