Ocean Reef 103 Luxurious Ocean front Condo- Amazing views!!
This luxuriously appointed 3 bed 3 bath condo, directly overlooking the bright blue waters of St Lawrence Bay, is only a stone’s throw from the entrance to “the Gap” with its famed restaurants and bustling nightlife.
The spacious patio is the most remarkable feature of this holiday home and offers an enchanting vista at any time of day – morning coffee to sunset cocktails – with an eight-seater lounge set, two sunbeds and an adjoining fresh-water plunge pool. The entire apartment has air-conditioning but is specifically designed to encourage a “cross-breeze” if you prefer the fresh air.
The master bedroom with king size bed looks out on the same beautiful ocean view through a sliding door window, and features a walk in closet, as well as an enormous en suite bathroom with both shower and tub. The second bedroom with similar aspect, is also king size with en suite. The third bedroom has a queen bed and with access to the guest bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons and top of the range appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus crockery and cutlery for up to eight. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer tucked neatly into one of the cabinets. Three bar stools at the casual counter between kitchen and living area offer the chance to perch and chat with the nominated chef of the evening, or to simply sip your tea.
An eight-seater dining table is comfortably positioned in the open plan living room beside a long low sofa with invitingly deep seats so you can relax back into your holiday. Watch some TV on the 55” flat screen, should you not want to miss that all important football game.
There is a parking space allocated for one vehicle with a fob to enter the car park area. Access to the first floor can be gained either by private staircase or by lift/elevator in the main lobby.
Gated access to the sea, subject to the tides. The beach in front, comes and goes with the tides. We recommend 2 minute walk to the public beach access to Sandy Beach where beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.
As mentioned, there are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from in the Gap and while we would like to recommend Castaways in particular – fabulous for sundowners – as it shares the same view as on your very own balcony, you may just prefer to stay home, relax and enjoy…

The Ocean Reef was exactly as listed. Really easy to get to. The unit itself is spacious and the view from the balcony is stunning. Groceries, beaches and nightlife are all within walking distance to help make your stay great. The hosts communicate right away with any inquiries you may have.

Excellent Property
The Condo has fantastic views, a great deck are with plenty of seating, and a good sized plunge pool.
Tina and Philip where great hosts, and helped out when needed, beers in the fridge where a happy bonus.
Location is fantastic, close to the Gap and beach.
Would highly recommend this property, an amazing time was had by all.

Can't Beat the View or Location
Beautiful property so close to the beach and amenities. Everything within a walking distance and for ventures farther out, there are always ZRs, buses and taxis.The listing was as advertised; amazing condo with spectacular views, nice furnishings and decor. You can relax on the deck in a lounger, take a dip in the plunge pool or a 2 minute walk to the beach.There are 3 bedrooms; 2 of which had their own bathroom and a third bedroom with a bathroom right beside it. Worked well for the 5 adults in our party.Hosts were very helpful and always responsive when we had a slight issue with water being too hot. They offered to purchase some groceries for us before we arrived which was an amazing added service after a long day of travelling.At least a dozen good restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the condo with great selections. 2 of our party were vegeterians and there were no issues finding appropriate choices.Overall, this was the best choice for our family for the view, convenience of location and the responsiveness of the hosts.

Stunning beach side property
Absolutely fabulous, location, location, location! We were a party of 6 adults and there was ample room for us all to spread out and eat outside on the decked area. A kitchen suitable for commercial catering, it lacked absolutely nothing. From the decked area it was 20 steps to the ocean, beautiful clean beach, well maintained, no litter or plastic!. The property provided all towels including beach towels, snorkel, flippers etc. The WiFi was good and consistent. The bedrooms were all of a good size, air conditioned and nicely decorated. The beds size must be super king plus. Two good supermarkets within 5 mins walk. The St Lawrence Gap area only a 10 minute walk down the road. The local buses stop right outside the house for travel in both directions. Mojo, a great local bar with music and food directly over the road. We all felt very safe staying at the property and the overall security was good. In summary we all had an amazing holiday and would recommend staying at this property to everyone. A little piece of heaven
We were delighted to stay in this fabulous beach house on the quiet and beautiful Worthing Beach. The house on three floors has loads of space to chill out - the five of us were very comfortable. We made good use of the comprehensive cooking facilities, using the outside grill and excellent Mielle ovens. The dishwasher and washing facilities also came in very handy. If you want a beach holiday where you can pop into the sea at any time this is the place for you. Also walking distance to St Lawrence Gap for restaurants and nightlife. Philip and Tina who are the local managers were really helpful and we really appreciated the changes we requested for check in and out times. I would highly recommend.

Everything you could want!
View is amazing. location is great. Phillip and Tina were great. They assisted with taxi transports back and forth to the airport, suggestions on excursions, places to eat and anything else we could have needed. We couldn't have asked for anything else in a rental! We will definitely visit again.

AMAZING PROPERTY
Our family of 5 have just returned from staying at Seasalter for two weeks over the christmas holidays. We have been to Barbados many times, but this time was exceptional. Tina and Philip could not do enough for us they organised our jeeps and taxis from the airport they were at the property to greet us and give us a guided tour which we were all left speechless. The house was amazing, a state of the art kitchen which led straight out onto a decking area then the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous, but the top deck was the best with its outside shower and stunning views. The beach is very quiet almost feels like a private beach at times, and the water is crystal clear. I promise if you rent the Seasalter you won't be disappointed. An amazing beach house.

Look no further for paradise in Barbados
I do not know where to start, this property has it all, it truly is an amazing place to stay and in such an stunning location. The beach which the property is situated on is truly picturesque and as other reviews have said very quiet. We witnessed 3 turtles laying their eggs, and turtles hatching twice!! very cute, an amazing experience.
The property has everything you need and more, we were overwhelmed by the facilities, home from home (hmmm but with plenty of sunshine!!) It was very clean and the pictures do not do it justice you really do say 'Wow' as Philip pulls back the shutters in the kitchen onto the deck and the view from the bedroom is amazing.
Philip was very helpful, arranging taxis for us too and from the airport, and also arranging car hire for us to explore the island,, which is a must, Bottom Bay is beautiful and deserted.
Lots of good places to eat nearby, Mojos across the road for a burger, Harlequins at 'The Gap', and Champers which we visited for a special birthday treat.
We visited Oistins on the Reggae Bus (which is an experience $1 each get on and off where ever you want).
This was our first time in Barbados, we would definitely go back, felt very safe and it truly was paradise, Seasalter made it even more special, you just cannot fault the place .
We only stayed a week although we wish it could of been longer, we returned home feeling so chilled and relaxed, the whole holiday was worth every penny.
You will not be disapointed if you book Seasalter it is one of the best places we have ever booked for a holiday and would highly recommend it

Luxurious experience right on the beach!
We have never stayed in a place quite like Seasalter. It is very central and an easy base to get around the island from. The water is the most brilliant shades of blue and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family of four kids aged 6-18. Everyone felt like they had a place to relax and spread out. The levelled layout of the villa made everyone happy to relax and steal away to their rooms, or come together and all hang out on the beach level. The secluded roof top shower on the private patio at the top was a great bonus. To be able to shower and look out at the sea was fabulous. The kitchen is modern and a real feature to be enjoyed. As the doors from the kitchen open right out to the patio, each day felt like the beach was all ours. Morning coffee and dinners were lovely to enjoy as a family. Tina and Philip were great hosts... thanks for everything.

Fantastic Townhouse
This is a fantastic beachfront property refurbished to a very high standard - one of four properties.
However looking at the other rentals - this property is on another level.
Open plan superb gourmet kitchen - very well equipped with high quality appliances and incredible array of utensils - perfect for a family that enjoy cooking.
Light & airy with good size bedrooms and storage - bathrooms are smart with good power showers.
Amazing features including panoramic views from master bedroom.
Good space to sunbathe on sun terrace & deck.
Beach is incredibly quiet - some days we were the only people on it!
You do feel very privileged to be on a such a quiet location very relaxing
Located south of Bridgetown within walking distance to St Lawrence Gap. 2 supermarkets within walking distance enabling you to enjoy a BBQ lunch & take advantage of the incredible views from the property.
Short bus ride to enjoy Friday night fish at Oistins - but equally accessible to the high end restaurants of St James by taxi.
It is opposite a local bar called Mojos - serving cocktails and playing music which can sometimes to be noisy late a night.
However we had an amazing holiday - big thanks to Tina & Philip who are just amazing!! So helpful & accommodating - top tip would be to bring in as much duty free as possible - food & drink expensive.
There is nothing better than enjoying a drink on either deck or terrace whilst watching the sun go down.

Absolutely stunning in every way
Look no further because Seasalter ticks all the boxes and more. The property is sitting on one of the best and cleanest beaches in Barbados - it is like a private beach - no big complex in sight. It is close to all facilities, supermarkets, shops, banks all just round the corner and opposite Mojos who serve fab food. The villa itself has been renovated with top quality equipment in adorable shabby chic style. So apt for the type of property. It is to die for. We had a quick peep in the villa next door and there was no comparison! Philip and his wife went out of their way to oblige in every way. Very friendly couple. As I said, you won't be disappointed - it's a MUST.

Seasalter/Barbados
Seasalter was everything we could have hope for from a vacation beach home. The house is right on a spectacular beach and in a central location in Christ Church. I stayed there with four other girlfriends and felt right at home. We were in walking distance to a large local supermarket, Accra Beach, the Gap and several nice restaurants including Mojo's across the street. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. There's a beautiful kitchen with all the odds and ends you need to make wonderful meals. Tina and Philip were great hosts and gave a great walk through at the beginning of our stay. All the amenities listed were available including Wifi internet access, full linens, beach towels, washer/dyrer and air conditioned rooms. I highly recommend Seasalter as a place to stay if you are looking for a beachfront villa in Barbados in the middle of it all.

Amazing House, Amazing Spot, Amazing Time
We had a fantastic stay at Seasalter... We were looking for somewhere that had a great kitchen and it really did deliver - Miele appliances, stainless steel everywhere, every conceivable utensil, gadget, blender you can think of can be found in the cupboards... The kitchen opens up straight onto a lovely deck which then opens straight up onto the beach... Amazing... The stretch of beach felt very private, we didnt get hassled once by vendors... The house itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private deck on top with a open air shower.
Phil and Tina were amazing hosts - always at the ready with answers to questions and recommendations for places to eat.
The location is very good - supermarket in walking distance, the Gap & Oistins a 5 min drive away.
I can't recommend the house enough!

Great Vacation
I had wonderful 10 days at the Seasalter with four female friends.The villa was all that we imagined from the advertisement.And more. We had every amenity imaginable to make our stay fantastic. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner was very friendly and available at any time during our stay.The villa was a few steps away from the beach which was semi-private.The surrounding area, the south coast has lots to do and the local bus can get you all over the island. The people of Barbados are very friendly and eager to help you with questions. The food is fantastic offering several styles of which my favorite is the fresh fish. One of my favorite restaurants Champers is walking distance from villa. I can't wait to return next year !!!
