"Dear Ruth, thank you for your opinion. We are really sorry that you did not liked the area and the property. We would only like to point, that the holiday site choice is very personal, and for now we have never received any similar complaint about this property that has been with us for many years. We would like to confirm that you are right in regards to the wiring, although we emphasize, they are exterior to the house, not influenced by the owner or us as an agency, and do not affect in any case the exterior area of the property, and it is also true that there is a window that overlooks the garage (although it has never been otherwise announced). We also can confirm that there are only 2 small windows in the awesome livind/dinig room, but there are a lot of spotlights that can be used all the time the guest needs. The electricity is also not charged separatly. However, the rest of his comments have been personally verified before, as well as after your arrival and no bad smell or dampness has been detected in this house. The exteriors of the house and the interiors of the house are exactly as in the photos (except for the barbecue and hammocks that are both new). The house is completely new from about 5 years ago, all the furniture, walls, etc are new and well taken care of, and can be checked whenever. The property is located in a rural and very quiet environment with total and absolute privacy, although only 1 km from the Lidl supermarket, from where across the street you will find the town with bars, restaurants, houses, urbanizations, holiday rental houses and local people, a square with a lot of atmosphere and native Mallorcan "fiestas". Tourists usually like the atmosphere of this town, having absolute tranquility once inside the rented house to relax during the holidays, although we understand that this of course is very personal, and depends on each one. At no time but we have provided false information about the location and it can be checked at all times by our customers. We appreciate anyway your opinion as every feedback of each guest, and if there is something we can improve, we will of course enjoy to do so according your recommendations.
