Bilo A has a lovely furnished porch with table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner. The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area, open kitchen, sofa and television. The furniture is new and modern. The sleeping area consists of a four-bed room (double bed and bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower. The unit is equipped with mosquito nets on doors and windows.

Torre Lapillo. This holiday home is in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo,
on the coast of Porto Cesareo, in South Italy. The city centre is 300
meters away, the beach is 500 meters away while the closest beach establishment is 1 kilometer away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Water not drinkable.
