Beautiful apartment

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Best location near the cathedral and walking distance to very good restaurants. We rented through Priority and would use them again. They are very efficient and attentive to our needs.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. You can hear every bang, furniture move, luggage drop and conversations from the apartments above. I will be posting video to confirm. My kids and I were awoken every single night because of the noise. They offered me $100 to say sorry. So insulting. They also asked permission to have town surveys come in and use the apartment while we were there. Also we were told to clean for them before leaving and they directed me to carry our garbage on a six minutes walk away from the apartment in the 90 degree weather to dispose the same. Awful experience. Not worth it despite the location being convenient. Sorry. I’ve never posted negative about any stay anywhere, but this time I felt compelled to do so.

Great location

We wanted to stayed in Palma old town and Vintage Palma Palace was a great choice. We loved the location. There are many restaurants and shops around. Only few min away from the Cathedral. Communication with agent was excellent. They gave us plenty of information. Also they provide us permission for the car access to the villa in a very short notice. Everything was perfect for us

Sadly we encountered some issues at the property including cleanliness, dust, damp, lack of refurbishment and sound issues plus lack of hot water on the last day. The host refunded the cleaning fee. The location is good and central however and with some modernisation and repair it could be a nice property. The communication was good with the external host company throughout all the issues and all done remotely.

Lovely old world charm but modernized

Wonderful spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Having a lift was great as well as a well kitted out kitchen and laundry. The location is amazing, but you will have to catch your taxi at the end of the street (very short walk). The restaurants in the area that were recommended were perfect for the vegetarian and meat eater. A short walk to Bips for groceries and we did a fair amount of cooking in the apartment. We really had a lovely time thanks to the team at Vintage Palma Palace

Everything we could have wished for

We had a wonderful week’s stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation. From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for. Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering accommodation. We will be back!

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Palma in a quiet street in a characterful neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was poor and fixed at 20 degrees which wasn’t sufficient to properly cool the apartment. Sound insulation isn’t great and the upstairs apartment occupants were quite noisy and one could constantly hear them walking around and scraping chairs presumably due to wooden floors. The outside door needs attention as it slams loudly. But overall a good stay.

Beautiful clean space

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was nice to have amenities such as a large apartment, a kitchen with coffee maker (coffee not provided) and laundry, with detergent. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the location very central to the old part of town. The only hiccup would be not having any housekeeping. While the provider was responsive, I did run out of toilet paper. They were supposed to bring more but never did so I had to buy some at the local market. I also had trouble using the indiction stove which is either my inexperience or possibly the pots were not induction ready. Regardless, beautiful apartment!

Muy céntrico, limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Ubicación, instalaciones Insonorizar el cuarto de la caldera y cambiar las ventanas porque se oye muchísimo el ruido de la sala de máquina del hotel de enfrente.

Das Inserat hat mehr versprochen, als es geboten hat. Die Lage in der Stadt ist perfekt aber das Appartement liegt 5 Meter gegenüber einem Lieferanteneingang eines Hotels und neben den Klimaanlagen, die 24h dröhnen (bei offenem Fenster gemessene 60db im Raum). Sehr laut. D

Das Appartement ist charmant (Vintage) eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine, Wäschständer, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher). Selbst die wichtigsten Verbrauchsartikel, wie Essig, Öl, Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker und einige Kaffeekapseln für den Kaffeeautomat, sowie eine Grundausstattung zum Abwaschen war vorhanden. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil wir zunächst zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten, weil wir eine weitere Bettdecke und Bettzeug erst am dritten Tag rein zufällig gefunden haben. Außerdem war es am Abend sehr kalt (Dezember) und es ist uns nicht gelungen, die Heizung zu aktivieren. Auf eine entsprechende Anfrage per Mail an die Agentur kam keine Antwort, Abgesehen davon funktionierte die Kommunikation per WhatsApp sehr gut und die Dame von der Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So durften wir z.B. am geplanten Abflugtag länger im Appartement bleiben (bis 16 Uhr statt bis 11 Uhr, da unser Flug erst am Abend gehen sollte ). Als dann unser geplanter Flug gestrichen wurde, ermöglichte sie es uns, weitere Tage im Appartement zu bleiben. Also insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Bezüglich der E-Mail, die unbeantwortet blieb, bedauern wir das Versehen unsererseits sehr. Tatsächlich habe ich sie mir gerade angesehen und sehe nicht, welche Frage nicht beantwortet wurde. Es ist wahr, dass wir normalerweise viel über WhatsApp kommunizieren, um einen schnellen Service zu bieten, und sobald Sie uns über WhatsApp geschrieben haben, müssen Sie die größere Effizienz der Kommunikation bemerkt haben. Andererseits hat sie nicht gemeldet, dass sie kein Bettzeug für ihren Sohn gefunden hat oder dass man die Heizung nicht einschalten konnte; wir hätten die Information sofort weitergeleitet. Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall, dass Sie trotz des Stresses durch die Flugausfälle insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Perfect location

A very good apartment with perfect location. Quiet streets so sleep was fine. Perfect for a small getaway and city weekend. Host communicates perfectly and checks up on everything, pre stay information great and check in was smooth. Recommend highly!

Schicke Wohnung in TOP Lage

Das Appartement (Nr.4) in der 1.Etage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Matratze war gut! Die zentrale Lage am Eulalia Platz macht einen Mietwagen überflüssig. Einziges Manko: Geräuschemissionen! Die Etage darüber ist nicht trittschall-gedämmt, ein Hotellieferanteneingang vis a vis.
