Belle, isolée villa en pierre ancienne avec piscine

5 chambres; 2 lits jumeaux, tous deux en-suite et trois chambres doubles, 1 salle de bains. La chambre principale est au premier étage avec les chambres restantes sont au rez-de-chaussée toutes les chambres ont un accès direct à la terrasse inférieure. Le salon est grand et aéré, avec un accès direct à la terrasse supérieure. La cuisine est également au premier étage avec une salle à manger, il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver, fer et planche. Il y a un grand objectif barbecue construit avec de la nourriture aire de préparation et évier en pierre. L'extérieur dispose de suffisamment de sièges et chaises pour 10 personnes avec une douche extérieure de la piscine. Toutes les chambres et salles de séjour sont entièrement climatisées. Baignoire, serviettes de toilette et de plage sont fournis.

Fun trip with friends

We had a lovely time in villa silvia! Ston is lovely and ivonna was very responsive to all issues. The whole property was well airconned and the pool space is lovely - we would definitely recommend having cars but local taxi services can resolve any issues. We had a great week and have no complaints about the villa!

Beautiful property and wonderful location!

We were two family’s with 4 kids total. The property was very spacious and had plenty of room. The pool was great and all the outdoor areas were so enjoyable. The kids loved the extensive DVD collection too :) The town of Ston was right down the road so we had fresh bread from the market everyday and enjoyed several meals there. We would definitely stay again. Very central to many attractions. As we took day trips to Dubrovnik, Mustar, Corcula and Mljet.

Traditional, peaceful and well equipped villa.

If you want to be close to Ston with its shops and restaurants but have privacy, peace and views then you’ll love this villa. The pool is perfect for a dip and there are plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an outside BBQ area too. It’s an easy drive from Dubrovnik along the beautiful coastal road and the town of Ston is around 5-10 mins drive away from the villa over the salt pans. Ivona, the housekeeper, was so helpful and was available during the whole of our holiday to answer questions and give advice. She organised an amazing boat trip around the islands of Mljet and Korcula which departed from Ston - a fabulous day out. Despite being ill for a couple of days due to a dodgy oyster we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week in Broce

This is a delightful villa up in the hills above Broce. It is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. There is a long narrow path from the parking area to the building which might deter the physically frail, but apart from that - and it was not really a problem for us - it met our requirements for a large family holiday perfectly. Our age range was from 5 months to 73 years and the building soaked us all up without strain, with plenty of room for everyone. Ivona the (non live-in) housekeeper could not have been more attentive or helpful, when for example a lighting strike disabled the wireless modem. Good restaurants and beaches nearby completed the picture for us. Highly recommended.

Our small group of Norwegian “wine lowers” has over the years visited many of the European wine districts. Always renting a house with self catering possibilities for a week or more. This house has been the best so far. The charming village close by, Ston within walking distance, a beautiful beach at Prapratno and not to forget some very good vineries nearby. Thanks
