Beautifully designed row house situated in a quiet no through road, with swimming pool. Three floors of cool air conditioned spacious rooms.

Located between Colva and Benaulim (South Goa), which is considered one of the most fashionable residential areas in Goa, it is 25kms from Dabolim airport, 3 kms from Margao city (incl Madgaon/ Margao railway station), a short drive to Colva and the quiet beaches in South Goa. Conveniently located with two 5 star restaurants http://www.theredginger.red/ two excellent supermarkets, coffee shops and hot chocolate shop serving delicious drinks and snacks all just round the corner from the house. We have bread boys and fresh fish every morning and again the bread boy comes in the evening. He does great samosas .
The house has a patio area to the front perfect for sitting with your first coffee of the day or your beer after a day at the beach. There is a garden to the front and a back yard as well with Paw Paw, Jackfruit and banana trees. The very spacious sitting room / dining room is well furnished and has a Sky Television and Wi-Fi. All rooms have air conditioning and a fan. There is also 3 phase electricity installed so if there is a power cut you will always have a fan and a light in each room. There are 3 bathrooms one on the ground floor and two en-suite bedrooms both with balconies on the first floor fully furnished with wet room style showers and a full size solarium on top, there is an electric point on the roof if it gets too hot where you can plug in the free stand fan. The Kitchen has everything you need Fridge/ freezer, water filter, Microwave, Electric kettle, Toaster, Cutlery and Crockery and a 3 ring gas cooker. There are two tanks for water as sometimes the water supply can be low so a second tank was installed with a pump which is operated by a switch in the kitchen.

Benaulim is 2km one way and Colva 2km the other way we are right in the middle with a good selection of shops at the end of the road. The beach is 5 mins in a tut tut but I would say walking about 20mins it is a lovely walk through the villages but I’m lazy and just call my favourite tut tut driver. This has been my second home for 12 years now and I have Carrie who looks after everything so there is a phone in the house for you to contact her for any reason and its obviously ideal for phoning taxis and tut tuts as well.
