Un bungalow détaché de luxe à 2 lits, récemment rénové au plus haut niveau, situé dans un petit village du Nottinghamshire à 10 minutes du jn24 de l'autoroute M1, à 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Nottingham et à proximité de Derby et Leicester. L'hébergement de luxe comprend 1 chambre double et 1 chambre lits jumeaux, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un salon / salle à manger séparé, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. Véranda donnant sur le jardin arriÚre avec accÚs depuis le salon. Les propriétaires utilisent la propriété comme une maison de vacances pour rendre visite à leur famille, le niveau est donc exceptionnel. La propriété bénéficie de sa propre allée et dispose d'un jardin orienté vers l'ouest avec un patio.

A lovely, homely stay

I stayed with my siblings and the property was beautiful, very well kept and felt like a home away from home. My communication with the hosts was fabulous and they were really understanding of our troubles with our journey, which delayed our check in time and I really appreciate that. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant bungalow

This is a fantastic property to stay in used it a few times, to go to Donington park racing circuit. Close to shops and restaurants. The bungalow is lovely and clean property owners friendly very helpful.

Long weekend

My wife, myself and our son spent a long weekend at the property. It is clean, tidy, comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again.

Trip to daughters graduation

The bungalow was very cozy and well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay . Lovely quiet area near some nice pubs and countryside and yet only about 14 mins from Loughborough on quiet roads .the owner was very helpful and accommodating so we can’t fault our stay . Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area

We booked this property because it was fairly near a family wedding at Prestwold Hall. The bungalow was v well equipped, clean and comfy. East Leake looked like a nice village with good pubs but sadly didn't have time to explore

Helpful Hosts

Very helpful hosts who sourced extras for us so we could bake a birthday cake for our granddaughter's first birthday. Host waited patiently for us (when we miss navigated) to show us round and how things worked. Grand daughters loved the garden which was safe for them to play in.

We were staying here for family wedding

As mentioned we were here for family wedding the owners were very helpful. We needed for our stay the beds were very comfy and it was immaculate. Felt sofa not mega comfy but it was suitable the rest spot on.

Well appointed property in the heart of a small, vibrant village

An excellent "find" in a pleasant village within easy reach of Nottingham and the surrounding area. Quiet, well appointed, easy to find and within walking distance of all the village amenities, this was a stylish property with every modern comfort including a well equipped kitchen, pleasant garden, good Wifi and comfortable bed. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts were both welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The property was previously rented by my daughter. My other daughter lives in East Leake. The house was very clean. It was just what we needed. Would highly recommend this location to others.

Booked for relatives for Grandson’s wedding. Beautifully maintained, clean bungalow. John was patient with my changes of entry time. Thank you. Excellent communication with Karen although I did find Vrbo a bit of a chore at my advanced years!

Quiet, comfortable & everything you need.

Lovely bungalow with everything you need for a short stay. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Toilet seat needs replacing & there is a slight ant problem in the kitchen but nothing major. A Co-op and plenty of cafes & takeaways only a few minutes walk away & plenty of crockey & cutlery in the bungalow. Owner met us on arrival to show us around their home. Pleasant & helpful. Would stay again.

Really lovely place to stay, everything you needed. Just feel around back garden the path and patio area needed attention as there was different levels in a small area. 5 min walk and there is coop, butchers , fish and chips and Chinese takeaways.All good ! Whilst there we visited Belvoir Castle, went on steam train at Great Central Railway at Loughborough,and also went to Nottingham-we went on park and ride on tram highly recommended.

Perfect location and perfect cottage.

It was cozy, had a very comfortable bed and was a great location to spend time throughout east midlands. It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fitted out with everything you need - Refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, clothes washer and Microwave. Everything was in good working order and easy to operate. It has a nice yard with a table and chairs out there, plus a nice sun room, with lots of seating. It is located in the small village of East Leake, which has plenty of places to eat. There is a Coop grocery store and a great bakery. Owners are very friendly and fast to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation.
