Grand plaisir en famille sur la côte d'émeraude dans un complexe fermé.

Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. L'eau est vert émeraude et limpide. Profitez d'une longue promenade sur la plage après le dîner. Une piscine est juste en face de notre véranda pour que toute la famille puisse en profiter. La piscine en bord de mer et l'un de nos nombreux pavillons sont à quelques pas de la communauté fermée de Gulf Highlands. Shopping pour ceux qui aiment trouver ces cadeaux uniques situés à Pier Park à seulement 5 miles à l'ouest de Gulf Highlands. Les attractions locales sont à moins de 8 km dans toutes les directions. Il y a 11 piscines, 3 piscines chauffées, 6 courts de tennis et une salle de sport. Le mini-golf 18 trous et le jeu de palets sont juste devant notre porte arrière. Toutes ces commodités sont à votre disposition sans frais supplémentaires. Nous avons un barbecue au gaz naturel, une buanderie intérieure, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et la télévision par câble, y compris HBO.

Gulf Highlands est situé à proximité de «Shipwreck Island Water Park» pour une journée amusante d'amusement. Moins de 1 mile de Walmart. Courte distance en voiture de «Pier Park» pour manger, faire du shopping, films, théâtre en plein air et événements communautaires. Pour le golfeur au loin à Hombre, Bay Point et bien d'autres terrains de golf. Si les sports nautiques sont sur votre route vers Grand Lagoon pour la location de bateaux, jet-skis, parachute ascensionnel, pêche en bateau charter. Pour ceux qui conduisent la nature à St. Andrews State Park pour la randonnée, l'observation de la faune, la baignade dans le lagon aux jetées. Nagez avec les dauphins à Gulf World. À quelques pâtés de maisons de Rocket Lanes pour le bowling, le musée Ripley's Believe It or Not, des karts, du saut à l'élastique et bien plus encore! Apportez vos vélos!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The home was ready for check in very early which was so nice. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking or a day at the beach! The walk to the beach was not bad at all for me, my husband or our 3 kids. Very clean & the pool right across the street was awesome for my 8 year old!

We were right in front of the pool. Right down the street from the beach. Great location, beautiful area, friendly environment as I required assistance due to my lack of comprehensive skills. The property owner and the location staff were so understanding and guided me in the right direction. I'm grateful for the patience, I'm sure I made up for a good laugh.

Loved it!

Such a nice place! We will be staying here if it’s available for all our Panama City Beach trips! Kids loved it! We didn’t want to leave! Clean and great location. Kids loved having the pool right across from the condo. Short walk to the beach too!

Great! first trip as a family

The pool being right outside the front door was a plus with having 2 kiddos. The walk to the beach was not “horrible” for the kids😅 but once at the beach everyone had fun. The location of the property was nice, easy entering and exiting. Wish the heated pools were heated during our stay but unfortunately they were not. Overall great place to stay!

Home Base

This condo truly felt like home away from home. All nessesary accommodations were present and the property was clean. It was a little farther to walk to the beach than I had anticipated, so we drove a block over to beach access 40, and parked in the 12 a day lot so we didn't have to carry coolers and canopy so far. Walk would not have been bad without the large items. We thoroughly enjoyed retreating back to the nice cool house after a long day at the beach. Neighborhood felt very safe and well maintained. Greg was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. I will say that the mattress in the master could def use an upgrade. I felt like I was falling in a hole all night long. The appliances are definitely dated. The microwave was a struggle but we managed lol

Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Condo. We stayed in an older condo with limited updates but our price was reasonable for our accommodations and once we did our own cleaning, we were very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and prompt with responding. Entry and exit into the gated resort was super easy and our host gave us everything we needed to keep it simple. The condo itself could use a few updates, but again, the price reflected that. Cupboards were a little overstuffed, but again the host is taking care of that! The couches were brand new and very comfortable. We had a heated pool right outside the condo, which was amazing. The Beach was gorgeous, also. The location is unbeatable.

Well I thought I would get the information about checking in and out and had to ask for it the day before. There were no instructions on how or what to do when we left or what to do when we left. The air wasn't working the first day, he did get someone out the next afternoon. I asked about how to obtain a golf cart because my mom is handicapped. Never received an answer. I kept asking about the wifi never got that resolved so there's no wifi. There is about a 10 min walk to the beach so my mom was never able to get there. The room was not cleaned properly as well. There were dirty towels hanging. A half eaten pop tart and a drink can under the bed. Overall it was a horrible le experience. I have taken pictures and have screen shots of messages if this I questionable.
