Propriété de charme unique située les pieds dans l'eau, dans une baie isolée, calme et tranquille. La Villa Oasis offre confort, luxe, détente, intimité et une vue imprenable sur le magnifique paysage environnant. Sans voisins, vous aurez la chance d'avoir la mer Adriatique pour vous tout seul. La villa est répartie sur deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une grande cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec une grande table à manger pour 12 personnes. On y trouve également deux chambres doubles, une chambre triple et deux salles de bains. À l'étage se trouvent les deux autres chambres doubles, deux salles de bains, des toilettes séparées, ainsi qu'un salon avec canapé-lit et un balcon. Face à la mer, chaque pièce offre une vue imprenable. Pour votre confort et votre plaisir, une salle de sport, un billard, un sauna, une table de ping-pong, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un jacuzzi sont à votre disposition. L'impressionnant espace extérieur comprend des salons couverts, des repas en plein air, un barbecue et une terrasse en pierre donnant accès à la piscine, avec une petite partie intérieure pour la sécurité des plus petits. Si vous avez envie d'une baignade matinale dans la mer, vous n'irez pas bien loin puisque l'accès à la mer est à votre porte. Avec cinq chambres, onze invités sont confortablement logés, avec la possibilité d'accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires sur le canapé-lit. Les environs offrent une exploration infinie des merveilles naturelles croates. Le parc national de Mljet se trouve sur l'île, accessible en ferry. La célèbre Dubrovnik, à 40 kilomètres au sud-est, mérite absolument une visite. Fondée au VIIe siècle et marquée par ses nombreux souverains, Dubrovnik possède aujourd'hui une riche histoire culturelle et une importance historique. Classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, sa charmante vieille ville piétonne est entourée de remparts du Xe siècle, longs de 2 kilomètres et hauts de 6 mètres par endroits. Une promenade incontournable ! Le Stradun, ou place de Dubrovnik, est une rue pittoresque bordée de cafés et de restaurants, un point de vue idéal pour admirer l'architecture et observer le monde tout en savourant la pêche du jour et en sirotant un verre de Malvazija. Bienvenue en Dalmatie ! Par souci de transparence, veuillez prévoir un dépôt de garantie de 700 euros à verser à l'arrivée directement à l'hôte et à restituer à votre départ, sous réserve d'état des lieux. Le chauffage de la piscine est disponible au tarif de 18 euros par nuit. Les animaux de compagnie sont admis sur demande, moyennant un supplément de 10 euros par nuit. Les groupes de moins de 25 ans sont interdits. La location de 2 kayaks et de 4 stand-up paddles est de 200 euros par semaine, avec utilisation illimitée incluse. The villa was immaculate, well presented and met all our needs. The water in the bay was cystal clear and great for snorkelling. My grand daughter (5) loved the smallere heated pool and it proved a hit when the weather was a little inclement.The host Ante and his wife responded to each and every question and were kind and caring. Recommend getting a private chef in for local food, oysters on the bar b q and delicios seafood.. yum

Great stay!

Very nice, private and quiet location. The house had a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and seating everywhere both indoors and out. It was close to restaurants (10 -15 min drive) and 45 min to Dubrovnik. Friendly and helpful host and great Airbnb.

Extraordinary journey!

This was a magical holiday for my family, friends, and grandmas! The property was incredibly spacious with a variety of things to do, allowing for both wonderful group time and easy opportunities for individual relaxation. Ante, our property manager, was outstanding. He promptly addressed every issue we had, which significantly contributed to making our stay so enjoyable and beautiful.

Fabulous Family Holiday

We had a great holiday here, the owner was very helpful and any queries where dealt with immediately. We hired a boat and mored it at the properties dock which was perfect for us to get around and visit different islands.

Stunning villa - perfect holiday

We had the most amazing holiday at this glorious house. There were 11 of us, 3 families with teenagers, the house is spacious inside and out with everything you need. The location is perfect, it’s private and quiet with stunning views out to the sea from the house and garden. You can swim into the beautiful clear sea from the end of the garden or the small bay at the front of the house. There’s so much to do - all loved the pool, hot tub, jet ski, paddle boards (arranged with Ante), pool table, table tennis, swimming and snorkelling - lots of fish, octopus and starfish to see and cooking in the large outdoor kitchen. Ante the villa manager is exceptional- so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he was on hand to help and assist us with anything (including re-stocking the wine fridge!). We recommend asking Ante to arrange the chef - a treat to have the most delicious (& very reasonable) freshly prepared dinner cooked for you! We also hired a boat - shopping by boat in Slano was great as well as enjoying trips out for lunch along the beautiful coastline. The photographs don’t do this villa justice - it’s beautiful. We had the best holiday and would return.

Perfect stay in so many ways.

We were a group of longtime VRBO guests who have been renting homes for many years in various countries. Ante, the owner, has put a lot of love into this place. He is a hands-on owner who keeps the property in pristine condition. The home was so clean and tidy. The kitchen supplies are fairly basic but Ante responded immediately when we asked for a big salad bowl and a cooler. Pots and pans are new and in great condition. New Ice maker in kitchen. Ante procured lobster and shrimp from local folks for us during the week. Delicious. The beds are new, the linens nice, the bathrooms are new and lovely and the A/C works well. Ante also offers a superb wine fridge stocked with lovely Croatian wines at very reasonable prices. The exterior furniture and the pool are fabulous. Ask for the white umbrellas in photos. Didn't see them during our stay but didn't ask either. It's hot on the coast and the shade is so welcoming. A nice array of herbs started in the new garden. Should be spectacular in the future. One of the most special features of the property is the little bay just steps away from the home. Big enough to paddleboard, swim and moor a 20" motorboat. We rented a boat which was delivered from Dubrovnik right to the bay. Ante can help with a boat rental if needed. The islands are right out in front of the villa. So many beautiful places to explore in the boat not to mention the opportunity to drive the boat to Ston and Slano to get groceries from the well-stocked stores and bakeries rather than driving the car to the villages. Try the wonderful seafront restaurant in Broce near Ston. The large hotel in Slano has a great brunch right on the water. The villa is located off (appx. 1-2k) the main coast road. Prior to renting, I asked the agent if any car noise could be heard at the property. To be honest, some car activity can be heard in the distance. However, it is way off in the distance and the location allows renters to get to Ston, Dubrovnik, etc. quickly. Don't let it influence a decision to book though. At night it's very quiet and the sunsets and stars are so spectacular. Ante is a dream owner and manager. VRBO should be proud to represent such a wonderful property. In closing, we rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary and well-deserved with this property.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders schön ist die alleinstehende Lage direkt am Meer und ein wundervoller Pool inkl.Whirlpool. Das Haus selber ist gemütlich eingerichtet, Highlights waren hier der Billardtisch, der Spa Bereich sowie die Außenküche. Ein tolles Extra war das leihen von Boot und Jetski direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Betreuung vor Ort war wunderbar, Anfragen wurden immer direkt beantwortet. Der Kontakt war sehr freundschaftlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Anblick dieses wunderschönen Anwesens war überwältigend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben dort eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Great location and perfect base for boat trips

Very nicely located, great host and top experience overall. Only issue is the long distance to larger super markets, so we would recommend to use the cooking service and do as we have done: rent a motor boat and do daily trips to amazing restaurants in the area! The boat can stay right next to the house. We had a fantastic time and loved the place.

Great location and perfect if you want to be "socially distanced" Ante - the house manager was brilliant - great to have the option of freshly delivered fish daily - and the stocked wine cooler was a nice touch with some really wonderful wines. Highly recommended.

The villa is very well equiped and specious; the little bay offers nice private amtosphere; the owner Ante was very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and daytime activities, which we all enjoyed a lot!
