Le numéro 15 est une maison de ville de trois chambres, la chambre principale a un lit king size, une salle de bains et un balcon donnant sur le Loch Lomond.
La chambre deux a un lit super king (qui peut ĂȘtre converti en lits jumeaux). La chambre 3 est une chambre double, il y a aussi une salle de bain familiale et une douche
Tout est neuf et comprend des planchers en chĂȘne, des meubles en chĂȘne de qualitĂ©, du linge de lit de haute qualitĂ©, des serviettes de luxe et des rideaux et des meubles de qualitĂ©.
Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous les couverts, vaisselle, verrerie, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Télévisions LED dans trois chambres, play station avec DVD Wi-Fi gratuit.

Stunning haven of tranquility, with lots of attention to detail added into the perfect setting

I booked direct , very responsive , website easy to utilise very clear and concise information with helpful local information too. Prior to arrival I was contacted about our arrival a family of six adults. We arrived first upon entry very clean , spacious well looked after property with beautiful well planned decor, great size accommodation very comfortable and well maintained , I would rebook and I have already recommended , quiet stone g location with the most amazing views

Disappointed

Nothing luxurious about No 15 - short on soap, no toiletries and very mean with toilet paper. Also five wine glasses between six is not enough. Noise insulation very poor - could hear every whisper above and through the wall from neighbour’s tv. Really needs a downstairs loo? Whole complex would benefit from some kind of hub - cafe/shop? Thank goodness for Duck Bay! Adequate but saved only by location at loch side - hedges straight in front need cutting back urgently. Could be soooo much better!

A Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time, the views along the Loch as well being so close to many walking trails was perfect. Everyone was so kind, and responsive to our questions. We hope to back again one day.

Great Holiday Perfect location but bumpy road on entrance resurfacing works should be considered

the entrance of the roads to castle is needing resurfacing work done as it’s pretty dangerous however no other issues

Our Favorite location

This was by far our favorite location. Beautiful view and great location. It was a little inconvenient to go upstairs to go to the bathroom. I also was a little shocked to see people sitting right outside our patio door having breakfast at 7am.

Lovely stay

House was great for myself, partner and 2 young children. Loved having breakfast out back with amazing views over the water. Place was clean, plenty of space. The bread and milk in the fridge was a lifesaver for 2 hungry kiddos after a long drive. Would love to return

Enjoyable stay

Lovely place to stay, bit of a mix up with the fold out bed but fortunately this didn't cause to many problems. Shouldn't really be happening at this kind of accommodation though so was a bit disappointed. Overall the accommodation was clean and very well equipped.

Great stay and spot to experience Lochs, Highlands and cities

Really positive stay. Well apportioned rooms. Beautiful outlook. Little bit of music noise on some nights from nearby wedding venue which could occasionally be heard but didn’t disrupt our stay. Will come again if staying in that area.

Excellent airy apartment in fabulous location for the perfect stay!

We stayed here after a disaster in our planned apartment (not run by the same people). I booked out of hours but it was no trouble getting into the apartment. I wish we had discovered this place first! It was amazing. The apartment is on 2 floors and has plenty of space for a family and everything you need. It was clean and well furnished. There was a patio and balcony, both with chairs, for excellent views of the loch. Liz, the manager, was absolutely superb and deserves to be called out for excellent service throughout our stay. She was so helpful when we had to move out and still had wet clothes, and she dried them for us in the office tumble dryer. I wish we had been able to stay longer, we had so much fun during our stay here and it is excellently located for day trips to all parts of the loch. The private beach was great to watch the sunset and bat displays over the loch at twilight :)

Enjoyed our stay

The location is brilliant and the area is lovely with plenty to see and do. Auchenheglish lodges are worth a visit but we found a few little things that needed attention at num 15. A window in the living room could not be locked. On-suite bathroom door, top hinge broken, also the toilet holder was broken. The on-suite shower drain needs replacement and the design of the on-suite made the sink a little awkward to use. The toilet in the family bathroom is continuously running and the shower over the bath leak’s through the seal onto the floor. The outside patio’s could do with a clean front and back and the patio furniture was green with mold, we had to swap the chairs with spare ones that were stacked to one side. Their was broken glass on our patio section that was swept up after the weekend when the office was notified. Apart from these easy fixes, are visit was fine.

The perfect location on the banks of Loch Lomond

I stayed with my family at Number 15 as we were celebrating my daughter's wedding at the Cruin. We were so fortunate to have wonderful warm weather and waking up to the views of the Loch made the stay all the more perfect. The house was in excellent order, comfortable and well equipped. It is a spacious house and ideal for anyone having a celebration at the nearby Cruin. The housekeeping staff were so helpful and we felt everything was done to ensure we had the perfect stay.

Lovely property and location

Great location, good provision of information, lovely property, quiet area. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that the bathrooms are upstairs and one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Well equipped, comfortable and warm property.

A comfortable lodge

No. 15 was a lovely place to stay and was in easy communting distance of our work. Fantastic views met us each and every morning even with the unpredicatble Scottish weather :) The lodge was comfortable although the first signs of tiredness where beginning to show; sofa and hardwood floor were well worn. Some nice touches in terms of a greeting pack (wine, milk, bread ad butter etc.)

Perfect Location With Stunning Views.

ThankYou so much it was really peaceful and loved the views. A fabulous location for sightseeing around Lochlomond / Balloch/ Lomond Shores and just next door to Luss. Relaxing break with stunning views

Spent 2 nights here , very relaxing. Plenty of space & everything you could need . Easy walk to Duck Bay for drinks outside .....bit chilly but who cares right now !!! Only thing to note , no downstairs toilet . Fine for us but anyone with mobility issues might struggle. Disappointed Cruin was closed but these are difficult times. Thank you.

Relaxing time on the banks of loch lomond

Short stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable property, well equipped. Staff helpful when we arrived. Couple of points: it would be worth mentioning that the stairs are quite 'long' as this could be an issue for less able bodied guests if the downstairs bedroom is already being used, and as there is no downstairs toilet/en-suite even people have to go upstairs anyhow. Secondly, check the amount taken in payment is the same as the amount stated on your 'grand total' email.

Beautiful Loch lomond

Beautiful setting. Views were amazing. Grounds were well kept amd plenty of space between neighbours. House was equiped with everything one could possibly require and plenty of room for the 7 people who stayed. Instructions on how to access the accommodation were clear and very helpful. Perfect place to stay for us to attend a family wedding at the Cruin.
