Cette maison a été rénovée en 2016 et est propre, spacieuse et épurée! Dans un quartier calme à une courte distance en voiture du campus, cette maison a beaucoup d'espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs avec accès au garage de deux voitures. En bas a 2 salles à manger, salon spacieux, coin salon et cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle - tous ouverts comme un grand espace. A l'étage a la chambre des maîtres et salle de bains avec un lit king, 2 chambres d'hôtes avec un lit queen et 1 chambre d'hôtes avec un lit double. La maison peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes dans des lits mais de la place sur des canapés pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires (pas de lits gigognes) et une salle de jeux pouvant accueillir un matelas gonflable. Les clients sont invités à utiliser le gril à gaz, cuisine, wifi, 65 pouces TV, Xbox One, laveuse et sécheuse, belle cour avec accès à l'aire de jeux du quartier, et plus encore. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property for the Alabama football weekend! It was the perfect home for all of us to be together in one comfortable, welcoming space. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend.Kristen was an amazing host; she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Ideal location and perfect space

This house has everything plus more! The house is super comfortable and roomy! You really can just bring yourself and your clothes. The kitchen is very well stocked and has all the essentials. It is super close to campus so was perfect for graduation weekend and would be great for a game weekend. Kristen was very communicative ahead of time and gave us extra tips and tricks. Would definitely stay there again!!

Gameday with class

The home and host were just like the Alabama football program, they both were elite. The house has plenty of room and was clean, up to date, etc. home is a short ride to campus with a few routes to avoid gameday traffic.

Game Weekend

We arrived to find the house lit up and cooled down which made it feel like we were coming home. Nothing worse than coming into a dark uninviting home! We quickly found the home and owner to be very accommodating. We smoked some pork tenderloins for tailgating on the smoker provided and enjoyed the ambiance of the patio with the string lights. The home is beautifully decorated and far exceeded my expectations! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with the occasional squeal of children playing. We would definitely rent this home again in the future! Thank you to the Hargreaves for sharing your lovely home!

Excellent Home

This home is amazing! We stayed here for our sons graduation and could not have asked for a better place! So roomy and comfortable! We had a large crowd come for graduation dinner and were never cramped! Outdoor area was perfect and we were blessed with fantastic weather! This place didn’t lack anything!!! Best VRBO host ever

House has a great location and is very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Nothing but good things to say about it. But even better than the great house is the amazing host. We were in town to check out the Bama game, knowing nothing about the local establishments, tailgating, game experience. Kristen gave us a complete run down, stocked the fridge for us, hooked us up with a tailgate where she knew locals, basically just white gloved the whole weekend for us. I was literally shocked someone could be that nice. I can’t say enough about her and the experience. I’d give this review 100 stars if I could.

Darrell and Kristen have worked at The University of Alabama for 13-16 years respectively and are happy to assist with anything campus related. We got married in 2016, bought this house and have been working tirelessly ever since and love it.....well, Kristen does. Darrell is a good sport. When we consolidated homes we purged and the result is a nice, clean, every surface recently painted home minus the clutter. We love to host friends and family as often as possible - and that includes you!

The entire house has been painted, professionally cleaned, replaced (downstairs flooring, upper HVAC, roof), expanded (concrete patio) and updated. You will have use of the garage, laundry room, closet and drawer space, wifi, large TVs, Xbox One, etc.

We are happy to prepare the space for your arrival with concierge services such as stocking the fridge with your favorite treats. Our family will be in town, at our other home, so we will be out of your way but close by if you need anything.
