Villas of Kamalii est une nouvelle communauté fermée de première qualité construite à Princeville. La villa # 47 a une vue imprenable sur la cascade et la montagne qui étonnera tout simplement. Le plan d'étage Mokihana est un aménagement à deux niveaux de 1825 pieds carrés comprenant une entrée voûtée avec coin art, deux suites parentales avec unités de climatisation, une troisième chambre / salon, une cour avec jardin, trois vérandas et un garage attenant pour une voiture. L'espace de vie comprend une télévision par câble de 55 pouces et un ensemble de salle à manger climatisé pour six personnes avec deux tabourets de bar supplémentaires.
Première Master Suite avec lit King, salle de bain avec bain à remous, grande douche séparée et télévision par câble. Hors de la chambre principale est une banquette-lit double.
Deuxième suite principale avec lit queen et futon, salle de bain attenante avec grande douche, lavabo double vasque, télévision, bureau, placard et télévision par câble.
Troisième chambre avec futon queen, télévision par câble et bureau.
Les rendez-vous incluent des dalles de granit dans la cuisine et des comptoirs en carreaux de marbre dans les salles de bains, des appareils de plomberie Kohler et Grohe, des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable GE, avec des armoires de cuisine en érable, une laveuse / sécheuse côte à côte et un évier utilitaire dans la buanderie du rez-de-chaussée. Il y a des planchers de bois de bambou partout avec du carrelage dans les salles de bain, la cuisine et la buanderie. Our stay was fantastic! The place is close to groceries, restaurants and beaches. It is immaculate, comfortable, quiet and spacious with a lot of light and an incredible view! We loved our vacation and would come back without any hesitation. Highly recommended! Mahalo!

Great location amazing views !

This was our first time on Kauai and this property was great, it felt just like being at home. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would certainly stay here again.

great stay

the property was gorgeous. we had an amazing view of the mountains and we would constantly see rainbows. the power went out a couple times, but that was a problem throughout kauai. overall would come here again and recommend this house.

Magical stay in Princeville

We had a truly wonderful time at this condo in Princeville. It was more than enough space for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and the view is more spectacular than in the photos. Any questions were addressed promptly by the property manager. Would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was having to leave :(

Beautiful views!

Great property and location! Beautiful view. Loved sitting out in the morning drinking coffee and watching rainbows!! Most places are about 25-30 minutes to get to. But it’s Hawaii enjoy the views! A few suggestions that would be nice. Just to have handy would be ziplock bags, foil, etc. other than that. We had a great time!

A Dream Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our weak-long stay at the Villas of Kamali'i. The location is great -- a short drive from both Princeville and Hanalei. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we expected -- and more: the beach chairs, umbrellas, and the other beach gear was very convenient to have there. The management staff was friendly and responsive.

Overall it was great, only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable and trying to figure out how the TV works was very confusing. we are very savvy an had a hard time. Location was great to be able o get to everything, and he views spectacular. Manger was on vacation and left a list of numbers in case something happened

Paradise

My whole family enjoyed this property! It worked for my parents, my husband and our children (1 and 4) and my brother and niece and nephew (10 and 15). The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The views of the mountains from the living room and lanai were breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet and close the the grocery store and many amazing beaches. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and kind. Meredith was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely book this place again. Absolutely recommend.

The only suggestion we have is to provide toiletries for your guests. After traveling all day, we had to head to the store to buy soap and shampoo to take showers. It would have been nice to have that ready for us upon arrival.

Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen with everything a home needs and more, beach towels and chairs, a cooler... you name it. This must be someone's full time home and I am so pleased they were willing to share it with us. Stunning view of the mountains, lots of windows, mobile AC units worked sufficiently to keep us comfortable. Large home overall with excellent decor and furnishings. I would absolutely stay here again. This is likely our go-to spot for all future trips.

Princevile Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in unit 47 at The Villas.It was mostly quiet and serene. We appreciated the noise rules from 10 pm to 8 am. Of course the Kauai roosters go off when they feel like it.The kitchen and dining room worked out great for us. The lush mountain view was amazing. I wish the third bedroom was larger and had a real bed Instead of a pull out couch. The location was easy to find and near a large grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We don’t golf but the course looked nice and also had disc golf.

About what we expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Typical condo. Unit was in good condition.Refrigerator did not work the entire 10 days we were there. They ended up bringing in a temporary unit and putting it in the garage. Communication on getting a replacement unit was nonexistent. This was inconvenient to say the least. Sheets did not fit the futon.

Hi. Thank you so much for your comments. It is unfortunate that the refrigerator failed unexpectedly, we were not expecting that. We immediately ordered a new one but it takes 3-4 weeks for delivery since our local Home Depot does not keep them in stock. We placed the back up refrigerator in the garage and I know it was not ideal but we thank you for putting up with the hassle. As for the sheets, it appears the futon sheets were in a different closet. Since then, we have made them easier to find. Again, thank you for your comments and we hope you will return to visit Kauai again. Mahalo, Kahea

As advertised

Nice stay! Clean house with beautiful views in a good location that was close to places we wanted to go. Hanalei Bay is 10ish minutes. There’s a Foodland and shave ice 0.3 miles away. 52 minutes from Lihue airport. Sand toys and beach toys in the garage. Extra beach towels. Air conditioning was adequate. Pool is very clean and heated which was great. Manager was very responsive! In a complex of about 50 identical units. Neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. 3 stars for the cookware which is pretty standard for vacation rentals. Thought washing AND putting away the dishes was a bit much to ask when leaving first thing in the morning considering price and cleaning service. Most places just ask you to start the dishwasher at most. Overall, would recommend the stay but it was our first time to Kauai so we might look around for a different type of experience next time.
