Maison de ville adorable récemment construite (plus de 2 100 pieds carrés) idéalement située à tout! Des aménagements impressionnants que vous n'obtenez pas lorsque vous séjournez dans une maison, comme son propre parc pour chiens, un sentier pédestre autour d'un étang avec une belle fontaine, un espace extérieur extérieur avec une cheminée à gaz et des lumiÚres pour le soir, un individu Patio extérieur qui donne sur la fontaine et le townhome est adjacent à un quartier bien établi et familial.

Ce townhome dispose également d'un loft supplémentaire pour passer du temps à regarder la télévision, jouer à des jeux, etc.

Spacious and nicely decorated

Spacious property with 2 sitting / gathering areas in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Christmas and the tree and decorations were lovely. Lots on games available in the house. Great upstairs patio. The host was very responsive when we had a quick question.

Nice condo, but ants and not the cleanest

The condo was nice/modern but not very clean or well kept. It was tidy, but the entire place was dusty. Hair & tons of mildew in the shower, thick visible layer of dust on the ceiling fans. Ants in the microwave, all through the kitchen and in the half bath. Very little help from host with this issue. I communicated that there were ants in several places shortly after our arrival and that we had used some Raid we found in the cabinet. Her response was ‘in the microwave? that’s odd’. I let her know we had small kids that were all over the floor, so I couldn’t just spray Raid everywhere; there was no wet mop to clean it up. She asked what I thought she should do???? When I gave her options, she said absolutely nothing for the entirety of our stay!! Absurd! If you have been a host this long, you should know how to handle this promptly and efficiently. Also, many pieces of furniture were stained, broken/missing pieces and/or unsteady. We had reservations for a family of 6 and we were left FOUR bath towels and washcloths for a 2 night stay. I did request an earlier check in and she was accommodating. The beds were comfy, but some linens were stained and it was off putting. Carpet needs shampooing- lots of stains. Almost every pan/pot I grabbed to cook with was dirty and had to be cleaned before I could use it. Far from the cleanest or nicest STR we have stayed in. The property & furniture needs a bit of upkeep/maintenance.

Great location

Second time staying in this townhouse, we love the distance to Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland. The location/neighborhood is great and we love the layout/amenities so much for our family. The furniture is starting to be a little worse for wear and we had ants in the kitchen this time. It was a little harder to get in touch with the host this time, but we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated!

Overall a good experience but small details matter

Some feedback: - Water line not connected to fridge for filtered water and ice - Towels were a little tattered - Coffee maker should be replaced and perhaps stock better coffee - Better shampoo/conditioner/wash would be a nice touch rather the attached applications and product. - TVs could be upgraded (important for game day weekends) and I find Roku to be frustrating. - perhaps a Bluetooth speaker for music Small things overall but I think it would differentiate and encourage repeat customers. Nothing that got in the way of enjoying our weekend. Thanks for hosting.

Beautiful Condo

We were in College Station to help move our college daughter into her college apartment and since we had grandparents with us, this townhome was the perfect space. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, great layout, quiet neighborhood yet it was close to everywhere we needed to be. We loved it so much we plan on renting the same home when we come back for football games.

Nice townhouse

Easy to find. Cute townhouse with large bedrooms and closets. Comfortable beds. The AC wasn’t working upon arrival and the owner & maintenance man were very quick to get someone to come over and make quick repairs. The house was clean but dusty. We were very comfortable there and would stay there again. Having a garage for one of our cars was a HUGE bonus!

Brand new with great location to all A&M events. Next to a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and awesome outdoor common area hang out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio to view the pond and fountain.
