Ocean, Beach & Pool Front condo situé dans le centre de Surfside Beach offre 6 piscines (2 à l'intérieur) flambant neuf riviÚre et parc aquatique pour enfants, 4 jacuzzis, 3 saunas, courts de tennis éclairés, terrains de basket, courts de shuffleboard, une plage extérieure bar avec volley-ball de sable et accÚs à toutes les principales attractions de Myrtle Beach. Incroyable pour regarder les couchers de soleil ou les levers de soleil. Cette belle une chambre une salle de bain, dernier étage (5Úme étage) condo est l'unité de coin situé dans le bùtiment «A» (A501) (NOUS AVONS A502 ADJACENT A CETTE A501 * REGARDEZ NOTRE VRBO COTATION 433154 POUR A502 AVIS) avec un spectaculaire vue sur l'océan de l'océan Atlantique. Condo est à la fin du dernier étage loin de tout le bruit, trÚs calme et paisible. Que vous aimez les plages, la marche, la course, la recherche de coquillages ou de dents de requins, les terrains de golf, ou des activités familiales amusantes ...... Tout est juste un pas loin.

Dans une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité, ce complexe bien entretenu est réparti sur 33 acres magnifiques de la propriété. Vous trouverez également une aire de jeux entiÚrement équipée et des jeux d'arcade pour les enfants.

La station est Ă  quelques minutes de centaines de restaurants, plusieurs terrains de golf, deux - trois piles, quatre - cinq centres commerciaux, deux magasins Tanger, 3-4 parcs d'attractions, boĂźtes de nuit et des thĂ©Ăątres, des cinĂ©mas, un certain nombre de boutiques spĂ©cialisĂ©es, et variĂ©tĂ© d'autres installations de divertissement. À quelques minutes du condo, il y a une variĂ©tĂ© d'activitĂ©s pour les personnes de tous Ăąges et intĂ©rĂȘts.

Nous venons d'acheter ce condo en avril 2017. Un remodelage complet vient d'ĂȘtre achevĂ© le 1er juin 2017. Nous possĂ©dons Ă©galement condo A502 (Ă  cĂŽtĂ©) VRBO # 433154.

Chambre a un nouveau lit queen et un matelas avec tables de nuit, 32 "TV à écran plat sur un support pivotant, placard avec rangement avec entrée privée dans la salle de bain. Zone de couchette avec échelle personnalisée et le rail latéral (amovible). L'espace de vie aura un canapé en L qui se lÚve et sort pour un lit. Il est confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. (TOUS NOUVEAUX LINGES)

La climatisation a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement remplacĂ©e en avril 2017. Elle se refroidit extrĂȘmement bien et est trĂšs confortable. Dans le coin salon, vous trouverez une toute nouvelle Smart TV Ă  Ă©cran plat 4K High Def 60 ". Le balcon a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour avec une nouvelle balustrade avec quatre chaises hautes et deux tables.

Diane’s place is an absolute dream! My stay was delightful with multiple dolphin sightings. She is an excellent host, and her place is the best location in the entire resort. It is the top fifth floor, oceanfront, end unit with a corner view. There are no tall buildings along the stretch of sand and ocean to the distant Myrtle Beach skyline. She has nice seating areas with hi top chairs on the patio, and a recliner & couch inside. The manager and gate guards are diligent in ensuring the resort is safe and secure.

Had the most wonderful week-long in 501A! Perfectly situated, impeccably clean condo on a very protected gated property, and all the amenities you need for a stay away from home. Our host Diane was the easiest, most accommodating and friendly person you could deal with, constantly within an our reach via email despite numerous questions we'd come up with. This property is highly recommended and one we will return to in the future! Thank you again Diane Curtiss!

Place was adorable! My girlfriend stayed the first half of trip and husband came for second half. So if traveling with friend or spouse great place. Awesome ocean views from balcony. Had nice entertaining at onsite outdoors bar/restaurant. Would definitely book again.

Beach Trip

Very clean and sweet apt. About three days in our seven day stay the air went out, but I let Diane know and that evening everything was fixed. She was very good in keeping us informed about what was going on and who the service man was and when he would be there.

Unit was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Two things that are super important to me. Appreciated the little extras Diane does to make you feel welcome. Grounds of the resort are very well maintained. Amazing sunrises from the balcony...as i said amazing view. !!!

Amazing Five Weeks

Okay his condo is a gem. Being on the fifth floor and looking directly over the pool onto the ocean the view is amazing. We were very fortunate to have beautiful sunrises 32 of the 35 days. The condo is clean with modern updates and appliances. The property is well managed and there is ample parking. We love this condo so much we have already booked for 2023.

Amazing condo and host

We came here for a vacation to relax and wanted somewhere near the water. Our travel agent Kimberle with Travel with Kimmi found this on Vrbo for us and this property was amazing! From the host to the check in process and our whole stay was amazing. Diane helped us with any questions we had and the property was beautiful. We literally were right on the ocean and could see the shoreline from our balcony. The sunrise over the water was breath taking. Will definitely be staying here again and extending our stay next time. Wonderful location amazing host and amazing property.

Beautiful condo

We loved staying in this updated and clean condo.. Diane was very nice and responded quickly. I couldn't say anything better about it, but if I had to make on suggestions.. Black out curtains are very much needed. The hallway light is right out side the window and the room is like morning time, in the middle of the night... Very bright. We have already shown the room to another family who was there and they will be co Going to one of Diane's condos in the future too.

Amazing Property and Manager

Dianne's condo was wonderful. Beautiful view from the 5th floor balcony. She made sure we were well informed to be able to get into our condo quickly. She is easy to reach if you have any questions or concerns.

My family reunion

This place was amazing. The view is the best part due to being able to see the ocean, pool, and campground. The place is modern and very nice! I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful Views

The unit we rented is as pictured/described. Views are great from the cute little deck. Outside of our unit, the resort/condominium itself could use some work as far as cleanliness in the halls/elevator and it may have just been the time of the year, but the parking was difficult and we often had to park very far away from our unit. Overall, very convenient location as we were there for a baseball tournament at the Market Commons and was less than 10 min away from the fields. There are a lot of great restaurants at the Market Commons as well as Murrell’s Inlet which is also only 15min away.

Great trip.

The condo was perfect. The location was a little far from the Mrytle Beach boardwalk and attractions, about a 20 minute drive, however the area was much nicer and the beach was never overcrowded.

Perfect!

The property was clean and nice, just as described! We didn’t spend much time inside but waking up / going to bed every day watching the ocean waves is definitely worth it! Fireworks on the beach every night were fun too. There is a pretty big pool in front of the building and also a lazy river with a lot of water activities I would say for kids 6 and under. A short drive to different attractions and all kinds of restaurants. ( I would suggest to the host to put a full body mirror in there) Overall I would recommend staying here and will probably book again in the future. The host was easy to reach and pleasant.
